Evilyn Black "Ivy" The girl watched Lucia and the boy carefully as the quiet male seemed to go about tending to her. Lucia though just seemed to continue her fit of giggles, stopping suddenly only to begin to grin widely. Despite having heard the boys question in the silence of the cell, the answer didn't make a single shred of sense. More than one what? In an institute of these proportions Lucia could have been talking about anything. An exit, a cell.. The one thing that did ring a bell though was the word injections. Lucia's words were quiet and barely audible even at the small distance yet Isabel had heard that one word clearly, a word that made the pink haired girl's blood run cold. The doctors had done something to her, that much was certain, though whatever it was Ivy chose to not approach. Lucia could perfectly well be under the control of the doctors by now..
The position Isabel sat in was much like her earlier one, wrapped in a blanket and facing the wall. Though this time her head was turned slightly, enabling the girl to watch Lucia and the boy. It was from this position that she caught a fleck of movement in the corner of her eye, her attention now fixated on the new threat Ivy watched as a girl seemingly approached her, a slight wobble in her step.
Eyes widening as she grew ever closer Ivy shifted backwards, pressing the small of her back against the cushioned wall. Her face showed obvious fear, though the girls slow movements seemed to ease her, even if slightly. There was still a safe distance between them..She could escape if she needed to..Ivy merely stared at the girl as she offered up a smile, one that looked almost forced. Thee new girl apparently named Cael even went as far as to offer up her name, a piece of information that Ivy didn't offer back herself. It seemed too risky, yet what did she have to lose?
Shuffling backwards another inched Ivy seemed to peer out from behind her hair a little more, and though still obviously scared she pulled her pale hand from under the blanket and offered a small wave. "..." Other than the hand gesture Ivy said not a word, her lips parted slightly like they almost wanted to before they closed. The girls grip on the leaf grew ever tighter as she continued to stare at Cael. Her face seemed trustworthy yet a person's means were not proven by their looks alone.
(OOC: Sorry. if its kind of bland..Ivy's not too good with people..)

Veronica looked up from where she sat. Her heart was beating rapidly. It was a time like this she wished she had an energy drink. Or at least some coffee. She vaguely remembered a close friend who had given her some premium coffee from other nations. One thing she could say about him is that he was a good gamer.
Veronica sighed. She tried to remember his face, and name. But for some reason she couldn't. The memory was blurred, and distorted. All she knew is that he was a really good friend. He always made her happy when she felt as if she was trapped in darkness.
But now it seems like she was in darkness for good her memories of the ''light' were fading quickly. Normally she didn't think about it. But now that she was it was depressing.
"Perhaps... it is fate... for me to fade to the darkness" she muttered to herself. She did feel as if she was fading a way. A little bit at a time. As if that her memories would fade first. Then her soul.... then her body.

███████████████████████████████████████ Are you really sure you want to know about My Label? Okay, it's;; ☯ Crawling through this world as disease flows through my veins I look into myself, but my own heart has been changed Elsewhere in the cell, Lucia heard movements, felt gazes, and heard another female begin to speak. She twitched her nose slightly, almost as though contemplating who it was, and whether or not she recognized the voice.
Letting her eyes turn from her arm and up to Steven as he spoke, she focussed on him, and only him. What he said was confusing at first, but made sense to her within seconds. She smiled again, and quietly giggled again. She made a slight nod, and watched his eyes go down to her arm, and as he checked his hands with her head tilted slightly in curiosity. Perhaps he thought he could have done something to her.
"I don't like needles," she heard him say, and looked down at his arms as he rubbed them before looking at hers again. Her eyes followed his to the spot the needle had gone in, her head tilted again. "Yeah, a band-aid," she repeated, smiling slightly. But within the back of her mind, she knew that even something so simple wouldn't be supplied by the doctors there. They didn't care. They never did. Never would.
Hearing another female speak, Lucia jumped in surprise as her head popped up, eyes focussing on the origin. Her eyes were widened, still in the midst of her surprise with a mix of her 'new mood.' Her face took on an expression of focus, however. Veronica was the one who spoke, and it was such a quiet mutter that it was almost inaudible. She managed to catch bits and pieces though, and ended up fitting them together like puzzle pieces. Truly, she didn't know what to say, but half of her was pushing her towards being an optimist. "No," Lucia stated quietly, and slightly shook her head. I can't go on like this I loathe all I've become State of [M]ind // [E]motions;; Giggly, confused, thoughtful Purple serum, recently?;; Yes. Veronica looked up in surprise when she heard a voice say 'no'. She didn't expect anyone to be paying attetion to her. So she was surprised. She closed her eyes for a moment. Giving great thought to her next words.
"Perhaps not." she said softly. "But it feels that way though. A full year in the darkness does weird things. At least it seems like that to me" she spoke softly as she was shuffling her deck of cards. She was quite surprised they let her keep then as long as they dis.
Veronica looked around to the othera. She vaguely remembered the question of why she was here. Perhaps not directed at her. Maybe of her pain would reside if she would confess the truth to her cell mates.
"The reason that I am here" she started out with a small sigh. "I was abused for a long time by Marni. My dad's wife. When I thought she was going to kill me..." Veronica began to tell them. However she hard time getting to the end of her tail. "I killed her... I killed her so I could live."

X X C a e l • R e m i s s a e X X Cael sat down on the floor a few feet in front of the pinkette. When the other girl waved she smiled again and mimicked the action. "What? you aren't a talker?" she asked quietly, puzzled and tilting her head to some degree. "Oh well. I don't mind." She shook her head and set her hands on her knees. The pale-haired girl craned her head back to veiw the cieling with a sigh, squiriming a bit. She couldn't sit still for very long and resorted to nibbling at her nails. That kind of movement would suffice. It always did. "I don't like it here. I mean, I doubt any of us do. It's so...I don't know. I don't like the needles, the shots, the medicines, the doctors, these rooms, the smells, the cushions, the lights , the metal tables, the serums, that intercom, that lady, these walls, those bars..." She continued to list, seeming to have forgotten the other girl didn't feel comfortable enough to talk. Cael could've even been chattering away to herself, but just had assumed Ivy was listening. She didn't have to be tuned in if she didn't want to, she wouldn't miss anything. "And the dark. I don't like the dark. I want to go outside where it's warm and nice and there's a sun." Cael finished, nodding as her sentence ended. "There's no life here. This place is so sterile, so unnatural.."Cael mumbled nonsensical sentences and sighed. This girl would probably find her chatter an annoyance since she'd talk forever about everything and anything, given the chance in this place. She was kind of lonely.

Evilyn Black "Ivy" Unlike the other boy, the girl Cael didn't move away when she didn't respond. If anything she just seemed to turn more friendly than she had been before. Upon the other girl sitting herself down near her Ivy moved slightly away from her, pushing against the wall as she retreated farther into her blanket. Despite the space between them the girl had a feeling of claustrophobia settling upon her. By her standards Cael was much too close for comfort, while the other girl did not obviously radiate the feeling of a threat Ivy kept up a wary demeanor. Wide eyed the girl watched Cael with the eyes of a hawk, her every movement deemed as untrustworthy. Surprisingly she appeared to be rather twitchy in her own way, constantly moving some part of her body as she spoke.
There seemed to be no specific subjet to the girls chattering, she swapped between them actively making her a tad difficult to follow. What parts Ivy did hear she sort of distractedly agreed to, more focused on the actions of the girl herself than Cael's actual words. However it was the subject of the outside that seemed to really peak the girls interest, her eyes alighting with recognition instead of her usual terror. Cael was right.. This room was much too sterile and clean, not a speck of dirt or any sort of earth in sight. The entire institute lacked anything contributing to the outside world. No windows..No plants.. Just darkness and the sterile walls. It was almost as if they were too clean, much more so than what was considered normal. The smell of antiseptic was usually apparent in the air, sickening enough to make Ivy's stomach churn.
As the girl seemed to sigh in discontent Ivy took that moment to allow her eyes to travel downward to her tightly closed fist. The feel of the plant on her skin was comforting, easily reminding her of the outside world the institute lacked. Shifting herself, the girl brought the blanket closer in a more comforting manor, her eyes briefly glancing at the boy and Lucia. She didn't seem to be in any sort of initial pain, though she was acting quite odd. Whatever had happened to her was still a mystery..

—(•·✚[ ⓢⓣⓔⓥⓔⓝ ]✚·•)—All my toys are broken And so am I inside, mom... Steven watched as Veronica muttered to herself, but didn't think what she said was particularly important. You couldn't just fade... could you? When Lucia asserted that one couldn't just do so by stating 'no,' Steven felt rather relieved. Steven heard Veronica speak again and smiled as she shuffled her deck of cards. She had a toy. He paid little attention to what Veronica was saying until she mentioned killing someone.
"I don't like it when they scream..." he murmured softly and motioned with his hand for her to come closer. "You have c-cards... want to p-play?" he asked her, hoping that she would say yes so that he could find a bit of happiness in this strange institution.

Veronica was glad when someone showed interest in playing a card game. She scooted herself closer to the center of the room. "Alright, what kind of game are you thinking of?" she asked with a smile. She looked tired, but still not unwilling for any sort of distraction that didn't include sleep.
As she waited for an answer she keep on shuffling her deck of cards. As she thought about it this would be the first time in nearly a year she would have played any kind of card game with anyone

███████████████████████████████████████ Are you really sure you want to know about My Label? Okay, it's;; ☯ Crawling through this world as disease flows through my veins I look into myself, but my own heart has been changed Lucia tilted her head when Veronica responded, and continued to, even after she finished. Through what could pass as vacant eyes, she stared, as though contemplating what she had just been told. The words almost seemed to echo in her mind, and slowly, she began to frown in thought. Veronica had killed the woman so that she could gain the chance to live. It was a kill, or be killed situation. If Veronica hadn't killed the woman, Veronica herself would have been killed. It was instinct. Survival. In Lucia's mind, she was innocent.
Hearing the other two females speak, her eyes trailed over as though Lucia had forgotten that she didn't reply. But then there was a closer voice that made Lucia nearly leap out of the thoughts she was having, her eyes wide. Almost wild.
"I don't like when they scream," she heard the masculine voice say. It only took Lucia a mere moment to realize Veronica wasn't the only person in the room to have had another human's blood on her hands. "That's odd," she thought to herself, tilting her head again. Then cards were mentioned, and he motioned for Veronica to come over. Confused, Lucia looked at Veronica, only to see her shuffling cards she hadn't noticed before. How did she manage getting away with that..
She watched Veronica scoot herself closer to herself and Steven were, and grinned. "Cards are fun," she said, eyes brightening. But then, in the back of her mind, she had a small realization. Lucia never normally spoke her opinion, or what she was thinking. What was this? What had those doctors done to her? This wasn't right. It wasn't right at all. Her eyes drifted to the floor once again as though thinking about everything.
"Lucia," a voice said, and her head perked up as though someone in the room had said it. Looking around, she found that no one had. "You idiot, it's me," it said, bringing Lucia to frown. She parted her lips to speak, but they closed again, quickly realizing that that would not be wise. "We need to get out of here," it said simply, which brought Lucia's eyes to lock onto the door sealing herself, and the others in this cushioned cell. The only way out. Then her eyes moved to the camera that watched them so closely, and for what seemed like hours for Lucia, she stared at it, and the stare almost turned to a glare. "We could play Slap Jack... or Crazy Eights... or War... or Go Fish..." he replied, listing off all the games he could think of and that he enjoyed. He had never particularly liked gambling games so he didn't mention any like poker or the like. He glanced over to Lucia and smiled at her as she said 'cards are fun'.
Nodding at the other girl, Steven turned his attention back to Veronica and rubbed his palms together before he asked her, "W-what's your favourite card? I.. I like the Jack of Sp-spades... he's got two faces..."

"Ace of clubs, however I like to think of it as clover" Veronica commented, She had a hard time remembering 'clubs' so she grew up calling them clovers. "Also Crazy Eights sounds like it would be interesting"
Soon Veronica would start dealing out the cards. Eight cards for each player. After she set down a card which was 2 of diamonds.
Veronica thought back when she used to collect different playing cards from different places. Some from different movies, and TV shows. She did once think about making one of her own. But never got around to it.

███████████████████████████████████████ Are you really sure you want to know about My Label? Okay, it's;; ☯ Crawling through this world as disease flows through my veins I look into myself, but my own heart has been changed Lucia watched curiously when cards were dealt, and the two moved closer together. Lucia shifted slightly, closer, so that she could watch them play. She tilted her head slightly, smiling again. She didn't particularly want to play, but did want to spectate the game they were going to play. She didn't know how the particular card game worked.
Lucia brought her knees to her chest, still smiling. The two discussed their favourite cards, and Lucia thought for a moment. Did she have a favourite card? She didn't think so. Beginning to picture the different cards in her mind, she wondered if she did have a favourite, and what it was if she did. Before she could actually come up with an answer, she looked up again at the others in the room apart from the two she was near. "Hi!" she said to all of them with a bright smile. Even she didn't exactly know where that came from.
"LUCIA," a voice in her head shouted, making her jump slightly in surprise. Her first reaction was looking around with wide eyes. "Lucia, quit wasting your time on such meaningless thoughts, and plan your damn escape. And stop interacting with all of these people. It's not like you, and you're acting like an idiot," it said, and it as then that she realized that no one's lips were moving with those words. "I--," she began, but was cut off by the voice again. "No, Lucia! Who knows what will happen if you speak to me? Those bloody doctors will kill us. Just don't speak at all. It's not like the others in here like you anyway. They never will. Don't trust anyone, or anything. There's eyes and ears everywhere, and you don't know when you'll be betrayed again,"
The smile that had earlier been on Lucia's face had long faded, like it never existed in the first place. Her light eyes grew cold, and all light they may have had was drained. The voice spoke the truth. If she showed trust, or liking towards anyone else, any sort of emotion, it could be used against her before she could say "oops." Her eyes narrowed when these thoughts emerged. I can't go on like this I loathe all I've become State of [M]ind // [E]motions;; Lively-ish, confused, thoughtful, Purple serum, recently?;; Yes.
