Not his finest moment, but still it turned out well enough. He glanced over at Love, smiling when he returned. "Thank you."
He picked up a cup of tea as well, taking a sip.

"It was quite a pleasant surprise...for me, anyway." Initially less so for Leo, perhaps, considering he'd fainted, but he wouldn't tell Xun that.

 "I see..." Really strange, in itself. Perhaps Rio had subconsciously wished for company and...
...Well, that was a pretty silly thought, but if gems could call their owns across great distances...
Thought now that they were pausing, it made him relalise for just how long he had been imposing on Love and his guest. "Perhaps I could come back later ? I have to head to the market soon, see how well the gift is coming..."
Well. And nurse his bruised ego, really, but he saw no need to mention that.

If Leo knew what Xun had been thinking he might have laughed. He had made that very suggestion to Rio, in hopes of cheering him up. The D'Angeline was not so fond of the other possibility Love had explained, he preferred to think aforementioned god had brought him here.
As for Lifewater's question he shrugged. Continuing the lesson now or later didn't matter to him, it could be done at Xun's convenience.
