Herryk knew that he had to find Freya, and fast. Unluckily for him, it was hard for a huge boil such as himself to sneak around. He really was trying his hardest, though, inching past the various game booths until he slapped his eyes on Freya. Thank Jack. Inching closer and yet still using the booths and games to his advantage, he tried to catch Freya's attention. " Pssssssssst. Freya. Freya. Freya. Freya."

Gamesgamesgamesgamesgames. There were GAMES to be had!
When was the last time Astra had been able to just go around and play games for the fun of it? A long time ago, thats what! And now that Scarentines day had arrived, it was the perfect opportunity to go about and see what she could do.
With one glance, she had found one that looked quite appealing. She stepped over to the whack a hunter game, glaring at the miniature dolls, and went to pick up one of the mallets. She grinned as she lifted the mallet. It looked a little too big for the fairy to wield, but she had improved quiet a bit on the strength department, so it wasn't a problem for her now.
When the game started, she was off, smashing the mallet onto the dolls, enjoying the little noises they made everytime she hit them
"Take that! and that! And that too!" She shouted at the dolls as she pretended they were the real thing.
After a few minutes of whacking and shouting, the game ended, Astra felt exhausted at all the effort she put in, but nevertheless she got a pretty good score. And with that done, she was off again looking for the next thing to interest her.

Nuru then decided to take lead this time, dragging Zar over to the whack-a-hunter game. He wasn't sure what hunters looked like but based on the caricatures that popped up, a lot like those reaver dudes from the haunted house.
He grabbed a mallet, poked his tongue out just so, and set to work whacking ALL THE THINGS. Only not so much - he managed to only hit six in his frenzy. Bummer.

Freya was furiously slamming against the Ghost-Man machine, hands going wild on the knob as she tried desperately to stay away from the little pac-men and eat all the little white pellets.
Then Herryk started hissing at her, and she broke concentration. Without looking away, she hissed back, her head tilting just slightly at him. "What what what I'm winninggggggggs..."
GAME OVER.
"AAAAAAAAAACH." Freya kicked the machine, and sulked miserably, before turning to Herryk with a terribly pouty face. "What?"

Ghost man. She had never played this before but boy did it look interesting! Edel doubted it would be as good as Scariokart but there was no way she was going to say no to a game. Ah, ScarioKart. That reminded her of Moure.
It was a lovely distraction.

Sin bent and retrieved a heart shaped candy then scowled at it. 5ever Alone? What did that even mean? Figures she had gotten a piece of candy that some typo demon had been all over.

Herryk wasn't concerned with the fact that Freya'd lost the game all because of him. No, he was far, far too busy peering around. When his eyes alighted on Hel's small frame, the draugr frantically pulled Freya around the game machine and promptly smooshed the ring he'd just picked up onto the proper finger.
"This is a promise ring, Hel is going to kill Herryk."
Thankfully, the ring seemed to fit. Mission accomplished. Herryk's shoulders fell in relief. He plopped a kiss on her lips before grinning brightly.
"Herryk is going to enjoy the smashing hunter game now."

Zar eyed the whack a hunter table pensively, watching Nuru have his go, before picking up the mallet himself, looking utterly doubtful and then going for it himself, not even looking where he swung it and simply hoping for the best in his gusto.
Somehow, he managed to hit 8 of them. He had no idea of this until he finally opened his eyes to look at the scoreboard.

Still a little flushed from the loss, she had little time to digest what Herryk was doing before it was already done. After he kissed her, she looked down at the little ring on her finger, her other hand reaching out to brush a finger along the band. Her eyes flickered up to him for a moment, her eyes glimmering with an obscene amount of joy for a split second, before dimming at the realization. Oh. Right. Hel. Their little joke. The joke she'd planned out, and he was just playing along with.
Right.
She smiled back at him, though the smile did not reach her eyes. Her hand reached up and patted his shoulder affectionately. "Okay, my baby boil. Yeh goes and has fun."

Sibyl was chewing on the chalky '5Ever Alone' candy when she spotted a big burly boil planting a kiss on a tall blonde winged ghoul. She stopped chewing. And she just stared. And stared. And stared... And finally she squealed and flailed her arms with joy. "AWWWWW YAY LOVE YAY~!" It was so nice to see her friends in love. She didn't know their names but she had laid eyes on them. That made them her friends.

Now blindfolded, Nuru was swiftly spun and kicked towards the Junko cutout. Arms outstretched as he tried to find his way.
Planting his pin and lifting the blindfold, he was disappointed to find he was off by a mile.

Okay, what. What just happened. Herryk wasn't entirely sure, but he knew his beloved well enough to know that the 'smile' she'd given him wasn't a real smile. It wasn't a real smile at all, and that scared Herryk. Had he screwed something up? His heavy brows dropped down in a dark frown as he thoughtfully chewed on his lip for a moment.
She'd patted his shoulder. She'd patted his shoulder.
"What? No, what is wrong? Freya does not have to wear the ring long if she does not wish to." He sounded fretful. "It was all that Herryk could find on short notice."
Was that what was wrong? Herryk had no clue. This was her joke, wasn't it? Herryk was just trying to play along.
