I had cavities until I started flossing religiously everyday. It really helps! I know this girl who said she never had a cavity in her life. Holy smokes, that's oral hygiene for ya. I don't think most people can achieve that...

There's some crazy oral hygiene products out there. I once saw one where this machine washes your tongue. o.O I wonder who does that everyday.
