The Boxer was dumbfounded at the sudden turn of events from potential wall flower to being swarmed by Cass and her all male posse, her boy toy included. Far be it from himself to c**k block but, watching Marcus and Cass go at it was just wretch inducing, might as well just nickname her lower region a golem cuz Marc looked like he just wanted to enter it all the time.
And now he found himself stuck in their group, his face as stern faced as ever as the Cowled hunter Jude practically dragged his athletic frame into their drag conga line, stuck grasping onto Marcus's shoulder because HE WAS NO WAY IN HELL GOING TO HOLD HIS HAND.
Just do it so i can laugh at your misery.
"Oh shut the ******** up Nid, you are really not needed right now to the extreme!" he growled back out loud before he addressed his teammates as delicately as he could.
"Fine fine fine I'm with ya, but if one of you start talking about Candy mountain, Uppercuts to the lot of y'all!" he roared out, proudly displaying his biceps as if to say "COME AT ME BRO!"

Jude stared at Leon for a long moment.
Stared some more.
Then in a completely deadpan voice he said, "But we want your kidneys, Leon. Give them to us."
The bravado that Leon put on didn't really do much to impress Jude as much as it just made the youth stare at him blankly. He didn't want Leon to hold his hand and it was bad enough Cass had her arm linked with him and stuff. So he was perfectly fine with Leon not touching him at all.

Marcus was used to Cass's antics, and being dragged didn't shock him that much. It could have been worse where she didn't even let him know she was moving off on a whim. Marcus already figured he'd have to be careful not to let Cass run off over some distraction. Last thing her wanted, girlfriend getting killed.
Jude's introduction was met with a smile. "Like wise." The shorter hunter seemed to have a goal in mind and hey, that worked for him. They wanted this Leon fellow? That's cool to. Hey, at least it wasn't that bitchy Bix guy. While Marcus thought this might have been a good thing? When this 'Leon' opened his mouth Marcus got the idea they might not be betting along very well. But that too was retracted as the hand clasped his shoulder.
Now weren't they a fun little train? "Nice to meet you Leon. I'm Marcus, death hunter. And Candy mountain?" Marcus had never seen the youtube video, it was flying clear over his head. "Livers?" Looking at Jude, his eye brow raised in silent question. He didn't get the joke.
"So, team formed are we all fine to go on an exciting adventure of ''Caelius tries to kill us, episode two: electric boogaloo?

Cass tilted her head up at Marcus, giving him a slightly Doe-eyed look, before she looked to Leon and shrugged. It wasn't her fault Marcus wanted in her Golem. Truly. At least she hadn't even considered the idea of that ever. There was a sort of stare-session at the flexing muscles, however, Cass's lips tightening a bit. She certainly didn't have any contributions to that gun show. She didn't even know where to buy the bullets for the guns she had. Though she also had the other gun. The actual one.
The physical one that would actually go Pew Pew Pew. Bix would probably be proud of her for going PewPewPew. Complete with the given sound effects.
However, Jude's humor earned a laugh and a playful elbowing in his side. "I see what you did there." she said, before seeming to beam. BOYFRIEND (??) AND NEW-FRIEND WERE GETTING ALONG. She could live with this forever. Probably not the happiest Cass ever, but she seemed rather pleased by the entire situation! There was a Marcus, a Leon, and a Jude (No Beatles' songs, no Beatles' Song...)) It was awesome. Always awesome.
"Looks like it's going to be a bit of a party if we're having to group off, though."

"Alright, then I won't call you boss." She gave Ariane a thumbs up and said nothing more on the topic. Seemed reasonable to want to be called by her name to Tika at least.
Before was quick to draw her attention back to him with his offer.
"Alright you can carry it if you want." Tika held the bag out to Before. Hey, he had offered right? Beside, she would be faster with out the bag. A little ping of guilt tugged at her a bit.
"You sure I mean..." Tika gripped her bag tightly like she was regretting accepting.
HA! Your not a lady after all. A proper lady would always take a gentlemans offer. You are a savage beast aren't you?
Tika gritter her teeth and slung the bag over her shoulder, "You know on second thought I'll carry this. And I'll show you whos savage Atti..." She fought the temptation to stomp on her Atti earrings. Atti just let out a loud echoing burst of laughter.

"Hey there, Jerr-bear." Candace grinned. It was so cute how easily flustered he was! Haha! She poked one of his cheeks before easing up off the man, though she did look down at the hand on her waist and decided to allow it to remain there. He wanted her away from the group? Ohhh, why? She smirked. This was a chance she couldn't pass up. "Where're you taking me? Oh no! Are you going to ravish me? Goodness! Whateveh shall I do, Misteh Collins?" Candace laid the southern accent on thick for that little performance, resting the back of her hand against her forehead and swooning against him as they walked like some old style southern belle.
Don't quit your day job. Atropos laughed, sighing and wishing she had a head to shake. Oh well. She'd settle for just being terribly amused at Candace's atrocious acting skills. Though she did actually sound Southern...made sense considering that was where she was from, after all. Candace chuckled and relaxed, patting the hand on her waist as Jerry suddenly whispered something in an angry tone. Hmmm? Oh...Roar, perhaps? She'd let that be his excuse. Yes. Candace stopped when she saw Harrison. They needed groups, right?
"From the looks of it Jude's already got a group. Harrison! Over here!" She raised an arm and waved it to get his attention, grinning. Not have Harrison on a team with her? It was just like old times! There was no way she could do a mission without him by her side. Oh, but what about Jerry? "You don't mind, right? We could use at least one more. And I know Harrison~. He's a good guy."

Jerry beamed, laughing outright at her silly charade although his face was still blushing, "I don't know if this is the time or place for *that* but if you insist- ahahahaha I'm kidding I'm-" His attention was directed through the crowd to a blond haired sullen looking young man he hadn't met before... but seemed to be wearing a pink sash. Odd choice but! "Well, the more the merrier and any friend of your's is a friend of mine, I'm sure!"
They needed all the help they could get, a band of leftovers, more or less? Bah, they would be victorious over... over... he glanced back to the house in question, his heart sinking.
Bet it's pretty dark in there. Lots of creepy crawlies and lurkies, Roar chuckled, as though enjoying watching Jerry's skin crawl.
"He looks uh! Like a strong fella'!"
Maybe you can hide behind his corpse, dude's definitely big enough-
"Definitely a good asset!"
The more cannon fodder the better.
Jerry's eyes twitched anxiously, and he hissed feverishly under his breath, "You're really not helping, Roarshack."
Oh, I think I am. The smirk was in his voice.
Jerry could only sigh.

Harrison grinned, ignoring him. "Hey." He thumbed back to the house. "What do you think? It's almost Halloween, and we're going on an Easter Egg Hunt. Looks like they got the setting right, any how."
You do know her. B0nez tried to assert. As long as we aren't pubbing.
I don't know what the hell that is, Harrison thought
The guy next to her had thick glasses, one arm on Candace's waist, and looked nervous.
"Who's he?" Whoever it was looked like he was waiting to be shoved into a locker.

Bix smirked as he watched the Before and Tika interactions. He was like a weird creeper, staring with a smile. He did snap out of it once Mina commented to him gently in his head something about not helping his friend by being super obvious. "So Tika.." He didn't remember seeing her weapon. He was REALLY curious. "What's your weapon like?" He was still rolling the bag that contained his weapon's unsummoned marbles form around in his hand.

The question had caught her off guard. The teen raised a brow at Before. "My weapons like a pain in the neck that won't go away," She gave the albino a wicked grin. She knew that wasn't what he was asking. "Tonfas. Bladed ice tonfas. Little shits in earring form right now though." The headphones made it impossible to see Atti. But Tika lifted one up off her ear to reveal a very icy looking gem of a stud earring along with her other piercings. "Hes a pair. The others in my other ear." She let her headphone fall back on her ear. "So I showed you mine, what about yours?"

"He's a good guy...what's Roarshack doing?" It was almost a shame they couldn't hear each other's weapons, but considering the personality of her own she had a feeling it might have been a very good thing in the end. She certainly didn't want to hear the things everyone else's weapons said all the time.
As Harrison approached them and commented on their current location Candace chuckled. "It's the quest for the holy grail, Harrison." Obviously!
Candace pat Jerry's head when Harrison asked about him, draping that arm across his shoulders "Harrison, this is Jerry. Jerry, this is Harrison. Want to team up with us?" Candace asked her friend, grinning.

Jerry's eyes were practically filled with stars and hearts as the girl practically hung off of him.
This was a position the approaching-middle-aged Nerd never experienced. Even his friends back home- well, he had minimal friends back home. This was an entirely new experience, and it seemed to unfortunately give him an incredible amount of zest. He immediately thrust his hand out to the new member of their team, beaming proudly. "It's certainly nice to meet you, Harrison! Jerry Collins, Zeta-four. Sun Hunter! I ah... was never very fond of Haunted Houses even as a kid, ahahahaha... but well! I mean... we're ARMED this time so! Ahahaha..."
He pushed his glasses up his nose, looking thoughtful, "We need a name. For our team! The last time, we called ourselves the Phoenixes. It was very good for Moral, I think! Uniting under a name! Something good and catchy like... like... The Mighty Ducks! Only... you know. Not the Mighty Ducks, ahahahaha."

That ssssounds dirtyyyy. Mina giggled. Bix just blinked but was quick to toss his bag of marbles again. "This is my weapon. Marbles. Lame right? But they turn into a bow." He acted like he was pulling a bow string. "Like Legolas! From Lord of the Rings!" He and Tika had talked about Lord of the Rings before. He knew she was familiar with it. He also gave Gale a sidelong glance. >________>

Harrison took and squeezed Jerry's hand reluctantly.
"Yeah, I'm in. ...E-13, Moon Hunter."
Jerry was a ball of energy, nervous and otherwise. And giggly. Harrison wondered where, exactly, Candace had found Chuckles. Harrison didn't mind a little crazy. He could relate, and here it could certainly be put to work. As long as this guy could deliver under pressure.
We're all a little bit special, here on the Night Shift.
"Team name, huh? What do we need, like a mascot?"
Another grin.
"Hey Candace, you know who would make a great mascot?"
