"That's strange, I haven't had similar problems," Ark said, looking at the hole. "Maybe you should move. If the school won't do anything about the other kids, it'd be better to go somewhere else. Lack of action means they're incompetent anyway."

"I wasn't bullied like that at all when I was in school," Ark replied. He pulled his hair back, as it had started to fall in front of his face. "I grew up in this general area, though I probably went to a different school. I just find it odd."

Ark shrugged. "Do something about the problem or get away from it, I don't know." He turned to look out a window and absent-mindedly played with his hair. "There's probably something you can do."

Ark turned away from the window he'd been staring at, and noticed Nezumi watching him. "You seem quite entranced. Don't worry, most people are like that when they first get to know me," he said with a smirk. "Since you brought up the subject of relationships oh-so-long ago, what's your deal?"
