And it was done. Wow. It was simply so amazing coming across these different species. She probably wouldn't have ever encountered such people back when she still was alive, much less believe in such supposed "myths" in the first place. Being a merman on land seemed like a lot of work. Wasn't there ever a fear of being outside his boundaries? Also, if Kamil had a problem with chlorine, wouldn't that give him a problem if he had to go to the pool? She was so curious about merpeople's views on people who lived on land as well! That wasn't even the last of her questions either! Wait, she could just ask Kamil them again.
"Of course, I will! Also, do you mind if I can ask questions again? I have a lot actually, and since I don't breathe, you might feel overwhelmed by all of them though."

 Kamil Terrace ________________________Kamil couldn't help but laugh at Kasie's enthusiasm to learn more about merpeople. He wondered how she could have so many questions. In fact, he thought that the surface world was more interesting than his own world. "Well, maybe just a little bit more, but you can't ask a lot. A guy has to be at least a little mysterious to be cool right?" Kamil pointed out as he put his hands in his pockets.
Kamil also had a few questions for her too since he's never met a dead surface dweller before and the thought of being unable to touch anything and float around in gravity was messing with his mind. Of course, he wanted to wait until she was done since it was ladies first after all. At least, that was one of the traditions in the surface if Kamil recalled correctly.

Kasie chuckled at that, slightly shaking her head about Kamil's definition of being "cool." "Sorry, but it doesn't work that way. You're cool just by being yourself. Pretending to be something you're not is the opposite of cool. It's like lying about yourself."
However, that limit on questions was causing her brain to fry because there was just so much in mind. She had to pause for a bit before she could finally figure out what to say. "Okay. I narrowed down my questions. What do merpeople generally think about um... surface dwellers, and what about you? Also, are the legs thing like magic? Or is it something that you can't really explain, but you just go with the flow? And my last question would have to be.... Aren't you scared about being in new territory? All right! I'm done. Feel free to ask me as well."

Kamil Terrace ________________________Kamil grinned. Of course. He's never been anything but himself, but he did plan to become manlier. It's not that he's trying to be something he's not. He just wanted a goal.
"Well... we merpeople don't think much about surface dwellers. There are a few mermaids that like to mess with their ships since the women in our oceans are really possessive and they think surface dwellers should just stay on the surface and stay out of the ocean. Every now and then, there are a few curious merpeople who come to the surface to chat with people on the beach, but they have to be careful to hide their tails. Um... for me, I'm fascinated with surface dwellers and their culture."
"As for the legs, well, it's magic, I guess. The King of the Sea his this all powerful trident and he zapped me with it to give me the ability to become a surface dweller when I come on the surface, but a merman when I get submerged in water. I can't explain any more than that since the trident is really mysterious."
"And for the last question, I was really nervous at first, but then I started meeting all these interesting people and tasting all these great food, I'm starting to really like it here. Of course, I still have to be careful not to dry out or I might die, but I'll know when to go find water when my skin starts getting flaky."
Kamil finally finished answering all the questions. He took a breath of air since he needed to breath. Wouldn't it be convenient to not need to know how to breathe?
"Alright, it's my turn. When you're like that do you ever need to eat? Do you miss eating your favorite food? Since you don't need to breathe, can't you go into the ocean and explore if you wanted to? Can you feel hot or cold? And my last question: is floating natural for you-- like can you feel gravity at all?"

Kasie gave a low whistle to his thorough explanations. "That's.... amazing. I never would have thought that merpeople, much less any other species, would have existed. I always believed they were myths until I became a ghost myself. It's just so interesting to hear about these different lifestyles. Well, I suppose it's my turn."
" I don't eat. Period. I don't sleep either. It's just me being in my own world. I don't exactly have any limitations. Of course, I miss that stuff. You know, you just grow so accustomed to it that you barely notice simple things like touching, eating, and whatnot, but then when it's all gone, it's hard to get used to it. And I shall never forget the taste of snowcones or any sugary delights, which by the way, you should try."
"As for the ocean journey, it crossed my mind several times, but I never thought to act on it. It just seemed to lonely to go by myself you know? I have to say no to the temperature as well."
"By the way, floating is the most awesome thing ever! There's no restrictions whatsoever. It's hard to explain it, but it's like... freedom?"

Kamil Terrace ________________________Kamil wasn't so sure about the not being able to eat thing, but he thought the floating part was really cool. He kind of understood her a little bit since in the water, you could kind of float, but it wasn't really the same compared to defying gravity.
"Well, when I go back to the ocean, maybe I could swim with you so you won't be lonely. But because you don't sleep, you might get lonely at night since I need to sleep." Kamil suggested with a grin, "I can show you around the ocean since I live there! Of course, if we get to an ocean I've never been in before, I might not be able to show you around."

The ocean plan sounded wonderful as long as she had a companion. Sure, she had thought about exploring the unknown sea or even space, but it was only the loneliness that kept her from going. That and the fact that if she got lost, she was doomed. Other than that, Kasie was completely excited for the idea.
"Awesome! We should totally try that out, and don't worry, I can entertain myself. There's plenty of nocturnal sea critters right? So I'll be fine. It'd be kind of awkward though if I came across my body while I was down there, but I doubt it'd be there. It's been way too long since I've been dead."

Kamil Terrace ________________________It took Kamil some time to figure out what she meant. He gave her a slightly confused look. She was standing in front of him, so why was her body in the ocean? Then it dawned on him why. Was that why she was always dripping wet? It was hard to believe that she was dead, asides from the fact that she couldn't touch anything. She was standing right in front of him and talking to him like a normal person.
"Does that mean you died in water? Shouldn't you be afraid?" Kamil asked Kasie.

"Afraid? Nah. I didn't drown or anything. I just fell off a cliff and died by hitting my head against some rocks before my body was swept away by the ocean." Kasie casually shrugged, talking about her death as lightly as one would with the weather. It never occurred to her that the ocean would be a fear to her, but now that she thought about it, she still didn't have any problems since she didn't suffocate or anything of that sort. Maybe it was simply because she had chosen to die that it didn't matter. Sure, there was that split second of absolute terror and regret, but that passed as soon as she landed.

Kamil Terrace ________________________It sounded like it would hurt a lot. Kamil didn't want to press anymore into the subject because it kind of made him feel a little sick since he had a vivid imagination and the thought of falling off a cliff seemed pretty scary for Kamil.
At that time, Kamil realized that he was starting to get a little restless. he wasn't the type to stand around talking all the time.
"Well, we've been standing around talking for some time. I kind of feel like I want to do some more exploring. I'm still a little moist since I recently had a swim. Do you have anywhere you want to go, Kasie?"
Kamil asked.

Sethrian.Terkynna  After having had a rather odd encounter the previous day, Sethrian decided to stick close to try to play it safe and avoid weirdoes for today. After prowling around the school restlessly for a while, though, he finally gave up and headed to the park. He figured it might be a nice place to spend some time. Alone. Sulking. As usual. As soon as he entered, he spotted a few rows of stone tables and benches, set up for playing chess. Even though he didn't have a partner, he still made his way over there and sat at one of the tables. The rest were empty anyway, but it was a nice spot for watching the lake, so he thought he might just sit and relax for a while. He should have brought a book or something. But he supposed that just sitting and relaxing was fine, too.

Kamil was about to agree with Kasie when he saw a familiar figure. He grinned.
"Ah! It's Sethrian! Let's go meet up with him, Kasie!"
Kamil's hand went through Kasie's arm when he tried to grab her arm and drag her with him all the way to Sethrian. Kamil was confused at first and then he remembered. "Whoops! I keep forgetting that I can't touch you. Sorry about that! Well, let's go over and meet with him!"
Kamil dashed over to Sethrian. "Sethrian! Nice to see that you're out and about! Hopefully you didn't stay indoors all day! That's bad for your health, you know!" Kamil laughed as he skidded to a stop in front of Sethrian, almost stumbling over due to his speed.

Sethrian? Kasie halted to a stop before trailing after Kamil, shyly hovering about. Well, he seemed enthusiastic about it, so how was she supposed to meet this new person. But wait... She's seen this guy before downtown! Her own enthusiasm must have shown as she raced alongside with the merman. What a surprising coincidence that they seemed to have all already met each other.
"Oh, it's you! Hello there! It's Sethrian? Haha, I never got your name before, but now I know. Wow, this is such a small world right?"

Sethrian.Terkynna Sethrian was startled out of his reverie when Kamil came bounding over with his usual exhuberance. Seth blinked up at him, taking a moment register what he'd said. "Ah...no. I did not stay in doors all day. I've been 'out and about;' we've just managed to miss each other somehow." "You are energetic as always. I take it you are doing well." He looked at Kasie as she joined Kamil, and grimaced. Her again. "Have you been stalking people again? Considering Kamil and I go to the same school, it's unsurprising you would meet the both of us." Kamil didn't seem surprised to meet her, so he assumed they had already had their introduction. He wondered vaguely if it had been as dramatic as the one yesterday. "Are the two of you here together?" he asked.
