lucy took the wolf figure and put it in her pocket "it does?" she asked him as her ear twitched. she looked back out the window and sighed. she could hear what casey was yelling with her large ears. her face became sad and understanding as she listened.

"weve all lost people to this madness weve all suffered hes no different, we all have our ways of takimg away the pain his is just different."
Jaq sighed and rolled up the sleeves up revealing cuts and slashes running up his forearms,
"some of us choose to suffer in silence so that we dont put our pain on anyone else."
Jaq hung his head a bit a feeling of great sadness washing over him

lucy looked over and saw his arms. she nodded in agreement with him she kept silent as she rolled up one of her sleeves and showed him her arms without looking at him. her arm was also covered in scars going across her arm, but there were very few compared to his.

Jaq looked up and saw lucys scars his heart fealt great sorrow and sadness he got up and hugged lucy tightly
"no one should ever have to feel this kind of pain."

"but the whole world is going through this aching pain...." she said quietly, her ears lowered as she continued to look away as he hugged her. she stayed quite and bit her lip.

Jaq didnt let go he hekd her tighter and rubbed het back

"all these damn experiments are probly the reason I've survived this long" Casey still yelled but cooled down and everytime he moved his arm his had hurt, he walked back down to their room and took off his bloody shirt on the way revealing the scars on his back almost as many as Jaq had on both arms but longer and some deeper as he sat down across from Jaq and Lucy with his back to them he reealized his blood had trailed from the roof, he bandaged his hands up eventually stopping the bleeding he sat there looking out the metal door as his friends hugged with great sadness in their eyes

jaq looked over at casey and slowly broke the hug with lucy and walked over to him he sat down beside him and put an arm around him
"dont worry soldier your not alone anymore youve got us we'll all stick together and we will be just fine, things will get better youll see we just have to be positive and keep surviving."

lucy walked over and sat on the other side of casey and she gave him a hug "jaq is right, we're together in all of this craziness." she said, giving them both a smile.

Casey wanted to break down and cry there but he choked back the tears but he couldn't shake the sadness from his eyes he put his arm around Jaq for a moment "thanks man, I really apreciate everything you've done to help me all this time" Casey said quickly wiping a tear from his eye, he turned to Lucy and hugged her "and thank you for everything you've done too. I'm glad to have friends to relate to in this world.....and uh sorry for the screaming and for breaking the door down I'll fix it" Casey said with a very small smile he didn't know if they noticed it, he sat there just calming down

Jaq patted his shoulder in the way of a brother
"ill help yoy fix the door after all were all family here we all gotta help each other."

Casey smiled back "yea thanks I'd appreciate that Jaq but we should wait my hands are killing me from that break down" he said as some blood went down his arms he winced a little at the pain
