(aww, I wanted Jake to see Arc sleeping! man, your a killer to good parts of an RP. 'uase I was hoping that while Arc sleeps and Jake's curiousty gets the better of him, he falls in love with the peaceful face of his master. )

( Read my mind! I almost put the word "angel" in my previous post. lol )
There was an uneasy feeling in the pit of Arc's stomach, warning him to wake up if he slept for too long, then he would shift. He blinked, squinting a few times for the light coming in from the window's was bright. Rubbing half of his face, he yawned then shook his head to get the sleep out of his system.
His wolf sense's kicked in and it told him that someone else was in the room, hiding. He smiled to himself, stood and went on a game of hide an' seek. It wasn't long till he found Jake. "Do you enjoy watching me sleep?" Giving a mocking question for he saw the embarrassed face.

Jake's face turned red as a tomato and he started waving his hands in front of him as if to desperately disperse some smoke. His wings flapped frantically as well. "I-i-it's not like that!" he exclaimed. "I just-well... I mean... It's just fascinating-I didn't mean that-I'm sorry! It won't happen again!"

Arc shrugged. "What ever, follow when you want." Straightening his tie and slipped from the office.

Though still embarrassed, Jake hurried after Arc in case he needed anything. The image of his sleeping face still lingered in the servant's mind, even when he tried to shake it off.

The statistics room needed help, they were pilling data when the printer blew up and started to print wildly. "No need for paper today. Stick it on a memory drive of some kind and I'll go over it later." He pulled the plug on the blasted, broken machine. "Do the franchise groups one at a time. Then do the total." He was sort of mellow, keeping calm.

For a moment, Jake was almost convinced that he was with the previous master instead of with Arc. Both kept calm when there seemed to be in chaos. The servant had always admired that about the master, and now he knew that Arc at least took after his father in that aspect.

Going from department to department, Arc sugested and advised, the biggest department's were Complaints and Concerns and Marketing. Both departments took up a floor each. With at least 200 staff working non stop. Arc took his time with each set of groups, dividing the departments up into smaller sections proved useful, one oversight that his father failed to see.
He was far calmer in dealing with the largest departments, Marketing had several new stuff that was going out to the restruants and shops and the design team took up half of the floor above them. There was a lot of running around between the two.
"The new shake...hmm....has it been tested by a small group of survayor takers?" He nodded to what was being said about it flavor and the reaction. "Well, then put it up. Bring it out in the middle of next month."

Jake watched with interest as Arc conversed matters with different departments. The conversations seemed so interesting, but the servant didn't know a thing about them. It made him regret toning out whenever the previous master had tried to explain things to him before.
'I wonder how he's doing in Heaven,' he thought to himself.

Arc peered over his shoulder at Jake who seemed to be drowzy with the meanigless conversations that he was having but had an inflammed intrest as well. When he finished, he lead Jake into a break room and got himself power water and got Jake a iced coffee from the vending machine. "Idiot, you skipped breakfast." He pressed the cool canned drink into his forehead. "Not wise to do so."
He was being formal, after all, the break room was in a portion of the hallway. He was better off scolding him. He opened his bottled drink after Jake took his, the hiss of carbon dioxide escaping, letting the aggitated bubbles to settle, he sat on the bench next to Jake.
His subordinates didn't question why he was drinking that type of water but the ones who had been there when he was young told them that it was his favorite soda water. After all, it was Arc's mind that created it, packed with nutriants, vitamens and carbohydrates but you could only taste the natural flavor of fruit juice, it became a popular seller in high schools and convience stores all around. School clubs and teams sold them for booster benefits. Physical activity enthusiats bought them for there recreation in the gym and outdoors.
Even the drink was no stranger to Jake, he had seen Arc drink it many times through out the day. He had been fascinated with how Arc invented the popular healthy soda water around.

Jake flinched just a little, but not as much as usual. "I-I'm sorry..." he muttered, taking a sip of his ice coffee. He had completely forgotten about breakfast when he was worried about being late for school. Well, since he had been late anyway it wouldn't have made any difference.
He watched as Arc drank his own drink, which happened to be the unusually healthy power water that the master's son had invented. Jake had never thought it was possible to make that kind of soda, but Arc made it possible. He was truly his father's son.

( I am going for a Japanese office theme here, I read too much manga and watch too much anime! lol Sticking with sound affects. )
With a heavy sigh, he "batan" Jakes forehead with the back of his hand, not hard but enough to get his attention. "Drink, its getting warm. Letting a perfectly good drink go to waste." He took a swig from his bottle. "Moping about it, its not going to get you anywhere. Grab a piece of fruit next time. Or a power water since it has the key supplements your body needs."
He offered advice. He was after all, at work.
