Chiyaki gave everyone more than enough time to finish with everything. But now it was time to move on. These kids had to get out of here and make something of themselves in the village. Besides, she hated teaching. So that didn't motivate her n a positive manner at all. But... she had to do what she had to do. The woman, staff in hand per the norm, walked over towards the center of the academy grounds. "Okay everyone, gather around!"

Sandā Ten'nyo  Hp: 30/30 Cp: 18/18 MHp: 30/30After having finished the the hand seals and being told to go run around the Academy Ten'nyo had barely gone anywhere. She had taken her sweet time and was only going at a slow jog to begin with; and then Chiyaki called everyone back to the center. Well that's good, at least I don't have to run now. the girl thought to herself. She hated running just for the sake of running. It was just so utterly boring. It didn't take long for her to jog over to where Chiyaki was now waiting for the group. "I'm here Yubari."

Shokobutsu Kanjo Hp:9 Cp: 4 MHp: 10 Experience: 20/100Running around the academy seemed like hard work to Kanjo. Once he saw Ten'nyo begin, he knew he had to as well. He slowly jogged most of the first lap, walking the last part, when he heard Chiyaki call everyone for their next assignment. He walked up to Chiyaki, seeing that Ten'nyo was already there and smiled, being glad he didn't have to do the last assignment.

Sandā Ten'nyo Hp: 30/30 Cp: 18/18 MHp: 30/30Ten'nyo watched as Kanjo walked over to where everyone was supposed to meeting. As the boy moved she a red glint caught her eye as something on the boy's right wrist reflected some of light inside the cavern into her eyes. The girl looked closer and saw the had some kind of red bracelet on his wrist. The bracelet intrigued her mind during this dull moment of waiting. "Hey Shokobutsu, what's up with that red bracelet that you're wearing?" she asked bluntly.

Shokobutsu Kanjo Hp:9 Cp: 4 MHp: 10 Experience: 20/100Kanjo looked at his bracelet. He had forgotten that he was wearing it. Looking at it for a few seconds, he remembered what had happened to his grandmother before he came to the academy. Remembering Ten'nyo's question, he looked up and smiled. "Well, it was a gift from grandmother before she...passed on." A tear to his eye and trudged down his unchanged face. Trying to change the subject, he asked her, "You're the village leader's daughter?"

Huffing and puffing, Ruan zoomed past the hospital and down the steep stairs. 'I can't believe I'm late!' As the academy's arched entrance came nearer the boy hollered, 'I'm here, I'm here!' Ruan saw his classmates gathered around Chiyaki as he entered the cave. The boy's pace slowed as he neared the group. 'I'm sorry Chiyaki Sensei, I lost track of time.' As a gesture of good will Ruan bowed respectfully. Taking a quick look around he saw his peers talking amongst themselves as they awaited instruction. 'Maybe if I keep my trap shut, she won't throttle me..'

Chiyaki side-eyed the newest entry and groaned. Great. Not only was the boy late, but he was already behind everyone else. There was only one thing she could do at this point.Chiyaki had to go with the new one and watch the other two as well. she groaned in frustration. "Raikage-sama... I didn't sign up for this..."The sensei eventually turned back to the two that were having a conversation. "Sandaa, Shokobutsu... for the time being, I am going to have you two spar. There are to be no weapons used... just hand-to-hand combat. Get to it..." Chiyaki then turned away from the two and went to talk at the other. Quote: To practice Taijutsu, the students were paired up and sparred against one another. I try to keep those with a high strength together and those with a weak strength together. No one was allowed to use ninjutsu or genjutsu during the fight. Taijutsu was the only techniques used. They kept fighting until 1 Hp was left.
To Attack: 1d20 + Melee Attack Bonus
To Dodge: Dodge (No dice roll)
To Grapple: 1d20 + Melee Attack Bonus
To Escape Grapple: 1d20 + Escape Artist
To Calculate Damage: Random number 1+str mod to 6+str mod
Ties go to the favor of the attacker.
Rolling a "1" is an automatic failure.
Rolling a "20" is an automatic win. ((1d20 + DEX mod... higher of the two attacks first))

Sandā Ten'nyo Hp: 30/30 Cp: 18/18 MHp: 30/30She listened as Kanjo told her where the bracelet had come from, and the giver of said bracelet was dead. She watched as the tear rolled down his face and wasn't sure if he was a really good liar or if his face was always tight. It was no surprise when the boy changed the question, though she was surprised that the boy had recognized her family name when their teach either had not or lied about not knowing it. "Yeah, I'm the Raikage's daughter all right..." her voice was... somehow unhappy yet appreciative at the same time. Ten'nyo certainly enjoyed the special treatment that she sometimes received but overall she'd rather have more time with her father. Before the conversation could really go anywhere Chiyaki gave them another training to do. Taijutusu? When are going to start the good stuff? she thought to herself. "Hey Sokobutsu, can you be gentle with me? I am a girl after all." she said. Seduction: 1 + 4 = 5 vs Kanjo sense motive + 1D20 (or if you want he could go easy on her. I don't recommend that though) Roll to go first: 15 + 0

Odin rushed to and fro, up and down spiral staircases, past the great crystals of hope. Odin couldn't help but pause here for a moment as he respectfully payed homage to the crystals. They represented the soul of Kumo, the hope of rebirth, and to pass up respect to that would be unfit, even if it did make him later than he already was. The young boy, having wished good luck on the stones, rushed off once again, passing by the front of the Hospital. He was lucky to have his parents still be alive after the great catastrophe that nearly wiped Kumo off the face of the map. Without pause the dark haired boy bounded forwards, approaching ever closer to the arching entrance. There Odin saw the class, he appeared to have been the last one to arrive. Slowing down he took his place next to the second latecomer without a word, there was nothing to be said so he simply bowed and awaited Chiyaki's orders.

When Chiyaki beckoned, the boy reluctantly approached. He stood near enough to be noticed, the last thing he needed was the be chewed out yet again. Another student showed up late, shouting as he entered the school grounds. Jin could barely suppress the urge to grin. Generally he wouldn't laugh at someone's misfortune, but for some reason the irate attitude the instructor took toward tardy students humored him.
When it turned out that the next training would be hand-to-hand combat Jin wasn't quite so overjoyed. He decided to maintain his place in the background. The second-to-last thing he needed was to feel guilty for beating up some unlucky partner in a duel. When still another student walked in late Jin couldn't help but chuckle. He was certain Chiyaki would lose her mind at this rate. The latter recent arrival entered in pretty much the opposite fashion as the former, remaining silent rather than making sure everyone was alert to his tardiness. "Not even an apology, hm?" the boy mumbled to himself.

Chiyaki reached in her robe pocket and pulled out two more of the handeal scrolls. She would have much rather handed them out altogether... but there always had to be exceptions to everything like the ever-so-tardy students that continually pop up like weeds.
"Listen, I DO NOT accept tardiness. Next time you all decide to be late, I will see to it that your lives here in the academy will be a living HELL" Chiyaki threw a scroll at each of the new arrivals' feet and said nothing more. Quote: Ninjutsu

Odin picked the scroll up off of the floor and unfurled it. The 12 handseals of the shinobi? The dark haired boy smirked. His father long ago had taught Odin a bit about hand seals. But being taught and truly learning were completely different things. What good was having knowledge if you couldn't use it? Odin re-rolled his scroll as he looked to his fellow student, the other late comer. Kindly he smiled asking, "Looks like its me and you on this task, want to do it together?" A spy's greatest friends where his resources, if Odin wanted to be a great spy like his father he would have to start expanding his influence, even if it was just from student to student. "My father taught me a few of the seals a while back and I still remember them really well." Odin put the scroll under his arm and flashed through the two seals he knew by heart. Bird and Bore. "I'm sure between the two of us we can get this done much quicker, and figure, what with being late and all!"

Jin had only started daydreaming when Chiyaki beckoned. He snapped back to an attentive state with a small gasp. "Y-yes ma'am," he barked with pseudo-enthusiasm and a matching insincere smile. Hustling, he jogged to the center of the academy grounds and stood before his sensei. "What's next?" The boy scratched the back of his head nervously, a bit anxious that he had been singled out.
