He looked at her calmly. "You wasn't supposed to, but your body somehow recovered overnight. We still haven't been able to figure it out but go see your friend, she needs your support." He walked off, doing his rounds. Kiki sat in her room, watching the TV and trying to figure out how she for here.

Kimi nodded and walked into Kiki's room. "Hey.....If I can survive falling off a roof when I was five you can survive this....." She smiled. "The doctor you have told my parent's if I woke up I won't beable to walk, leave the hospital, eat by myself, or have a normal life.....Here I am now......"

Kiki blushed and looked down in shame. She thought Kimi was still mad at her. She did a stupid thing and sort of interigated the new girl. She just shifte uncomfortably, the bloodied bandage tightening over her forehead. The TV had shifted to a soap opera but was on a low volume.

She frowned and bunched her fists in the blankets. "No im not! I couldn't do anything when mom shot dad or when my brother went out drinking and crashed! I wasn't strong enough to protect them so why try?! People are nice to me because I am pitied! I'm....not...strong enouch....to protect anyone." She shivered then collapsed, the strain had wore her out so she was out like a light, snoring softly.

Kiki flinched but stayed asleep, groaning in frustration as her dreams zipped by. Most of the dreams kept rotating to Kimi's face as she walked walked away. She was unbearably sad that she had mad Kimi so mad at her.

Kimi stayed by her side the whole night. She felt like she was growing feelings for Kiki. The next morning she woke up and looked at Kiki. She smiled and sighed lightly. She called the school and told the secretary what was going on and that her and Kiki wasn't going to be at school that day.

Kiki woke and saw Kimi and blushed in frustration, rolling over and snuggling the sheets closer. She still thought that Kimi was mad at her, having remembered her yelling at Kimi the other night.

"Morning are you hungry?" Kimi was afraid Kiki was upset she stayed there. "The nurse left a tray of food for you...."

Kiki nodded and pulled the tray closer. "I'm sorry about last night, I didn't mean to yell." She whispered to Kimi and silently began eating the hospital food. She paced herself, knowing how hungry she was that eating too fast would just make her throw it back up.
