Barth was in the gym.

This would normally never happen, because Barth had to be dragged, coerced, or otherwise forced to be in anything resembling a gym. This time, he had been dragged.

By a small, cheerful looking Epony.

Which was attached to his skateboard.

While many people had much better and important things to do than sit on a skateboard and be dragged places by someone else's pet that had been left in their dorm, Barth apparently did not. And at the time he thought it might be a good way to return the pet, and say a very friendly hello to its owner. But instead of heading monster dormward, it had trotted merrily towards the gym. On the upside, it had found its own owner.

On the downside, they were now in the gym.

It was all a very crazy random happenstance.

Christof had been minding his own business, reading quietly outside in the gloomy sun when his Master had rolled past on a very tiny, makeshift chariot by the looks of things.

What in the...

With a sigh, he shoved the book into his satchel before scrambling after him, only catching up once they made made their way into the gym. With an exasperated groan in the back of his throat, he finally managed to grab the Sloth Demon's ankle to stop him, Epony and all.

With a confused look and his free-hands he signed, 'What-in-Hell-you-doing?"

"Mort!" Freya replied to hearing her name cried out, and hung off the boil lazily as she watched the proceedings. Everyone seemed way too serious for a party.. but as far as she could tell, Mort was having a party of his own. Ghouls. Everywhere. Maybe she shouldn't be adding to his harem..

But it was fun!

She gave the other ghoul a big grin, cocking her head to one side. "Hello, friend! Any friend of Mort's is a friend of mine!" She chirped quietly to Chuppi - as bright a mood as she was in, she still felt the area required a little bit of.. decorum.

"Returning a pet?" Barth said in a way that suggested Christof could confirm it for him, as in yes, you are returning a pet, very good marthter, did you think about how you would be getting back?

"What are you doing in the gymnasium? What's everyone doing in the gymnasium? I didn't come in during the middle of a class, did I?"

And then noticing Zar and looking very nervous, "hi calder. yes i know we've met."

Mandy dragged her attention away from the cloaked figure when she heard familiar voices. Glancing over she spotted Christof, Calder and some demon boil with very impressive horns clumped around.... Barth on a skateboard. O-Kaaaaaay.

She made her way over to them, just managing to catch Barths question. "No class on, just that dude," she jabbed her thumb in the direction of the cloaked figure, "looking very conspicuous and saying he has a secret about that."

She didn't think she needed to say what that was as it seemed to be the focus of everything lately.

Herryk crept into the room as inconspicuously as a boil his size could. He wasn't much in the mood for socializing. No, he was far too busy fumbling around with his brand new eyePhone. Leaning his back against the closest vertical surface, Herryk was mashing his fingers against the screen, growing more and more visibly frustrated with the thing. He hadn't wanted to harass Mort about helping him figure it out -- no, Herryk's stubbornness demanded that he try and figure it out on his own.

He would be preoccupied for a long time.




Lark's attention had been hooked by the steady stream of students trickling into the gym. She wasn't entirely sure what was going on. Maybe some kind of huge fight? It would be nice -- after her interaction with Freya, Lark was in the mood to smash some things to bits.

Immediately the ghoul caught sight of Levi. She waved like a madwoman for a brief moment before catching sight of Roch. More waving ensued.

And then she caught sight of Freya.

There was no waving.

"Long time no see either. You're a knob now? That's awesome!" Vaith stood, offering Mai a high-give. "'I've had better days. Better days than some mysterious guy appear out of the blue .. Huh, if I changed that color to Red, it'd be a pretty bad pun."

Vaith saw somebody in the corner. Somebody veeery familiar .. Yet not really.

"Bowling ball buddy! Why don't you make your way over here?" He called out to what he thought was Tomoko. Probably. Short. Her shortness was her number one factor. ... Vaith wasn't very smart, considering, she could hardly navigate through all those taller people and their legs towards him.
