(( Whoo! Page 5! Time to celebrate! ))
Jiki was glad that Marlon finally settled down enough to speak, as he did not like to be the only one talking! He turned his head down to Akai on his tail, shaking his head. "No, I don't mind. Though you might mind getting dragged along on concrete..." he said with a chuckle.
Without waiting for a response from the red-and-black coon, he began down the way to the pizzaria, motioning for Amanita to follow as he hooked his hand on Marlon's upper arm. "Don't fall, now!" Jiki called to Akai from behind him as he led the way.
Jigue bit his lip again. He was fouling everything up, wasn't he? This otherwise peaceful atmosphere, he was turning it raw. "So, your name's Jos?" he asked, trying to settle his nerves through friendly conversation. He was twisting words around, wasn't he? True, he didn't imply anything. It was suppose to be harmless bantering from his part. His ears went down as he squeaked a small, "I'm sorry. I didn't mean it that way..." He was making everything go wrong between the two of them, and Joscelin was only trying to be nice!

Marlon was finally about to get his laughing under control as Akai refused to let go of Jiki's fluffy tail. If he liked fluffy things... How might Joscelin react if the 'coon attached himself to HIS tail?
But then he noticed that the fox anthro was moving towards the pizzaria. "Finally, FOOD!" the lavender bunny said, now hurrying up. "Come on, can't you walk any faster? I'm going to die of starvation soon!" he complained.
Raine sighed and shook his head. "Come on Jos, be nice!" he said, stickig his tongue out at the wolf. The curly-haired bunny was going to say more, but it was about then that he realized the others were hurrying off. "Oh! We'd better go catch up to the rest of them!" Raine said suddenly, beginning to tug Jigue to hurry.
The violet-eyed wolf rolled his eyes at Raine. "Yeah, yeah... Whatever." But when Jigue spoke, Joscelin nodded. "Yeah, I'm Joscelin. And don't sweat it! I was only joking! Nothing to get wound up about." he said, his smirk returning.
When Raine mentioned the others moving on, he quirked an eyebrow, "What do you mean? You guys going someplace without inviting me? How inconsiderate of you!" Josceling teased.

(( Yayers! *cake* x3 <33 I made it myself.. *bubbling at the top* o_o; *stares at the cake* you know what... SHUT UP! DX ))
"Aahhh!! Wait!!" Akai managed to say as the fox dragged him along. "That isn't fair!" He finally let go of Jiki's tail. "You're mean!" He stood there for a few seconds his arms crossed over his chest, pouting. When he figured that they wouldn't stop and that food was more important then the coon he spat to the side. "..fine..." He mumbled and followed, shuffling and looking at the ground.
Amanita smiled as they decided to head to the pizzaria. He stretched his wings and put his hands behind his head. "Wow.. pizzaria huh? It's been a long time since the last time I've had pizza..." He snorted as they came to the building.

(( And I brought.... umn... *reaches into pockets* Croutons? ^^; Happy page 5! *throws confetti made of croutons* Edible confetti! Yaay! xp ))
Jiki released his grip on Marlon as he ran ahead and snickered. Forgot... he's pretty hungry! Jiki thought with a shake of his head and a grin on his face. He picked up his pace to keep up with the hastey bunny, but stopped abruptly and turned around as Akai let go of his tail, pouting. Jiki gave a weak, apologetic smile to the young coon, pulling at the air in a silent gesture for him to come to the fox. "I'm sorry, Akai. I was only kidding. Come here," he said, pulling the coon into a hug. He always thought of Akai as the younger brother he never had, and hated seeing him in a slump. He ruffled his dark violet hair playfully, trying to cheer him up. "Come on, Akai. Let's go get some pizza!" he chirped, leading him in a fast-paced walk to catch up with Marlon and Amanita.
"Joscelin? Hmm... I don't think I've ever heard of that name before," Jigue thought aloud, seeming to stare off into space. His quivering seemed to become less frequent, but found that this was because he was moving closer to Raine as support. He gave Joscelin a weak smile and rubbed his own shoulder absently, embarrassed to have been scared of the wolf. He seemed pretty harmless, he just wished his instincts saw it the same way.
"Oh!" Jigue said as he remembered the others at Raine's pull. "We... we were gonna get some pizza. You want to come, too?" Jigue offered as he walked, wanting to settle his nerves once and for all. Maybe spending a little more time with Joscelin would do just that. Well, he hoped it would, at least!

Marlon looked back when he noticed that the others weren't right behind him. He paused, tapping his foot as an ear twitched. "Come on you slow pokes! Let's get to the pizzaria to chow down! I'M STARVED!" The lavender bunny watched as Jiki pulled the coon into a hug and they started to catch up to himself and Amanita.
Raine gave the feline a warm, reassuring smile. He knew that Jigue was somewhat frightened of Joscelin. Who wasn't? The wolf was pretty intimidating at first. But the curly-haired bunny was sure it was just some sort of front. At least... That's what he was hoping for. Raine didn't want to have to deal with a smart-alec wolf 24/7!
When Jigue finally repsonded to his tug, Raine grinned. Now that was better! "Yeah, come with us, Jos! You seriously need to meet more people! And who better than some of our friends?"
Joscelin couldn't believe what the feline was asking. He was.... asking if he wanted to join them for some lunch? Really? "Well... I guess I could. I have nothing better to do." the wolf said, shrugging. But in fact... the golden wolf was delighted that he was invited!

Akai didn't notice a thing until he bumped into someone. "Nah..?" He squeaked, then looked up to find Jiki. When the fox gave him a hug, as a reflex, he hugged him back and smiled. "It's okay.. " He finally said, closing his eyes and squeezing the fox. He then followed Jiki to the others, still hugging him with one arm around the waist.
Amanita looked back at the coon and fox, his arms still behind his head. He yelled back to them, "Hurry up guys! Or else Marlon will turn cannibalistic on us." He joked sticking his tongue out playfully.

It's okay, Kuro. We understand how life gets. ^^ ))
Although Jiki was walking at a pretty fast pace, Akai was hindering from walking too quickly lest he knock over the young coon. "I'd come faster, but I've got a leech on me!" he called, patting Akai's head to reassure him that he was fine with it. He reached them within no time and travelled to the pizza resturant without further ado.
Jigue smiled as Joscelin said he would accompany them, knowing that if he tried hard enough he would get along perfectly with him. He could sense stronger emotions lightly emanating from the wolf than he was showing, and realized he acted much in the same way sometimes. He blinked a few times as he thought about it. Maybe we aren't so different after all.
He turned his head to watch the others walk off without them, far ahead. "Well if we're to get there with our friends and let Joscelin meet with them, we;re gonna have to hurry up," he stated, wondering if they had even noticed that the three of them weren't with them.
(( *pokes Jiki's part* That was puny... O.o; ))

Marlon faked a hurt look. "ME? Eat my own kind? Maybe," he laughed, grinning evilly. He really WAS hungry. The lavender bunny was certainly enjoying the company though. They were all so nice, and had such different personalities!
Raine sighed in relief as Jigue seemed to get used to Joscelin. The wolf was a tad difficult to figure out at first, but he truly was a great guy! Even though he seemed to hide it. A LOT. Which kind of annoyed Raine, but he was determined to change the stubborn wolf. "Whoa, let's go! It looks like the others are heading off without us!" he exclaimed.
Joscelin grinned at the feline. He was so shy! It was quite cute in his mind. "An excellent idea! What are we waiting for? Let's get a move on!" Without waiting for Jigue and Raine, the golden wolf started off towards the others.

Akai still had his arms around the foxes waist as they walked in to the pizzaria. The smell of freshly baked breads, tomatoes, and cheese filled the coon's nose. He took a deep breath, taking in all the sents smiling. "I'm really hungry now..." He whimpered quietly.
Amanita got to the pizzaria before the others, acting like a gentlemen and held the door open for all of them. To be honest, he wasn't that hungry at first. But the smell changed his mind a bit. He smirked a bit, at everyone that passed him, to be nice. Or as nice as he could look.

Jiki snickered at the bantering going between Amanita and Marlon as they entered the pizzaria, thrilled they were all getting along so well. As soon as he stepped in through the door, thanking Amanita silently for his kind gesture, a wave of fresh topping smells came to his nose, and he tried to keep his stomach from growling angrily in protest. He ruffled Akai's hair and asked everyone, "So, what should we order? And how many pizzas?"
Jigue blinked a little in mild surprise as Joscelin's silhouette dashed off ahead of them, only to cover it up with an amused snicker. Snatching up Raine's hand without a second thought, he asked, "Shall we?"
As they arrived through the doorway, Jigue wondered silently why the door was open. Coming to the decision someone must have been holding it open, but not entirely sure, Jigue leaned over to whisper in Raine's ear, "Is there someone there?" indicating the door.

The lavendar bunny licked his lips hungrily as they walked in. Marlon thanked Amanita as he held the door open. But as soon as he got in... Oh boy did his stomach grumble! Man that pizza smelled good! "I suggest we order quite a few of them! I think I could eat a whole one all by myself!"
Raine blinked in surprise as his hand was suddenly taken into Jigue's. "Hm? Oh! Yes, we shall! Or else I think everyone else will leave us behind! And I don't know about you, but I'm awfully hungry." When the entered the pizzaria, the feline asked something. "Huh? Oh, yeah. Umm... I'm afraid I don't know his name though..." the curly-haired bunny murmured. But as they walked through, he smiled and murmured his thanks.
The golden wolf practically dashed through the doors, thanking Amanita with a quick smile. Taking a deep breath, Joscelin's face cracked with a feral smile. FOOD!

The coon smiled widely. "I think we are all hungry enough that we could each have our on pizza's." He giggled jokingly. "But.. um.. I want cheese and pepperoni on my pizza." He smiled.
The demon slid his hand through his hair as he closed the door behind him and shuffling in. He tilted his head to one sit a bit, catching the end of what the coon was saying. "Figuring out what we all want now?" He spoke reaching Jiki, Akai and Marlon. "Heheh... vegetarian meat lovers." He snickered.

Jiki thought about it a moment, finger tapping on his mouth a few times before he shook his head. "No... it doesn't matter how hungry I am, I don't think I could eat a whole one myself," he replied with a snicker. "As for toppings... I don't really mind. Whoever wants to share with me, they can pick," he added a bit sheepishly. But his face cracked a smile at Amanita's retort to his question, and he laughed. "You're gonna confuse the poor cash register if you ask for that!" he said wit ha snicker.
As he heard the door close behind them with a chime of the bell and a shuffle of feet, he turned his head to see the other three. "Glad you guys could make it!" he said. He wasn't sure if they had decided to stay outside to chat or come inside to eat.
Jigue's ears perked up at Raine's answer as he heard the door close behind them, chirping a quick, "Thanks!" to the one that was holding the door. The smell of the building was so strong and it smelled so good, but his worry had come back and his ears flattened. He squeezed Raine's hand for support as his eyes darted from the bright lights of the room to the floor. The eyes... they were all on them again. He could hear the people talking behind their backs, snickering and angry at the fact someone had let "animals" in the resturant. "Raine..." he grumbled, fear welling in his chest again.

Marlon licked his lips again, "Ooohh... I think I'd like an vegetarian pizza. YUM!" The lavender bunny was REALLY hungry. He looked up when Jiki wpoke to someone. "Raine! Man, what took you so long? Get your butt over here!"
Raine glanced at Jigue when he squeezed the bunny's hand. He smiled and squeezed back. Leaning towards the feline, he murmured, "Don't worry about it... You're with me. I won't let anyone bother you, alright?" He heard them, but they were going to get that kind of talk anywhere. "Don't listen to them, everything will be just fine."
But when he heard an unfamiliar voice, he looked up to see a fox with Marlon and a couple of other Anthros. "Oh hey Marlon!" Leaning back to Jigue's ear, "Come on, let's go with them, 'kay?"
Joscelin looked back at the bunny and feline, what was wrong with Jigue? He was so... scared! What in the world was he so frightened about?

Akai looked up at Jiki, "Oh..! I'll share with Ji-senpai!" He squeaked, raising his hand in the air. His giant tail swooshing behind him happily. He then gave the fox a squeeze around the waist.
Amanita smirked again, at the fox. "Of course... that's what I like to do. Plus... it isn't that difficult to figure out if you use your brain." He stuck out his tongue playfully.
