If his writer had not already paired him up with Cass, Marcus would have kissed Jordan at that moment and it would have been beautiful. "I will leave it up to you, think we should take some for further pranks or leave it all in one swoop?"

Robert had already pocketed two while no one was looking.

Jerry had merely nodded, running his hand through his hair before trying to shake off the negativity with a deep breath. Right. Disposing of them properly. Where? Didn't matter, he was just happy it didn't seem Jordan was that upset with him. "Ah... yeah, sure, of course!" He tried to fix his smile back on his face, although it was trembling at the edges as he straightened his jacket, "Er... with what... exactly?"
Just... pretend nothing had happened. And he hadn't just apparently embarrassed himself in front of everyone. Jordan was right. Of course Alpha One would be right. He always was. And yet he looked so exhausted these days... "Jordan... when we're done here, er. Later-" He glanced to Marcus, suddenly feeling exceptionally selfish. What Jordan and he both needed, he was convinced, was a nice stiff drink. But even with his careful rationing, the bottle Dr. H. had given him was slowly draining. "I'd like to talk to you about something." There that left it ambiguous enough. He topped it off with another hopeful smile.

"I figure the box should be delivered to one of our superiors for proper disposal," Jordan said, straight-faced. "After all, it's a discovery of something left in a dorm room by a trainee who's since moved on. There might be something of value or something coded left in the books." He paused. "It's probably a good idea to do it quietly, though. The gesture might be misinterpreted."
He eyed Jerry cautiously, then smiled a little. "Okay. I"ll catch you after we're done here, then."

"Awesome, excellent," Jerry sighed with relief before glancing to the large, hefty box. Well... at least they seemed to be paperbacks? His expression became more serious, eyeing Robert carefully as he stalked over to the Box of Evil. Honestly, he would drag it out and really set it on fire out in the training yard if he had any say about it, but there was a good point- there could be something hidden in them if they belonged to an ex-trainee. And he supposed it would be a bit disrespectful. "Alright. To the proper authorities it is." Jerry cracked his knuckles, glancing to Harrison and the rest, "Er... happy dry-walling. I'll be back in er... a bit." He managed, unable to shake the feeling people were just waiting for him to take his leave. Fine. Just... laugh it off. Silly books to ease the tension.
He crouched down, grabbing the box in both arms before trying to heft it up. His face went red as he straightened, staggering backward several steps before catching himself on the wall. "That's.. a lot... of smutty books..." He managed to wheeze. Alright. Now to just... make his way all the way to the proper office.
Fantastic.

Robert was definitely, definitely sitting there glaring at Jerry, waiting for him to leave.

"He might need some help with that," Jordan put in, and directed a steady, expressionless look at Robert.

"I.. I've got it!" Jerry assured him with a grunt, sliding along the freshly-refurbished wall until he unfortunately hit a doorway and was sent staggering sideways with a yelp and a spray of books.

Bix suddenly absorbed what was going on and that was fun being ruined. Dropping them off? Coded messages?
"The only thing coded about these is that maybe if we distribute them among the girls, they'll get some ideas. RIGHT? RIGHT?" He started to elbow Gale again, a favorite habit.
He'd also taken a few. Including the spaceship one he'd found earlier.

Bix didn't know. He shrugged, still uneasy, at the girls comment. Jerry had said it was how he was raised...he didn't know. Touchy subjects, he guessed. With all the panicking Jerry had been doing, you'd have thought somebody had turned out the lights instead of read a few dirty sentences.
"I got it," Harrison said, putting his own bin down. "Nobody touch that, there's broken glass in there."
He stooped to pick up some of the stray ones, tossing Heart of a Thief on top of the pile before grabbing the other side of the wooden box.
"It's a wonder those noodle-arms of yours can manage Roar. ...Which way are we headed?"

"Ehh.. ehh!" Bix waved his own noodle arms as Harrison picked up the box but there were already too many people in the room willing to 'drop off' the books.
Oh well. Hopefully they could all work out their issues on the way there. Wherever there was.
Bix just secured his coat, made sure his stolen books weren't falling out or anything, and stood back up.
"Well that was fun for a minute." Back to cleaning? sad

Fun being ruined? No, just redirected a little. "I'm sure that anyone who wants extra study material can deliver the rest later," Jordan said, and looked to Marcus. "Want to tell them where these are going, or should I?"

Wary eyes watched Jerry bend down to pick up the box of books and stumble around with it. A part of Wilson wanted to know what the sun hunter was doing with the box, but then again the other part didn’t really want to find out either. Sighing, he waved Jerry off. “Have fun with…wherever you’re taking those books. Hopefully far away from me.”
He looked at Bix. “I think I’ve had enough ‘fun’ for the day, then.” Wilson sighed again before hauling a couple of the scrap wood and shuffling out of the room.
But not before he took a couple books shhhh you didn’t see anything okay.
