Why do they want to join?: He's been doing the rogue thing since he was a teenager. He's wandered long and far and has come to a point where settling down in a nice, stable place is really appealing to him. The Pridelands is a lively and peaceful looking place so he's keen on making a home for himself and actually laying down some roots here.

Why do they want to join?: Fillira is originally from the Nchi'mahadhi. She always had a love for travel, and stumbled upon the Pride Lands by pure chance. This is where she met Timiza, and was introduced to the lands as a visiting guest. After returning to the Nchi'mahadhi, not only did she realize she fell in love with the beauty of the lands, but she realized too late she also had left her heart with Timiza.

Why do they want to join?: Jawara was born originally in a warrior sort of pride. Unfortunately, he is more of a peace-loving individual, and left his original pride once he became of age. For years now, he's drifted in the rogue lands as a gentle giant. Now that he's getting a touch older, the peaceful lion is looking for a place to call home and the Pride Lands seems best to fit the bill.

Why do they want to join?: After the plague hit and decimated her lands, Haiba was at a loss of how to survive in the rogue lands. Sure, she had her "husband" Kani, but she needed a community, other lions to keep her sanity. She would even be content with getting rid of her title as a lady, just so long as she had a place to be in to interact with others. When she found the populated Pridelands, full of life and hills of grasses, she decided to call it home.

Why do they want to join?: Mohlako had spent all of his life in the rogue lands, always wondering, never having any place to call a real home and no one to call family. Being that he is extremely shy and socially awkward he is trying, bit by bit, to at least attempt to overcome his "handicaps", and believes joining a pride such as the Pridelands could help him with that and give him a feeling of acceptance for once in his life.

Why do they want to join?: Gliri grew up basically alone but for her twin brother, and they were incredibly close. Because she was cripplingly shy in her youth, her brother was her protector as well as her best friend. However, her brother eventually found a mate and settled down to have cubs with her, at which point Gliri started to feel overwhelmed by how many people were around her. It was impossible to be alone, or even to be overlooked, but even after the cubs grew up and left home she felt too much the third wheel, and so she left. Since then she has spent most of her time alone and too afraid to sleep even. In the Pridelands she hopes to find the security she craves coupled with the anonymity that should result from the sheer size of the pride she's chosen.
