It was quite a bit of a journey from the entrance of Suna all the way to the cross road, but once their feet finally reached solid ground that wasn't shifting every 5 seconds Kris knew they had made some progress, finally. She had Tyrika and Aki were shortly behind her. Circe had never shown up so they had moved on without her. Once they finally got to solid ground Kris would stop, it was almost nightfall so finding a place to set up camp for the night would be best. They would have to work on rotating watch, make sure it would be safe. "Okay girls, now that we are out of the blasted desert, we need to set up some priorities. Food and a safe place to camp for the night are top priority." She had been carrying the sleeping bags because it was easy for her to haul them through the desert, if she could carry her giant a** blade with her through the sands, a few sleeping bags were nothing.

Tyrika stopped in the shade of an oversize tree that seemed out of place to her. The temperature was a few degrees cooler there and it allowed her to think. She glanced at Kriss out of the corner of her eye for a brief moment then pulled a cigarette out of her pack with her teeth. Stowing the pack away she ran a short arc of lightning through her fingers to light it, took a deep drag and let out a plume of smoke with a soft sigh. "We have food and we have each other. Im sure we will be fine. Ill be up in the tree when I do finally fall asleep but it doesnt seem like that big of a deal to me right now." She said with a shrug and looked around. She was a bit wary of where she was.
Chakra : 1105/1105 Reforming off the side of the road Nari took things slowly as he wanted to conserve his energy for what was comming. He was about to literally face the tip of the sword by himself and the gods only knew what would happen.

Along the road the kumo anbu would come to a rather large encampment, manned by large armed guards. They weren't shinobi, just a large group of thieves that liked to rob random people that passed by on the road. When the look-outs saw the man coming, they alerted the rest of the gang and all of them crowded around and hid, ready for an ambush. as their leader, a heavily muscled man covered in scars stood brandishing a sword, "Hand over all yer money, and any other valuable stuff you got, or my boys and me might have to ruff ya up a bit and just take it all." he'd growl at the man as the other 82 thieves all started to step out from their hiding places to try and intimidate the guy.

Chakra : 1105/1105 A small sigh escaped naris lips as he stood up straight and slowly removed his mask,"You see that would be intimidating if you were well.... intimidating." Compleatly ignoring the man he looked to the others with a sick smirk,"So guys hows your healthcare in bandit central ?" As he spoke his hands fell to his hips where his twin ninjato lay resting, hungry, begging for blood.
The Thief leader's eye twitched at the man's brazen disrespect and at the fact that he was being ignored completely as one of his men piped up "Well, we have a doctor in the camp, but he's kind of limited on what -" "SHUT THE F*** UP JIM!!" The leader yelled at the other thief before snapping his fingers and yelling, "Get'em boys!" The leader would then charge at the man full speed, swing his sword like mad as the other 82 all converged on the spot where he stood.

Chakra : 1025/1105 Nari's sick twisted smile turned into something more enjoyable as he heard the two bandits,"You, jim. I like you, you die last." In a blur of motion his right facing ninjato appeared in his hand as he screamed forward full speed appearing behind the leader grabbing his hand and pinning it to his back while holding his ninjato to the bandit leaders throat,"I told you, your not intimidating." Without wasting anymore time he drug the blade across the mans throat revealing a spraying fountain of blood. As the men rushed him he looked to Jim,"APPARENTLY HES GREAT." With that he drew the other ninjato and spun in place releasing both ninjato as he spun sending them hurtling into two bandits impaling them upon their blades. Forming a seal with both hands he thrust both of them out as his arms mutated into spiked tree branches which rapidly sought out the rushing men impaling ten on each side of him with large spear like branches each one rewarding him with fountains of blood from each man.

When Jim and the rest of the thieves saw their leader cut down like nothing, a few of them, Jim included, turned tail and started to run for the forest as the other fifty-five kept pushing their attack, thinking whoever did the most damage would become the new leader as swords and axes were swung at Nari from all sides.

Chakra : 785/1105 As the blood rained down upon Nari he laughed a bit happy to get this little murder spree off his chest, it had been to long since he basked in battle. Though when a few turned to run he frowned. He couldnt allow that. Leaping high into the air he landed on a tree branch as his minty green chakra exploded off of him,"You guys know if you actually spent time practicing your attacks might land a bit closer to home. But since some of you seem content to run now you all die instead of one at a time." Placing his hands together he smiled as the very ground began to shake as hundreds upon hundreds of massive branches shot from the ground demolishing the trees already standing. As the branches sprouted smaller ones shot off after the bandits from countless sides in an unrelenting display of natures destruction. Once he was confidant he had all of them captured he formed another seal with each hand placing his palms on the closest largest root, ten identical versions of himself crawled to life from the woods and began to seek out the captured bandits slaughtering them with impunity. Taking a seat he relaxed as small streams of blood drizzled upon his cloak and body staining him crimson.

Caught up in all the trees, the remaining thieves were trapped as they struggled to move, they couldn't do much of anything except wait to be killed as they struggled against the branches of the trees. After a few minutes, all the thieves were dea, the carrion birds were circling high in the sky, and the man was free to go about his business.

Chakra : 785/1105 Once all the bandits were slain Nari set about retrieving his ninjato replacing them in their sheathes after wiping the blood and gore from them. Brushing his hair back he sighed and continued on the path to konoha dripping blood the entire way.
Chakra : 785/1105 Making his way along the path he noticed a small peice of paper bound in a scroll floating on the breeze. Snatching it from the air he looked at it with a smirk and slid it up into his shirt with the others. Lady Koneko was going to be highly pleased indeed.
