Riku watched as her Growlithe was placed on the machine. He'd be perfectly fine once they were finished. The girl then said thank you to the Chansey for cleaning her cuts and burns and bandaging them. She tried not to move or wince or anything while the pink pokemon was doing it but it was kind of hard.

Once the Growlithe was healed the first Chansey would return and place it beside the girl, just in time for the second to finish her work and release Riku.

Riku once again thanked the Chansey for it's help. It was really appreciated and she felt much better already because of it. At least she felt filled with more energy and could move around a little easier then before. The girl then grabbed Sir Aiden's pokeball, releasing the Growlithe, clipped the ball to her belt and continued onward. It was time to get back to the mission. They needed to find all the parts as quickly as they could. Hopefully no more pokemon of doom would approach. As soon as they made it to the jungle, the girl was relieved. Alright, time to start looking again.
Sir Aiden felt much better as he walked beside Riku. The Growlithe was fully healed and felt perfectly fine. He was up for any upcoming battles ready once again to prove his worth to his trainer. This time, he wouldn't be beaten so easily by anyone..

Riku kept traveling through the jungle though surprisingly all was quiet. So far nothing had tried to squish her nor were there any sounds really right now. Strange. When things got this silent, it usually meant there was some kind of danger around. Though no pokemon came out to challenge her. Even more strange. The girl glanced around but shrugged it off. She could do nothing but just keep moving forward. They'd come across something eventually be it friend, foe or giant pokemon...

Riku kept walking though it was strange. Nothing seemed to cross their path. Last time she had been wandering the forest had been filled with pokemon like the Turtwig and Pinser. Along with the giant pokemon machines and other strange things. This time it really was too quiet. The girl was more cautious, worried this might be the warning of something really big and bad out there hiding and ready to attack her at a moment's notice. With the strangeness of this island, it could really be true..

Riku paused for a second. Still nothing. It kind of seemed like this forest was never ending. The girl paused to catch her breath. Nothing seemed out of the ordinary and the quiet sure beat being chased by giant pokemon and running to avoid death. Then again considering her mission, she should've expected it. But hey, she was only ten and couldn't run as fast as people double her age. Though the academy was full of people ages ten through thirteen to start off. It would've come in handy if she had a Ponyta or something..

The silence of the forest would breached by a high, static bleat and the sound of a bell. Venturing in the direction of the sound, Riku would find a Mareep. Not just any Mareep however, some how, in some unfathomable fashion, the Electric-Type had managed to get itself caught up in a tree.
Again the Mareep would bleat, struggling in vain to free itself from the branches it was caught in high above the ground. The motion would cause the bell around it's neck to produce a low chime. This Mareep seemed to be wearing a collar.

The girl spotted the Mareep and at first glanced at her Growlithe. No, she couldn't send a dog to climb a tree and she didn't have any cat pokemon.. The girl looked at the Growlithe and shook her head. No dog would be able to balance on the branches. Shrugging, she then released her Totodile. The dinosaur pokemon would be okay, if he used his claws and teeth to help climb up the tree. The girl then tossed the Totodile up onto the nearest branch.Yoshi, go help the Mareep!
The Totodile came out quacking as usual. This time as soon as he was released he was tossed into the air. Surprised he clung onto the branch and then glanced down at the girl. What was she thinking? Then he heard her request and let out an answering Quack. The blue dinosaur slowly but surely made his ways towards the Mareep. He dug in his claws and used his jaws to clamp onto branches and then pull and scramble up. After a couple minutes, he had finally gotten up there. Spotting where the Mareep was stuck, he then clamped onto the wool. He stretched it at first so that there was a thinner part to bite through. A Totodile was known for biting and his strong jaws and thus it didn't too long for him to bite through the wool on both sides. Spotting the terrified Mareep and knowing it would go down easily and probably was too scared to jump, the Totodile did what he thought was best.
He pushed the Mareep off the branch. Luckily on it's fall down, it didn't hit any other branches. And his trainer below caught the giant fluff ball. After watching the girl place the sheep down, he then jumped himself. The girl caught him easily enough and the Totodile, the Growlithe and the girl all looked at the Mareep wondering what they should do next...

Unfortunately for Riku and the Totodile both, they hadn't really taken into consideration how scared silly the Mareep was. Shed been frightened to begin with, and then she'd been pushed out of a tree by a horrible toothy blue monster! Mareep were naturally timid creatures, and Riku's hasty and rash actions did not mix well with that nature at all!
Closing her eyes in fear that opening them would cause another calamity, the Mareep's wool began to bulge and spark, electricity dancing about the yellow mass. With each passing second the Mareep's wool would grow in size, absorbing all the static within and without it. The little Pokemon was a ticking electrical time-bomb; and if Riku didn't do something fast she was gonna blow!

The girl quickly returned her Totodile before she approached the Mareep. This pokemon was helpless and couldn't just be left behind like this. Who knew what was out in the forest, well besides giant pokemon that could crush the poor pokemon. It was scared and she could tell and she tried quickly to think of a solution. The girl didn't know if this was going to work but she was going to try. She was close enough so that if the pokemon exploded she would get shocked as she stood there for a second. A couple more seconds and then she began to sing!

Sir Aiden looked at the girl. This was ridiculous. What in Arceus's name did she think she was doing? The fire pokemon shook his head before following after her. His gaze watched the Mareep intently, tense and ready to pull the girl out of harm's way if necessary!

Ultimately there was only one flaw in the girl's plan...her singing was horribly of key! Instead of soothing the Pokemon, the girl's high pitched and occasionally screechy singing voice would to further frighten the creature, causing the her wool to further expand with electricity. Before the static was released however, the Mareep would suddenly find her legs and begin barrelling through the jungle. The only thing Riku would manage to see was the striking of a thunderbolt far off in the distance.

The girl watched as the Mareep ran away. It's body had contrinued to grow with electricity and the girl was kind of relieved that it had ran away. When she saw the giant thunderbolt, she winced. Well at least the pokemon had decided not to kill them with electricity. The girl didn't know that her singing had scared the pokemon off. Well nothing to worry about anymore. She then continued on her merry way to find more parts and complete her mission.
Sir Aiden's ears had flattened against his head and he had to resist holding his paws against his ears to block out the noise. It had been absolutely horrible. The Growlithe was relieved when she finally stopped. Seemed like her singing had scared off the Mareep. Well there wasn't anything they could do about it. He shrugged and then padded after her. Time to get back on the job.

The girl started whistling a random song that happened to pop up in her head. She hadn't spotted anything so far. Though this jungle did seem to be strange. Various pokemon obviously inhabited this area judging by the Turtwig, Mareep and Pinser she had thus encountered. Oh well, it was nothing really to worry about. She just needed to find more parts. Surprisingly this mission was turning out harder then expected and she was taking awhile to find parts. After all, she hadn't found even one part of the list yet... Had to start looking harder. The girl's purple gaze scanned the area, wondering where any might be.
Sir Aiden was alert, glancing around to make sure nothing was amiss. The girl seemed more intent on finding the parts then actually keeping track of their surroundings which could be a very big mistake. The fire dog keep all senses on high alert, just in case something came out. They had already had plenty of close calls already..

The sounds of the jungle would soon turn to the crashing of waves against the shore, the dirt beneath Riku's feet giving way to sand white and pure. She no longer stood amidst the towering trees of the jungle, but on a sunlit beach. Apparently she'd reached the islands coast...and indeed, in the distance she would be able to see one of the Ferry heading towards the PokeLand Dock!

Riku looked pretty surprised that the surroundings had changed. Well the sunny beach was nice and maybe she'd be able to find more parts around here. The girl then glanced around curiously. Well it wasn't exactly like the fallen giant pokemon could hide or anything. Unless it was buried underneath the sand..
Sir Aiden walked alongside of the girl, glancing at the ocean. Well hopefully that Gyarados wasn't close by or anything.. He scanned the area trying to find anything that might look like a part they needed to find. The mission was taking longer then expected and they wouldn't want the head mechanic to get mad.
