Odette was fed up with all of these motherglubbin' snakes in this motherglubbin' desert. Seriously, this was ridiculous! It was best to go after the source of the trouble, she decided, jabbing at the jadeblood's leg one more time.
Odette dealt 10 damage.

NO. Athene was DONE with these darn creatures! Everything that the jadeblood did was infuriating and exasperating and she was DONE with trying to deal with all this! Stomping on anything that came close to her Athene raced forward, garrote in hand. Sometime between rounds she had swapped her dulling wire for fresh, sharper wire and already she felt good with it in her hands. Getting closer to the adult troll, she whipped it out, scoring his arms and going for his right leg again, which appeared to be his weak point. Maybe this battle could be won after all.
Athene did 10 damage.

Okay, Vremea needed a break. Ducking behind a plant unnoticed, the yellowblood tried to calm herself down and observe the damage done on her body— and her outfit, of course.

HP: 838/1100 Aendal watched the trolls struggle to deal with the legions of lesser creatures mobbing them ceaselessly. As they struggled with the snake-like carnivorous plants, he decided to once again try and cut them down. Twirling his machete, he launched towards the most preoccupied troll to start. The dodge rolls go like this:
If you rolled a 1, between the snakes still chomping at you and Aendal's attack, you're pretty darn overwhelmed! Take four whole damage!
If you rolled a 2, then you're one of the jadeblood's primary targets, still being distracted by the snakes. Take three damage from his heavy swing.
If you rolled a 3, you manage to kill the last snake tormenting you as the jadeblood approaches, giving you time to counter-attack! Take two damage, but add two damage to your roll this round.
If you rolled a 4, you take one damage from finishing off the snakes around you, but the jadeblood ignores you for now, so that's all the damage you take.
If you rolled a 5, you flawlessly finish executing the snakes, taking no damage as the real enemy here seems uninterested in getting too close to you.
If you rolled a 6, the jadeblood rushes you, seeing you as a weak link, and is preparing to strike when you shred the snake he thought to be binding you. He freezes for a second, giving you a huge opening. Double your damage die for this roll!

With a snarl, Janzek made short work of the trapping vines, spitting out the sand with a cough. Between the bites and the bee stings, he was starting to look just as badly as he felt. Ignoring the momentary aches for now though, he rose to his feet, beheading another lunging vine with a simple swing of his scythe, but the momentum carried him through just quick enough to where he caught a glint of a stained blade coming for his head. By a mix of sheer reflex and pure dumb luck, his arm raised to defend himself from the Jade Blood's attack and he was knocked back, but his mace managed to swing out in an unorthodox fashion, catching his attacker at the same time.
Once again, Janzek found himself on the ground in a slight daze. At least this time he knew that the Jade Blood wasn't taking him lightly anymore.
Janzek dealt 7 (x2) damage!

Deciding to hold back a little on his pursuit, Janzek turned his attention to the others again. They were all looking in rough shape, despite their persistence.
"Hey! If any of you kids need first-aid, just call for me alright!?" He shouted quickly before once again bounding after the Jade Blood.

She spoke too soon. Another miss. Another troll called out offering assistance, one of the drones? Odette wasn't in perfect shape, but she was sure others were worse off than her. There wasn't a single chance she would speak up until maybe when she was on the verge of collapsing. Even then the chances were still pretty rare.
Odette dealt 0 damage.
