"Hello Cody." She said then climbs up onto the couch with him and hugs him then sees the paper work saying "What are you doing?" She then looks up at him trying to wake up.

Cody smiled to her when she said that but then thought about it, "This is just things that I have to do for work... but its boring things." he said softly but thought about it, "Hey Hope... may I ask you something?" He asked kindly.

Hope nods and said "Of course." She was snuggled up to him with ehr head in his lap. SHe cared so much for Cody and hoped they would always be together. She didn't even know she called him daddy in her sleep.

Cody smiled when she snuggled up to him but he thought about it, "Well I thought about it for a while... would you like to be apart of my family... would you like for me to adopt you?" he asked kindly to her.

Hope smiles and said "You mean it Cody?" She was really excited and was so happy. She then hugs him happily wagging her tail.

Cody smiled to her and hugged her in his arms, "Of course I do." He said sincerely and happily to her, he saw her tail wag so he knew that she was happy.

Hope then gets excited and said "I want you to be my daddy, Cody." She then hugs him happily. SHe loved Cody and thought he was really nice.

Cody smiled when she said that but then he nodded and hugged her, "Im glad to hear that... I would love to have you as my daughter." He said happily but then he looked at her, "You know... we can go into town and run a few errands, one is the adoption center... as I need to register myself as your guardian and new dad." he said kindly to her as he smiled at his daughter.

"Okay." Hope said excitedly. SHe could not wait to have a father that really cared for her and would never call her a freak. She couldn't be happier. SHe then gets up and said "Let's go daddy." She then giggles as it felt good to finally call someone her father.

Cody smiled but gently put her down before gently walking with her to the door. He got ready but then soon after they were both ready, he took her to the child services so that he could adopt her.

Hope was holdiong Foxy in her arms and was so excited. She walks with Cody looking around the area where child srervices was. She holds his hand so she wouldn't get lost and was amazed at how big the buildings were here. SHe had never been to this part of town befoShe was seeing all sorts of pretty lights for Christmas and even though they lived in NYC it was really pretty to her.

Cody walked through child services but then finding all the paper work, he began to fill it out. Soon he had to submit birth certificates and things like that. Luckily they found them from old files, finding that her parents had filed papers saying that she passed away but obviously this was wrong. Cody soon finished and smiled, he gently picked up Hope and held her in his arms, "So Hope... shall we go shopping for new clothes for you?" he asked happily, also planning on taking her to go to the toy store to see what she would want for Christmas.

"Yes please." SHe said and giggled as he held her. She then gs him and as they walk to the store she holds Foxy and Cody's hand. She had never celebrated Christmas at her old house since her parents never bothered to include her in anything they did. SHe never even had a birthday party. Though she and Foxy would celebrate by crying their eyes out. SHe was so miserable with her old parents but was happy now that she had a parent that cared for her enough to get her new clothes and take her to work with him.

Cody soon began to help her pick out new outfits that fit her and didn't hurt her tail when she tried them on in the dressing room. He waited for her to try them on but then soon after she had a couple bags of clothes, he began to walk with her but he then took her to the toy store, "Hey... how about we look through the toy store and see what you and Foxy want for santa to bring you for christmas huh?" He asked kindly to her.
