Waking up on day 14 was very exciting my foot healed almost all the way atleast to the point were it was not gonna hurt a whole lot while walking on it or for one thing just sitting down.I decided today I would eat a peice of albino deer meat since now it was cooked. it was devine.Then taking a serving of water inbetween I started to eat bittermelon so that I would have some fruit in my stomach for some well needed energy.Eating it was not as good as the meat but since the melon aged a bit it lost most of the bitterness which I actually do not mind eating.Then I drank some more water letting some drops fall on my heated face from last night sleeping in a sleeping bag with 2 blankets plus wearing sweaters and sweats that was hot. Getting on my hiking boots I decided that I would forage early in the morning again like I have been doing then perhaps finish that bentley kid off.It sounded rude but it had to be done befor he came after her.
Exciting the cave I brought everything with me. As I continued to walk I came near the conucorpia.Finding a weapon just were the mountain border is a little banged up.Someone must of droped it. Going towards the weapon I triped over a spear scraping my self causing a burning sensation. grabbing some burn cream I rubbed it on my cut then I picked up the spear and the harpoon putting it in a weapon carrier part of my large pack. carrying on I looked for fresh water to fill up my canteen because you could never have too much water coming across a tainted stream I shooked my head but with doing so I saw some plants to make some more burn cream.Grabbing the plants I took a rock that was lingering in a pile of dirt and found another one a few feet away I mashed up the ingrediants and I put it in the jar with the rest of the burn cream. So with the injury I came out with 1 more burn cream use then I had yesterday that is good I thought. Walking around for a bit trying to find more useful stuff which I could not I decided to head back towards the waterfalls to track down Bentley.

I woke up at an early time. These memories were great really... The first week or so in the arena was very peaceful and full of good luck.
I lied there in my sleeping bag for an hour or so, waiting for the sun to overtake the earth's cold surface. I relaxed my mind, but did not fall back asleep. I crept out of my sleeping bag and decided that I should start the day like I used to, searching for food and such.
I left my cave to find a patch of mushrooms; these ones were different than those poisoness mushrooms I had eaten yesterday. A little more cautious, I ate a mushroom... not bad. Tasted pretty good actually. I grabbed another and... that's when the pain came back. It wasn't a puke-inducing pain, but it was a tight cramp feel... I ran to a near brook of fresh water and filled up a canteen; I drank the 2 servings of the water, and I started to feel a little better... I also put down 2 servings of fresh meat.
I made my way back to my cave, put my head down in my sleeping bag, and began to quietly cry... I was beginning to lose my mental strength... I lost Venus, I lost my luck, and now it's looking like I'm going to lose my life. I don't even want to do this for myself anymore, I want to do this for the pride of my District, and Venus Tala alike... I really need an ally. If I'm going to die, I want to die with the assurance of having a friend win... Someone I care about win...

Ginger ICECRYSTAL DISTRICT 12 TRIBUTE I woke up this morning at the waterfalls a bit confused I thought i hunted down Bentley and attacked him and sarane was there.Was I just dreaming? no I could not have been dreaming. Getting my stuff together I ate some beef jerky the rest to be exsact and some rasberries and then drank 2 servings of water very refreshing. I picked up my stuff and decided I would forage.Then even better I would make my dream come true and attack bentley perhaps getting the sarane girl to come too. Finding sarane that morning I explained to her we had to attack bentley she nodded looking at my weapons and I nodded that I would not hurt her throwing her my throwing knife we went on our way.On my way I found a spring so I filled up all of my canteens then right befor we came to the mountains I found some plants and I picked them and put them in my pack.Getting to the mountains was easy espacially with someone who may or may not have your back finding bentley was hard. Finally we came across him in the cave.Taking out my spiked hammer I nodded towards sarane and that is now everything else was earlier in the day then I attacked bentley. then Sarane attacked and I could not tell if she hit or missed. xd 60 bentley 100 Ginger I fixed it for you and sarane you still fighting? edit: so I can feed ginger After seeing sarane jump back I relized she missed.Starting to feel a bit hungry and thirsty I held back the thought waiting to see how bentley was gonna fight back and if I could dodge it.He came out of the cave now with his chained mace and he looked at both of us with heat in his eyes like he was deciding who to attack or kill first this went on for quite a while all 3 of us keeping our defense standz and attack one also. getting thirsty I kept my eye on bentley taking out my canteen I used one hand and dranked 2 servings then I took out some rasberries and ate them and finally ate some chocolate energy bars which once again are my favorite.All with keeping my left arm out with my spiked hammer.throwing out the wrappers and putting my canteen in my pack I anticipated his attack.

The next morning, I got up very early and I left to gather the meat from the snare. When I returned, I split the rest of the meat with Zeke. I decided to put some more antibiotic cream on my cuts to speed up the healing process. When Ginger came by and asked if I would help her kill Bentely, the boy from 11. I jumped at the chance and took the throwing knife, I would need it.
When we arrived in front of Bentely, I attempted to attack with my hunting knife, but ultimately failed. Ginger on the other hand, was a lot more lucky and landed a hit on him. I remained on the balls if my feet anticipating his attack. Health: 85/100
Hunger: 70/100
Thirst: 45/100

Thirst: 45/100 Continue of edit that you have to read xd I was in a stand still not really sure what to do it might be bentleys plan for me to attack again and him be ready I miss and him slit my throat.That coward no he is not doing that he is just being a coward.Not even thinking about sarane and how hot the sun is on her since I am partial in the shade I finally did think about her especially since she is helping me.Looking at her I knew that we will be in battle again and she might be the one to kill me but to help me out I owed her something.Taking my canteen out I kept one eye on bentley while sarane had both eyes on him she started to look dehydrated.I took a leaf cup and poored a serving of my canteen water in there so +15 thirst and I shuffled my way over to her and gave her the serving of water and nodded that it was safe to drink I shuffled back over to my stuff and grabbed out my spiked hammer and throwing knife again.

I looked at Ginger curiously when she offered me water. I wasn't stupid enough to reject the water, but I did find it strange that she would be so kind to me. Maybe she felt bad about trying to kill me earlier. I accepted the water and sucked it down greedily.
I wondered when Bentley would retaliate, but regardless of how long I waited, I remained focused. Someone had to die soon, and that person would have to be Bentley. Health: 85/100

I nodded as sarane drank the water.
Going into day 7 I have been waiting out side of bentleys cave for him to make the next move that coward would just sit there smirking at me and sarane waisting both of our times.Angrily I took two energy bars and divarward them then ate some rasberries smearing it on my face going insane then drinking a serving of water. I looked around to proove a point feeling betrayel was the reason why I was acting like this not because I was mad but because I felt like I trusted someone and he turned around and literally tried to kill me. looking i saw a deer to proove a point taking 1 of my 2 remaining throwing knives I threw it with out looking at it aiming it right towards the neck and I hit it looking at bentley when I heard the cracking of the deer meat I smiled."see now see that meat could have been shared with you so come at me bentley now! Look at that earlier I gave her some water someone who is allies with someone else making her most likely to kill me but do you see her now she is not thats because she knows you are a kiniving beast.Looking at sarane I knew she could pay attention to him for me as I got the deer meat.Taking my hunting knife I went over by the deer and started to angrily slit peices of the deer meat out getting 7 servings of fresh meat looking I saw a pack with lots of herbs for somereason in the deers stomach I luaghed some tribute must have allowed the deer to eat their supplies.I grabbed the supplies and dried them off in the grass. Taking my hunting knife I drew some blood from the deer on it and brought it towrds bentley."Lick this now! I repeat now! oh wait you are a coward thats what you are!"Taking the knife I licked some of it then I took some and put two lines down my cheeks on each side. smiling I looked at sarane like"This will really mess with his mind."even know I know I just went insane and the worst part I kind of liked it.
(xd no hard feelings duck I decided someone had to go insane at some point in the games and ginger with her happy go lucky personality would be fun to watch.)

They have been trying to attack me for two days... I stay stranded in my cave, protected by weak snares and my chained mace. It was nothing compared to the weapons TWO of the other tributes possessed. I had waited a day for a tribute I had earlier talked to, but she was nowhere to be found...
I engorged myself with food and water before I was to go through with my next move; I drank 4 servings of water and ate 2 beef jerky's and 2 energy bars.
I knew I couldn't fight 2 on 1 in these conditions.... I grabbed my equipment, through the bags over my shoulders and prayed that this would work one last time.
I crept to the front of the cave, removed a smoke bomb from my pocket, and threw it right outside of the cave entrance. I jolted out the entrance and into the tree-line. I jumped tree-to-tree, literally running for my life. I knew that they couldn't keep up with me; that's my greatest advantage in these games.
I found myself running down stream the opposite direction, towards the Waterfall. I cautiously made my down the rock wall, and had no intentions in playing in caves. I searched around the West side of the river in the forest, searching for a nice place to stay, and I found it. Nearly 60 feet in the air, a few large branches from multiple trees made up a cozy plank; a large one at that. I set my supplies and such in the center, ensuring nobody could see any evidence of my presence. I needed to play the game of evasiveness, and this is where I'd start.
(OOC: I'll be gone for the weekend on a Hiking Trip. I will be back either late Sunday night (PST) or Monday evening. I ensured that my Hunger and Thirst will survive past that. I will not be able to respond to attacks between those times as I'll have no internet access.)

TRIBUTEI waited and waited for him to come out then all of a sudden a big flash of dust came up.Then I saw Bentley escape threw the trees I hope he knows that I could easily catch up with him with my fast running ability. I just remembered I was alergic to the smoke bomb so I put my shirt over my mouth and nose. I just decided it was not worth my time at all. Looking at sarane I frowned then kicked a stone into the cave."Sorry sarane I was really hoping we could get some nice items."Letting my hand out to shake her hand I smiled."If only we could be allies but I know you have someone ."smileing I looked at my stuff gathered it looking her eyes one moment I said"May the odds ever be in your favor."Running off with my stuff I fled the scene

I watched silently as Ginger slowly began to lose it. In all honesty, it seemed almost scary. The good natured girl I had seen a few moments ago, was completely changed, all because of Bentelys betrayal. I began to wonder if she won, would she be the same? Would anyone else be the same? I sure as hell was different. I let her leave, "May the odds be in my favor? That's a load of bull, it's about whether or not you are mentally prepared," I said, not sure if she had even heard me.
I had to get back to Zeke. On the way back, I found two more worms I could use as bait. Also, I found more Starthorn flowers and I plucked four petals. I did make the second mistake of eating mushrooms. The moment I felt sick, I stuffed two of the petals in my mouth, erasing the sick feeling. I stuffed the two servings of meat in my mouth, I'd fish back at the waterfall. With that thought, I headed back towards the waterfall. Health: 85/100
Hunger: 75/100
Thirst: 5/100

day 18
After seaching and searching for a camp I came across a spot right near the waterfalls border but by then it was dark so I could not see much with my night vision glasses.Falling asleep the next morning I woke up.When I woke up I ate my oldest meat rodent meat and some fish for brain funtion and then I drank as much water as I could which was 3 servings.Finally relizing were I was I noticed a spring which came from the mountains so I filled up all of my canteens with this lovely spring. I turned around and cocked my head seeing a puddle behind me with a jar of herbs in the water.I relized wow this wow weird how I am finding theese Items picking it up rolling my sleeves up of course I saw a halberd underneath. I smiled I have lots of weapons but whats one more grabbing it and drying it off I put it in my pack.Looking up from the water I noticed that the waterfalls and cornucorpia was flooded.My eye widened it was not getting higher but I saw some tributes swimming threw it.The stupid game makers flooded the arena crap now I will have to be near all of them I thought.Grabbing my stuff I traveled higher up the mountains so I am not the firt thing the tributes see to atack when they get up here.

Sew me into the background, then I will thrive.   Dottie held her legs to her chest, her feet slightly wet from the sudden flood. She mumbled things to herself silently, forcing herself to get up and forage a little. There were so many tributes here, she'd already saw one, so most of them, had head straight for the mountains like her. Dottie preferred being alone and secluded, no one to attack of bother her, and she'd been especially anxious sense the two tributes had attacked her. Walking around the place, she noticed some worms. It never hurt to have worms, especially sense they were now practically on an island. She put them with her stuff and continued foraging, she didn't find anything very interesting until she came across an apple tree. She smiled slightly remembering her Mother's strawberry apple pie, something she'd missed sense she left. Dottie circled the tree until she found a low-hanging branch and plucked the few apples, walking a little higher up up the mountain before settle in a nice secluded spot between many trees that were close to together, making it a little harder to spot Dottie, who once again pulled her knees to her chest and rested her head there, tired from the day's events.

┗━━━━━━━━━┛ It was, indeed, one of the most frantic runs of my entire life, and while pumping my legs past their tolerance levels, I knew that I could die at any moment from the onslaught of water heading our way. Tao was still a little ways ahead of me, and I shouted up to him. "Get into a tree!"
When I saw him begin to climb one, I managed to find one that had sturdy branches and threw myself at it. There was no way we'd beat the water trying to climb up that mountain. It would probably be better if we waited the wave out and swim to the mountain top. The Gamemakers must be getting extremely bored with us. Nobody has died in quite awhile, and I'm sure the Capitol must be complaining about it. When Tao and I had attacked that girl from district eight, it was probably the most action that they'd seen in awhile. It was too bad that she had to run away, although I was secretly happy that she did. I was able to avoid another potential murder.
As I ascended the tree, the water below me was getting higher and higher, and I began to worry that the tree was going to be much too short. Maybe this wasn't the best idea after all. It was a good thing that our backpacks were waterproof. It was too late to change my mind now, and as I reached the top of my tree, so did the water, but it stopped rising just as it reached my waist. I waited it out for a few more moments then motioned to the dry part of the mountain, and both Tao and I began our swim. It was just as difficult as the first swim we had to do in the arena, but we were able to make it to shore once more.

Once again in these Games, I felt truly terrified. I knew what the Gamemakers were planning, since the last few days had been boring, why not round up all the Tributes in one small area? Already, I had sprinted past the pair from five. I only caught a glimpse of them running to shelter before I headed the other way.
We had managed to outrun the flood, but now, I felt as if I was dying of thirst . After the incident with the river water back at the waterfalls, I wasn't risking the floodwater. But I had to get water, except I had no idea from where. Near s cave, i decided to finally rest. I cooked and cleaned the rodent and set up my snare once more. I split the now cooked meat with Zeke as I stood and continued walking.
After looking for a while, I finally found a place to stay. I shoved the boulder away from the barely detectable hole in the mountainside. I led Zeke inside and once we were situated, I collapsed on the floor of the cave, exhausted from the lack of water. I ate a fish and handed one to Zeke to eat as well. Health: 85/100
Hunger: 75/100

[ Gamemaker Announcement ]
At the very top of the Mountain a platform raises up like a table. On the table sits two bags. One with a large number 2, it contains an Antidote (3 uses). The other has the number 5, and has a meal from the Capitol in it. There they wait for their Tributes.
Just then a loud voice shouts over the Mountains. "Attention Tributes! The Gamemakers are inviting two of you to a Feast! Arden Fairis from District 2 and Morrigan Ravine from District 5. Please proceed to the Mountain top! May the Odds be Ever in Your Favor." The voice ends and everything becomes quite.
(Arden Fairis and Morrigan Ravine, you will fight to the death. There are two rules to this fight! First, there will be no fleeing! We need to narrow down the Tributes and so you can't run! Second, you may not use any medical items! You will not have time to take a break and heal so you may not use them! Good luck Tributes!)
