Just a bit more, they could do this! So close! It was also totally awesome that ghouls were showing Titus up.

 Titus only scoffed, thought about attacking again and just decided to let the little reaper handle it. This was far below being a man's job. Apparently in Titus' mind defeating hostile crustaceans equaled kitchen work. Which was where a woman belonged. Now get in the kitchen and make him a crab dinner. Ugh, her FEAR shield was getting really low…
Hel made another swing at the crab, barely scraping it with her spear. Ugh, she was tired. They only had one hope. Hel looked towards the Baku. “You can do it, Xiu!” The valkyrie cried encouringly. “We can not count on Rudolph! He is useless! YOU ARE THE ONLY ONE THAT CAN DO IT!”

There was one crab left.
Just one, but it was big, mean, fast, and poor Hel was starting to look tired from beating at it. Glancing over towards the valkyrie, she nodded her head very seriously at her friend's words. "Leave it to me! I'll do my best!" Gaze falling back onto the crab, Xiu moved until she stood between it and the sand castle, hands on her hips and pink eyes narrowed.
Don't you dare.
But of course, it didn't listen. As it rushed straight towards her, the baku readied herself. At the right moment, she reached out, catching it beneath its shell and heaving upwards with all the power that a petite ghoul could muster.
It worked. One moment, the crab was rushing headfirst for the castle, and the next, it was wriggling helplessly on its back. Xiu pat off her hands.
Xiu: flippin' crabs like Desu-chan flips tables. Nodding her head with satisfaction, she glanced over her shoulder at her teammates. "Everyone is okay?"
HP: 10/40
Damage: 8
Crab HP: 0/50

:V Titus tried not to make it look like flipping a crab was a big deal. Oh no, instead he stood there calmly like he had done his fair share of work. " If I hadn't distracted the crab you never would have won." Because his flailing around like a rabid monkey had been on purpose, of course.

Xiu…she…she did it.
Hel was just…so proud, so awed, so amazed, and so overcome with emotion, that she dismissed her spear, marched right on over to the Baku, cupped her face, and kissed her.
On the corner of the mouth.
She kinda had a boilfriend and all that, even if they weren’t on speaking terms right now.

THE TIDE COMES IN AND...
The crabs soon retreated and Titus inwardly fumed about not being unable to get in a hit. Oh well, better left to people who actually cared about the bloody sandcastle. Though there was something odd....what was that sound?
Titus jumped when he felt the water lapping at his feet and turned to see the tide was coming in....fast. Retreating back a few steps he noted how there was no real way to move the sandcastle. The water was coming in too quickly to really do anything about it and before he knew it there went a chuck of their hard work. Well...not his hard work but still. At least it seemed the little starfish was coming in handy. The little creature was doing what it could to hold the structure together. Considering the wave the damage wasn't as bad as it could have been.

Hel breathed a sigh of relief as the Crabs were vanquished…though that didn’t seem to be the end of it.
The reaper’s head snapped up as the tide came in, and even though it was aready too late, the ghoul took a dive in front of the sand castle, only to be swept over by the water. Hel surfaced as the tide drew back, making an incredibly sour face, and spitting out the water. “So fuc—Jack damn SALTY!” She spat. Hey wait…her FEAR shield felt right as rain again! Whaaat? Did…human water having healing properties?
Oh well…no time to worry! Hel looked over at their castle, noting that it got hit a bit…time to rebuild! The ghoul scrambled to her feet and came over to it. Huh…seem the moat helped to deter a lot of the damage from the water! It could have been way worse. The valkyrie started to pat the castle, putting the sand back into place.
She also shot a nasty look at Titus, who did nothing (once again) to stop the water. “Oi, you!” She sneered. “You just keep standing there and wasting space. You could not hit the broad side of a barn, and I highly doubt you will be of any use in helping to rebuild. Rebuilding takes a feminine touch, ya? Ghouls are better at fixing things than boils.”

Titus stood there with his arms crossed watching the chaos as the Valkyrie jumped in front of the wave. Honestly, had she expected her boobs to deflect the water? They were impressive but not that impressive.
When it came to rebuild though and the Valkyrie basically told him to shove off because he was less than worthless the demon scoffed at the very idea. 8| Him worthless? He was the center of this team! Or so he thought. Where would they be without him? So in an effort to prove the Valkyrie wrong Titus stormed over and cupped some sand and dumped it on the sandcastle. There...he could help.

Now, Riyo was generally all for ribbing on Titus, because... He was Titus, and obviously if put in the same position he would do the same, but Hel was getting out of hand.
Scrambling to her knees, Riyo's ears folded back as she listened to the yelling. She was getting agitated. "For ******** sake Hel, what good is bitching at him gonna d-" and then the nightmare demon dumped sand on their castle...
"Titus, you should stand there and look pretty. We need inspiration if we're gonna fix this." Better for the boil to have a big ego and not ruin anything than to wreck everything helping.

Titus turned to Riyo as she told him to stand there and look pretty and promptly took another grain of sand and dumped it on top of the sandcastle. "Maybe less yapping and more work and your precious sandcastle will be back together, ya?"
Looking down at the castle Titus realized the sand was...moving. All at once the sand bulged outward and a shell started to break through. The demon let out a yelp promptly jumping aside and out of the way before the shell came to a halt. He examined it for a moment only to find a pair of eyes and claws coming out to greet him. "What the hell is that!?"

Quickly Titus picked up another grain of sand and chucked it at the hermit crab to keep it at bay. Unfortunately it missed the crab but it seemed to help the sandcastle. Odd how things turn out.

"Maybe less being an a** and more doing actual work and I might just congratulate you for not being a complete waste of space, ya?" The ghoul sighed, too busy to be mad at him. He was doing... Something. Fighting with the crab? "You shouldn't distract the crab. He's busy protecting the castle."
