I know about the whole parents vs. anime/manga thing. My mom likes to tell me that it's satanic. This is great since I'm Christian. Anyway, I picked up Saiyuki at random and promptly proceeded to not only addict myself, but also at least 7 other people.
Anyway... I have all 9 Saiyuki in English and Reload 1-3 in English as well. (This is the manga I'm talkin' 'bout here...) Can't wait for vol 4 in June!!! And vol. 5 comes out right after my bday!!! It's release date is 9/12.... I'm so excited!!!
Then, I can leave it lying around my house so my mom can go "don't leave that satanic crap on my floor!!"
Score!!! I want Gaiden to be released, too.... it's driving me nuts!!! I've read the stuff I downloaded a while back, but I need more!

Orochi Jain Kaiser I wanted to watch Reload when we went to a video rental and my dad said "what's all that stuff about demons on the cover?" URGH! >< It makes me so mad how they translate "youkai" to "demon". That's not what it means! gonk O.o I wish my video rental place had Saiyuki crying Louisiana is a bit slow in the anime department! And yeah, 'demon' and 'youkai' thing bugs me too gonk Oni people! Or Tenma or something!!
