+++++Aratus jumped a little when Insomnia came up behind him. He had hoped that Insomnia wouldn't show up till after he left. He tied to keep his attention on everyone else, but that was very short lived when Insomnia mentioned his mission. He had never heard anything about that. Not that it was surprising considering he'd been holding up in his cambers most of the time, not wanting to think about war. He still hadn't gotten over the last one. Too many people hurt, too many dead. He never wanted to go through that again.

I don't know about you, but I don't plan on it. Ara's voice resonated inside their head. Ara had been the one to actually fight in the last war while Tus had been on the defensive side with Ophelia and Endellion.

I know, Tus said, careful not to actually say it out loud. And I thought you were sleeping? He asked.

There going to start fighting, Ara said, looking at Insomnia and Alephonze.

He sighed. It did look bad and Endellion wasn't helping either, but he wasn't about to say anything. I just want to know what the plan is...not argue about it, he thought.

Insomnia froze in place as he listened to Alephonze and Endellion's words, his eyes slipping shut as he took in their demands. They were irritating him already, and it wasn't going to be easy to keep his emotions in. Times like those of which were occurring at that moment, often made him wish that Alyssia were there. Something about her aura tended to calm him down, even though he didn't really care all too much about her. He could deal with her, because she didn't criticize him or try to talk down on him when she knew that his temper was on the brink of snapping. Opening his eyes, the Scorpio found himself meeting Alephonze's, which only caused the anger to flare in him all the more. 'What, does he think I'm going to start something?! I simply made mention of the mission, I had no plans of arguing. If anyone is going to make me snap, it's going to be..'

His thoughts snapped away from him as Endellion took up speaking right after the Taurus. Insomnia bit the inside of his lip and brought up his arms to fold them over his chest. He was trying his best not to snap at the both of them, who weren't making things any better. In fact, they were completely overwhelming him with everything that they were saying. He took in a deep breath, ready to let it out and use the intake of fresh air to calm his mood...until the Capricorn suggested that Iustitia wouldn't like him keeping secrets. His anger flared all the more and he snapped his eyes open, the pale green becoming darker with his anger, and one of his gloves burning away from his hand as his flames reacted of their own accord. However, he didn't lunge or try and burn any of them, choosing to remain where he was at and not give them a reason to go on the defense and worsen the situation.

"Why do you all assume that I am instantly throwing all of your words and Ideas or thoughts to the ground and smashing them beneath my feet before they even get the chance to come to fruition? I was simply making a statement that fit in with my thoughts. So instead of jumping at me with those infuriatingly judgmental looks of yours, why don't you back off and give me some space!?"

The male snapped, hiding the fact that he was digging his nails into his own arms. That was why he had them crossed in the first place, to hide the fact that he felt as though he were going to ignite in his own flames. However, he could see that his words were perhaps a little too snappish and unnecessarily harsh, so he took in a deep breath and let it out slowly. Then he looked back up at everyone, starting with Alephonze.

"First, I'm going to suggest that neither of you tell me what to do, and that I honestly don't need orders to figure out my own job. That's not just to you, Taurus."

He said and shifted his now dark green eyes towards the Capricorn, Endellion.

"Second, I won't share the information if I do not wish to. Who are you to demand of me something that wasn't even between any of you. You want the information, as the lion, not me. I think my patience has been worn thin enough, because some people always fail to realize...THAT I AM NOT A ******** INFORMATION COLLECTOR WHO CAN HANDLE A MILLION THINGS OR PEOPLE THROWING THINGS IN MY DIRECTION AT ONCE!!"

He had failed at keeping all of his temper at bay, but quickly he turned away from the others, breathing deep and trying to keep himself calm. When a gentle touch slid over his shoulder, followed by the peaceful scent of a rainforest, he instantly started to calm down, though not entirely. He knew who it was, and when he glanced over towards the touch, it was confirmed. She removed her hand from her, with a slight smile gracing her lips before she turned her gaze to the other two. Alyssia had finally shown up. He wasn't sure though if she could succeed in keeping him calm though, not for long.

Insomnia sighed, and slid his attention back in the others direction, his gaze returning to their pale green. Shifting slightly he gazed around Alephonze to look back at the Leo. Not angrily but just to see what his response would be. He vaguely heard Alyssia speaking in the background.

((OOC : I'll post for Alyssia soon. Maybe when I get over my friends house, or now, not sure. I have to get ready very soon.))

The meeting didn't exactly seem to be going well. It was obvious, at least, after Insomnia and Aratus showed themselves. It always got bad when Leo, Taurus, and Scorpio found themselves all in one place, and perhaps they should all have expected it...but she supposed they would never learn because they were..well..men. With a sigh, Alyssia remained standing quite the distance away from everyone, hiding near the area where the forest started. She usually stayed near there when she wasn't in her own place.. 'Can they not get along for longer then a minute? I wish they could, it would be so much more peaceful around here if so.' However, she knew it wasn't exactly possible. A small smile slid onto her face as she watched from afar, her hands brushing over the soft fur of the rabbit that she held in her arms.

"Maybe I should head over there now...huh? I feel bad for not showing up earlier...to help them out but..I wanted to get some things done..."

She said quietly to the rabbit as though it could understand her...which..she figured it must have because it jumped from her arms, landed on the soft earth beneath, and stared up at her. She laughed softly, and crouched to run her hand over its fur again once more, before standing and brushing leaves and dirt from her kimono.

"Alright, alright, I'll go. I'll see you some time later, though..alright?"

She said softly to the animal as it hopped off into the woods. Alyssia was sure she needed to get to the sudden gathering anyways, because it seemed that all of them were going to be needed. Turning towards the group of tense Scions, she headed towards them. She always felt a twinge of sadness when she left the presence of her home or the woods, but she also knew she couldn't stay there forever.

When she finally reached the gathering, she lifted her hand and ran it down Insomnia's arm, sensing his anger as it rose through the roof. She always knew when he was threatening to snap because of their differences in elements. The air always got hotter. When he met her gaze she smiled slightly, then removed her hand and stepped forwards a bit to examine the others.

"Perhaps we should all slow down, and think a little more of what we mean to say, before we say it. Besides, if you recall so sharply that he has stated the fact that he has just returned from a mission, he most likely hasn't slept in several days, nor has he probably eaten much. So he most likely isn't up to par and is exhausted. Not to mention...he has never done well, if you recall, done well with things being tossed in his direction all at once now has he? Large groups don't do well with him."

She spoke calmly with not but a sort of warmth in her voice that she kept with her even if she grew frustrated. It was hard to anger her...for the most part, so she had no reason to raise her voice. However, she didn't want everyone starting a war amongst themselves right at that moment.

"Now I'm sorry for being late...I should have shown up when the others started to gather but...I had things that needed done back in my study. Important information that still needed written out and stored safely. So now that I'm here..please..fill me in on what is going on."

"I may have the stubborn attitude of a bull..."
"..but I have the strength to match..."

Alephonze The Protector KaidoUser Image

As Insomnia proceeded to loose his cool, so did Alephonze. He stepped forward his fist clenched and the ground beneath his foot cracked and shattered shards of earth floating upwards just above his foot. before falling once more and shattering to dust, Alephonze hated being yelled at or told off especially by Insomnia. It was a near the exact moment that Alephonze began to give off his signature green aura that Alyssia walked into this scene quickly spiraling downwards.

Alephonze gave a slight gasp just before turning his head slightly and stepping back onto unbroken earth, his crater footprint embeded in the earth beneath him a small "Tch" barely escaping his lips. Alephonze hated when Alyssia showed up, he had nothing against the woman in herself, factually she was rather invaluable to the Scions and her personality was one that was very easy for most to get along with. No, Alephonze's main issue with the woman was her beauty, Taurus had what was more of a childlike crush but of course his pride would never let him say a thing and most times would avoid her all together. At the current moment Alephonze anger mixed with that childlike innocence that he cursed making him turn on a heel and moved from the group once more, speaking as he walked.

"Everything I said was exactly what I intended..."

He returned to the column where he once stood and leaned against it once more returning his posture to normal, his arms crossed over his chest and let this time his arms seemed different veins displayed, he was obviously angry and unwillingly flexing his muscles in a twitching way as he attempted to calm himself. His eyes remained closed but at the same time he was aware of the situation. He intended to remain quiet once more now that Virgo had showed up. Though a tad agitated his last message should have been enough.

Insomnia shifted his gaze towards Alyssia as she continued to speak, and Alephonze backed away till he had returned to his pillar, thoughts whirling in his mind as he tried to figure out a way to talk to the group of Scions...without.. sparking a fight. When the female stopped speaking, and paused to await one of the others explanation, however, he felt his anger begin to rise again. It seemed to him, that the bull, had an issue with him. It seemed as though, the Taurus couldn't learn to keep his mouth shut long enough for him to calm down and think rationally. Well, then again, as the Scorpio, he had to know how to think clearly during some of the bloodiest of battles, so there wasn't really a problem there.

"I'm sorry, what was that..bull? Do you have a problem with me and how I act? Do you have a problem with the way I see things? Because, usually, when someones about to go into some kind of war, they don't try to start things..BEFORE IT EVEN HAPPENS."

He said, emphasizing the end with a slight hiss of aggravation. The scorpion wasn't going to sit by and let him act like a child and like he ruled the place or maybe even, over him. He wouldn't tolerate that. Slowly, the male turned his gaze towards the Taurus, pale eyes now becoming a dark shade of green. As Insomnia dropped his arms to his sides, he felt his flames flicker to life over the one hand of his that no longer held a glove over it. His flames wanted to be used, even though he knew it would hurt his own body.

The scion knew that he shouldn't have said anything and should have let it go, but it seemed the other wanted to start something, so he wasn't going to let him get away with the way he was talking to him. He wouldn't make a move though, he wanted to wait and see if the other would attempt anything first. Only then, would he attack. After all, he couldn't even pull the flames on his hand back, because of his already flaring temper.

As he watched though, he took notice to the fact that Alyssia seemed disappointed in him, moving further away from both him and the Taurus. Her smile was gone completely, and as she headed towards where the Leo stood, he only felt a slight twinge of guilt. He didn't like Alyssia in any more of a way then that of someone who held respect from him...but still, to see her disappointed did cause him some pain. 'Oh well.' He thought to himself. 'If she didn't want me to snap back, she could have just stayed near me to keep me calm. Then again, it isn't her job to do so.'

Then, the male came to a realization, and growled out quietly. His gaze still concentrated on Taurus, but his words directed at Alyssia.

"And I really don't need you protecting me or trying to explain what's wrong with me. I don't need pity...especially not from you Alyss."

He said with a coldness to his tone. Insomnia wasn't one for people trying to pity him, because he saw it as a cut to his pride. After all, Scorpios were very proud creatures that didn't take well to failure or injuries to their hidden inner emotions. He didn't want to accept the fact that she was trying to help him, nor that she was right. He really didn't do well with crowds, especially after the chaos he had had to deal with before even showing up for the gathering. Nor, he realized, had he actually slept or eaten well for several days.

(( OOC : Alright, I didn't want to jump the fight, if it is for sure going to happen, right away. So what I did instead, was throw in some things that might hit a few sore spots in order to spark the fight that will get a bit of the storyline moving along. So...I suppose I should say, let the Chaos commence. I'll await a few others posts before posting again though, to give them a chance to react of course. OH!! And Insomnia does not know about Taurus's little crush on Alyssia..even though he is an Empath. He hasn't really payed any mind to how he feels cause..well it's obvious they don't get along. XD))

Alephonze The Protector KaidoUser Image

Alephonze, who had felt as if he could calm with time was suddenly brought back to anger. At the Scorpios words The Taurean male took it as a direct challenge of himself. He stepped from the pillar once more this time solely with ill intent in mind. As he pushed off forcefully, the pillar cracked with the force of his back's motion.

As he turned and allowed his body to face Insomnia he crashed his ungloved right fist into the armored left the impact echoing in the courtyard. Alephonze's green aura immediately flared up his hair floating slightly with it's intensity. When pride came against pride it was never a good thing which was normally why Alephonze attempted to stay away from Insomnia, but he refused to be talked down to by Insomnia. Most of it came from a sense that Alephonze well understood to be foolish. He knew the Strategist to be much wiser that the Soldier, but Alephonze saw that as no reason to hold the man in high regards.

"Maybe I do..."

he said with a smirk cracking his knuckles, he had nothing fancy such as fire to show off or flare up, he only had his earth and his strength which he would be more than happy to use should the occasion call for it. His confidence wove itself into the threads of his voice. In all truth he wasn't sure the result of such a fight, but when adrenaline kicked in for him it hit hard, he would show no weakness and be as thorough as possible should push come to shove. He smiled now an almost evil smile as he spoke.

"..Why don't you come over here and find out, Stinger!"

adding emphasis on the crude nickname that he developed for the Scorpio male, true it wasn't very creative, but at the time his imagination was the last thing worrying Alephonze.

Aratus froze when Insomnia started arguing with them. He hated it when he got angry. Normally he would just leave the room, but that required him walking past Insomnia. He clenched his fists, hating the anxiety that built up. He winced when Insomnia started yelling and accidentally bit his lip. Please stop fighting, he thought, looking back at Insomnia. Who was trying to calm himself down, which was hopefully a good sign. He tensed waiting, to see if he calmed down.

Thankfully, Alyssia showed up. She was always good at calming Insomnia down and for a minute Aratus could relax a bit. Maybe things will calm down, he thought, but that thought was shattered at Alephonze's response. He started tugging at his hair when Insomnia started up again. You'd think they'd learn that it never works to push him, Aratus thought. Now, he was getting angry, something that hardly ever happened. He snapped when Alephonze started getting ready for a fight.

"Enough!" He shouted, before Insomnia could respond. It took only a second the split. Tus flashed in front of Alephonze and Ara flashed in front of Insomnia.

"Come on." Ara started pushing Insomnia back the way they came. "Just ignore them for now." He whispered.

Tus glared at Alephonze. "How exactly is it a good idea to go starting fights with each other?" He turned towards Endellion. "And what were you saying about not allowing any irrational action? I'm pretty sure all of this was irrational, but that might just be me. Which is sad considering you were just talking about how we can't have a two side war and how we should stand united." He folded his arms across his chest. "Cael, what's this mission supposed to be about and why wasn't everyone informed? I thought we were supposed to make plans together. You know, no secrets or anything." He glanced at Endellion for the last bit.

Cael sighed as he watched the people around him begin to bicker and fight. Yes, he was leader, but he wasn't a baby sitter. They were all adults here, they could act like it! But, no, they were arguing. And he wasn't about to break his silent agreement with the Scorpio- it was for a reason. Nor was he about to back the a**hole up. Hey, he didn't like the guy, why defend him? But he wasn't going to attack him either.

Silence was rapidly becoming less of an option as the fighting continued. Aratus looked like he was getting agitated, and Cael was ready to step in, before Alephonze charged. "Al!" He shouted, a warning because if he and that Scorpio fought it would be bloody. And he would have to get involved. But Aratus- or should he say, Ara and Tus were there first.

They hadn't "split" in years- not since the last war- as far as Cael had seen. He hadn't said anything, because it wasn't his place, but this was- This was odd. He saw Ara (he knew it was Ara, he remembered those gray eyes) hurry the Scorpio along a hallway, while Tus laid into all of them. 'Sorry Scorpio... I'm spilling the beans.'

"I didn't say anything because it would have upset Ara, to hear Scorpio was going off on his own. And I didn't tell anyone else, because it was a scouting mission that no one else really had the right skill set for. I would have gone myself, but... Scorpio said I was needed more here and that he would be fine on his own. So we made an agreement not to tell anyone. Okay? It was because I didn't want to upset anyone."

Alephonze The Protector KaidoUser Image

As Tus spoke it held no regard for Alephonze, to be lectured by him of all people...well it wasn't as annoying as insomnia but still it wasn't his most pleasant moment. As his anger came to the boiling point he began to think of all the ways to hurt, and found himself entranced with the though of if he hit Tus did Ara get the wound or was it the other way around, and when they came back together would it still be there? His anger was just approaching the point to where his Blind Rage could possibly rear it's ugly head and almost as if on cue he heard his name forcefully called by Cael.

Alephonze was instantly brought back to the moment, his vision near red with rage calmed to the serene scene around him his green aura faded and his fist unclenched, his muscles relaxed and he exhaled deeply looking to Tus his blue eyes locked in his glance seemed fierce, fiercer than it was as he realized that he was indeed the instigator of these events and held no right to anger.

"It isn't..."

Was all he said as he stood before the man. It wasn't an apology but it was just about as close as he would get to one anyone who understood him would get that fact, but then again how many of the Scion could really lay claim to that. He refused to step down from that fact though and as Tus went on to speak about Endellion, Alephonze considered stepping in though understood that Endellion's words would probably be sharper than any that he could conjure. No, he had done enough damage for one day, and seeing the split Ara and Tus let him know that they situation had gotten far enough out of hand that he felt the need to step in and had broken Cael's silence over Scorpio and Taurus bickering like school children.

"Perhaps because you act as if you are, Insomnia." Endellion said quietly, sighing, arms dropping. One propped thoughtfully on her hip, the other hanging as she scanned faces. 'He must be more stressed than we thought...' At the next statement she blinked, surprised, resisting the urge to take a step back.

"You were being fairly judgemental yourself Insomnia . . . I did not mean to corner you. But if you want so badly to be left alone, perhaps condescension is not the best mode of interaction." She thought, barely containing herself, as the onslaught, clearly one of pressure continued, leaving no gap for speech. He addressed her next.

When his gloves burst into flames, she flinched almost imperceptibly. She glanced to Aratus, who was growing nervous, tugging at his hair, but before she could speak to try to smooth things over somewhat, Alyssia appeared.
'Great.' She thought, covering her irritation. Alyssia's soft spoken defense of everyone and everything sometimes wore on Endellion's nerves. "Two people, Alyssia, is hardly bombardment." Endellion pointed out coolly. . "He cannot continue to blow us all off simply because he doesn't enjoy our company. Not with war at our door." She pointed out crisply, meeting the Virgo's eyes.

Endellion's eyes were averted by Alephonze. On the brink of attacking...this had escalated too far, and Insomnia was going the opposite direction intended. She had let emotion get the better of her . . .but they were so infuriating! She gave Alephonze a sympathetic look, glacing between him and Virgo, who had seemingly silencted him. She tried to meet his eyes, but they were closed. And then, Insomnia bit back, and then Alephonze made the ultimate tactical error- insult. The one person who should never be cornered, shoved against a wall, infuriated, and now challenged directly. For the first time, real worry stirred in the pit of her gut. She stepped toward Alephonze, about to block his path with her body to force him to calm down, but Aratus and Cael beat her to action.

Her eyes went wide- Ara and Tus. It had been aeons since she had seen the two separated. She waved thanks to Ara before facing Tus, concerned. After a moment she stepped between him and Alephonze.
"It's not. We all know that Ara . . . I know your reasons, but Insomnia is not . . . you know that he needs to learn to behave." She told him glancing between him and Alephonz. "He cannot continue to withold information and remain distant if this war is to go better than the last . . . you of all people should know that.." She told him quietly, resting a hand on his shoulder as she looked into his eyes a moment. They all had been hurt by the last war . . .but she prayed that it would not blind Aratus as this new one approached.

She patted Alephonze's shoulder, squeezing once as she gave him a brief questioning glance at his seeming defeated calm. Last she turned to face Cael, arms crossed over her chest once more. It seemed that his secrecy was at the bottom of this. She truly wished that he would stop seeing them all as children to be protected, and start working with them like adults.

"Everyone, please just listen for a second . . ." She said, stepping into the center of their group in an uncharacteristic draw of attention. When she spoke, she was no longer adamant, but calm, asking them to draw together finally, as they needed to. 'We are all upset . . .and for good reason. But we need to all calm down. Tus, I know I escalated this, and I apologize .. . Alephonze, you argued for a just cause, despite the fight being misplaced and so I apologize also to you. . . I should have attempted better to make the peace. Cael . . . I do not know what you thought could be accomplished by keeping this secret. We are facing war . . . and to be prepared, we must all be informed. We cannot afford more fights like this due to misunderstandings. We are all capable of handling this . . . Ara and Tus as messengers, particularly. Did you think that simply because we could not complete the mission ourselves we should not know? I know that I at least would have been reassured to know that action is being taken . . .and would have made my help available, as the Pathfinder. . . . .This war will test us all, to our cores, but we must be honest and open in order to come out with no losses. Now. Since Insomnia is having a fit like a child, please tell us what this mission was all about. I think we all have the right to know" She met Cael's eyes for a long moment, slightly frustrated, but trying not to start another fight . . she paused a long moment, looking around again before addressing the entire group once more. She finished, meeting Alephonze's eyes as she made her last remark. She did not add 'And Alephonze especially. She knew the Taurus was undyingly loyal to Cael . . . surely the Leo owed him more honesty than this. Perhaps relations had frayed with all of the rest of them, with war impending . . .probably her too, with how long she had been at her work. But Cael should know by now how dedicated they were to their work . . . to supporting him. They all deserved to be treated more responsibly than this . . . not like emotional children who could not handle the truth. He could have done her the courtesy, or even Alistair, of asking if this course was wise. He couldn't try to do everything himself, as if this was not their war too. It had to end. Now.

Things just didn't seem to go the way anyone planned...ever. Especially, he had to admit, when he was around them all. However, he still couldn't see a good reason for that women, Endellion, to throw things in his face, even while knowing that he wasn't in the condition to deal with it all. Then, to top it all off, it seemed that the Taurus, wanted to cause problems as well. Though, he supposed a major part of the situation had most likely stemmed from the fact that he was exhausted, hadn't eaten in days, and was slowly losing blood. Of course, he couldn't blame them for the injury part, since they didn't even know he had if.

Thoughts turned to nothing but rage as he watched Alephonze's reaction to him, and he took a step forward himself to prepare for the others attack. At that moment, he wanted nothing more then to tear the scion apart as a substitute for explaining his anger and other problems to them. It would be better then seeing the pity in their eyes, which would do no good other then to injure his pride. Not to mention it would probably cause him to feel pathetic, which he truly despised the thought. The flames on his hand flared to life, now racing up the arm of the hand that no longer held a glove. It sent a wave of agony over him, but he didn't try to pull it back.

However, just as he opened his mouth to say something to the other, someone had their hand on his chest, and he heard the sound of the lions voice warning Alephonze in a stern tone. At first, Insomnia was too angry to take notice to who had pushed him back, but then, when he heard a familiar voice speaking in two places, his eyes widened slightly, and he shot his gaze to the person who was leading him back to the halls he had just recently followed Aratus down....and stopped dead. Of course he heard what little Miss b***h had to say after he was well away from them, and it didn't help him to control his anger...at all, but at that moment, he was distracted by the person in front of him...who was also out with the gathered people.

The difference in the eye color..though, was what had really caught his attention, and kept it. He wanted to make a retort to what Endellion had said, but for some reason he felt it wouldn't be the best choice and instead, tilted his head as he studied Ara.

"You can split..in two? How odd. Why didn't I notice this..before?"

He said quietly, his interest now peaked. Slowly he felt his hand begin to cool down, the flames receding slowly into his skin, and yet he knew that the hand would still be hot. That was why he usually wore gloves, to prevent himself from burning others. However, he would most likely admit later, that he hadn't thought about what he was doing, as he reached over and grasped the twins wrist, and tugged at his arm. 'There's no way I'm letting him go, until he explains himself...or...actually, this seems oddly...familiar. Whatever..either way, he's coming with me. After all, he's the one who got in the way.' He thought to himself as he started to pull him away from the hall and his..well..other half he supposed it could be called.

The only problem he could find...was the fact that he was sure if the Gemini didn't show up back at the gathering again soon, the others would probably become suspicious and come looking for him. 'So I will have to take him somewhere that they won't be able to get to him..well not easily anyway.' Insomnia thought as he found his way through the halls until he reached the area where his doorway was. Lifting his hand, he easily pushed it open, not really needing his key to get inside. Once it was open wide enough, he glanced towards Ara, and studied him for another moment, before pulling the twin into his own section of the celestial plane.

"I'm sorry Ara.."

The scion said to the other, before reaching back and closing the door.

"But..You're stuck with me for now."

Cael sent a pleading look at Endellion. "I didn't tell anyone, because Ara would hear. I just didn't want to upset him! You were there when it happened, Endellion, you remember what it was like. I didn't want to have that happen again. And it wouldn't be right to tell everyone but Ara. Please, I was just trying to do what I thought was right as the leader. I'm sorry about that omission of information, but I was only doing what I thought was right, and I would do it again." He gave a slight bow in apology, but after that stood ramrod straight. He was the leader, dammit, the guardian. He wasn't going to be yelled at by Endellion for thinking about other people.

They had been friends before the first war, him and Ara and Tus. But after Ara saw the last Scorpio die in front of him, and was unable to save the last Libra, Sagittarius, and the Pieces. Losing all those Scions had cut Cael, whose job it was to protect him, but it hurt him just as much to see Ara and Tus retreat into their chambers after the war, and not come out. He was so friendly with everyone before, and outgoing, but now he was more reserved, and was only ever seen as 'Aratus', never showing themselves as the Twins in public. Was it really that wrong to not want to bring that up again?

Ara tensed as he heard Endellion's comment. He didn't think he could keep Insomnia from running back there and continuing his fight. He waited for him to start shouting , but he was surprised at Insomnia's question instead. He didn't know if he should answer him or not. Obviously, he was distracted. But that distraction is me, he thought, panicking. He had spent most of his time avoiding Insomnia. The memories were too painful.

He stood there waiting to see what Insomnia would do. He hoped he wasn't angry that they lied to everyone, including him. He was shocked when he grabbed his wrist and start pulling him down the hallway. What...Where is he taking me? His question was answered when they reach the door to the Scorpios chambers. This can't be good, he thought, trying to pull his arm away, but Insomnia had already dragged him inside. He spun around wanting to bolt, but it was too late.

He backed away from Insomnia. "Wha...Why?" He asked, confused.

Tus suppressed the urge to scream. he knew Endellion meant well, but all she was doing was making him angrier than he already was. I know Insomnia needs to get a grip, that's why I never let Ara talk to him. As far as the last war was concerned, of course he knew what was at stake. He might not have been on the front lines last time, but he knew what it was like. After all he was the one that had to pick up the pieces after what happened to Ara.

Luckily, Cael stepped in before he lost it. He was thankful for Cael's understanding. It probably was best that Ara didn't know. "Thanks for not telling Ara. It's probably best that you don't tell me either, cause he-" Tus gasped as a burning sensation flooded through his arm. "Ah." He clutched at it. Why? he wondered, but then it hit him. Insomnia could use flames and Ara was still with him. "Ara." He said, taking off in the direction he last saw them.

Ah, I'm so pissed
Using both my hands to keep it all inside
