"Whats a yo-u-ma?" Varya's tongue pronounced the foreign word awkwardly. She'd been mostly sheilded from everything going on in Destiny City, and her naivety was showing. She had no idea what was going on, even less than she understood fully that she was in space.
When the green haired girl with fairy wings called for her to stay back, she did so, dropping next to the girl she didn't know was a princess. Instead of worrying about whatever a youma was, she stared unabashedly at the light pink wings sprouting from chronos' back. Var had seen them from far off since the princess came, but never so close. They looked so real...so soft. Unconsciously, her hand lifted and reached out towards them, but she was abruptly awoken from her stupor by the loud crashes coming from in the room.
"Whats going on?" Not one to be left out, she rushed forward towards the giant spider. What was she doing!? "That thing is disgusting..." Varya looked in horror before she was hit.
The silver haired girl slammed hard into the column, decorated lightly in the style of the rest of the Virgo outpost. She groaned and rolled onto the floor. She hadn't even really been trying to fight! What had happened? It was hard to get up, her head was pounding from the impact and she felt sore all over. Great...one injury after another. Space was dangerous! At least she healed quickly here, which was something.

Ganymede remained by Val, at least initially, glancing up in curiosity as Virgo’s veil was launched into the air and floated down as light upon him and two others. He didn’t quite understand the purpose, but then he didn’t have very much time to dwell on it, as the youma used its own form of magic and he found himself suddenly knocked back, though not, he was pleased to see, harmed in the least. He was somewhat startled, but unscathed and in one piece.
He looked to the side to make sure Valhalla was still beside him and felt a moment of shock and panic when he saw that he was not. Quickly, he searched the area and turned to glance behind him, and found the page and one of the civilians by the columns.
“Val!” he said, quickly approaching him, swerving through debris and people to stop by he and Keren. “Are you okay?” he asked, more to the page than the civilian, though he made sure to show an appropriate amount of concern for her as well. “We should try to stick together the best we can. I… just try not to get separated.”
He hated large battles, if only because they brought back certain memories he did his very best to forget -- a hand against his chest, going for his starseed. After that, he never wanted to be alone in battle again, or leave anyone else he cared about to that fate. Youma or worse, it didn’t matter. He knew he’d done better at the camp battle not simply because he’d improved, but because he’d had people fighting alongside him through all of it.
Trying to disguise his worry and discomfort, Ganymede reached down to grab a decent sized stone, still holding the long sliver in his other hand to use once he got close enough to the youma, but for now he tossed what he could as far and as hard as he could, and hoped it didn’t hit anyone accidentally.

Boy was Candice out of luck.
She knew the risks of coming up here with the Senshi members, but hey, after everything that happened, Candice needed to do something right? It was unsure to her if they figured out the cause to why they couldn't go home or not, but if she was still here, the problem wasn't fixed anyways.
As the youma attacked, she zoned out for just a little bit and took a hard hit from its magic, slamming into one of the pillars.
"F*ck..." she muttered under her breath after the wind got knocked out of her. Her body was tired and heaving, very much hurt from that hit. Candice didn't stop looking at the youma and the Senshi members. She still wanted to do something to help, but with her getting hurt already, she wasn't sure what she could do.
For now, she picked up her piece of metal again. She would be prepared this time...

The green light faded from Ganymede, Chronos and Flora and moved to three new Order-side players. Attentive civilians or senshi would notice the Zodiac Captain's dazed gaze; she didn't seem to be much invested in giving more orders, and in fact seemed mostly invested in trying to stand up straight...

"...dude, I dare you to get the ******** out there." It was supposed to be easy, a comfortable show of bravado, but -- instead, Veer's voice came out shaky and uncertain, his eyes a bit wild with too much white showing as he looked back to Cameron.
And no sooner were the words out of his mouth than the magic kicked in, and he abruptly found himself scrambling for better cover than the battered column behind which he crouched. The wave washed over him, but instead of slamming him down as it did some of the others, Veer skidded with it, deeper into safety. Or at least cover. Maybe if it couldn't see him...

The pressurized feeling faded, finally, freeing those knocked back or down to move once more. That meant, unfortunately, that the monster was free to move once more as well, and it lurched into motion. Five of the fearsome legs lifted up high, aiming to strike members of the crowd...

Damage = 2 (6 dice roll) + 2 (according to shibogane since I rolled too late to make up for the eight dice!) = 4 damage
"Bug infestations was not on the top of my list today." Sedna ran forward to slip under the rising legs of the youma, narrowly missing it's attack. If anything, even though the gloved weapon on his hand was pretty much useless in anything other then decoration, his boots weren't too bad.
A hard sole of his black belted boots kicked the youma sharply on the way, tumbling outwards to the side. It was a mess of a white blur against the dark youma.

"Ugh... Stupid bug."
Candice was still feeling a little bit fatigued, but with a few minutes rest and just watching from the sidelines, she felt just a little bit more refreshed. When she saw the youma lift up it's legs and attack someone near her, her adrenalin started to rush and she ran towards the nearest leg attacking. ( Eliza )
Of course, Candice had no idea whom she was trying to help, but hey, she didn't want to see anyone dead. She stabbed the youma with her piece of metal and grabbed it out again.
She was ready for more action. The familiar sense of her energy pumped up this much felt like she was home, making Candice extremely happy and less saddened by being away for so long...

"Thanks for the useful tip." Zephyr wiped away the blood, looking back at Hawke. "Don't die either." A hint of an amused smile appeared on his lips, "It'd be a shame to lose you here."
When Chronos and Flora arrived by his side worried, Zephyr smiled to reassure them that he was fine. But just as quickly as he had been tossed to the side, he saw the giant arachnid leg crash into the princess. "Chronos!" He stood up, his hand reaching out for her but was too late.
"Break Wind!" The powerful gust of wind swirled together in a decisive direction squarely towards the spider youma. Without sparing a glance for the damage he had dealt it, he rushed to Chrono's side. "Princess?" He had agreed to protect Flora's princess but failed when he was unable to push Chronos out of the way at the time.

Raven winced as she saw those awful spider legs come down on top of people, but just shook her head, running at the spider for a few steps, then just stopping, throwing her makeshift club at the huge creature.
It hit...sort of. More like bounced off the side of his large body.
Well...she had tried...And she'd keep trying.
She had to fight for her life. She would always have to. Space was a very, very dangerous place.

Jett shook his head when he got his wits about him; it had taken a few seconds to stabilize himself but when he managed to, he was angry. Naturally, of course—no one liked being attacked by a giant, freakish spider. He had grown attached to the tiny weapon he clutched, so decided not to throw the weapon that may or may not assist him later (though, now that he considered it, he really didn’t want to get close enough to the beast to stab it). In place of the jagged marble, he allowed his hand to grope next to him.
Chunks of marble were clearly in stock, so he wrapped his fingers around a sizable piece and threw it at the spider.
There was a reason Jett didn’t play baseball or any other sport that required long distance aim; his throw was a bit off and it seemed to do very little damage.

Head aching, the blood sticky on the back of his neck, Fritz hauled himself to his feet, determined not to be useless, determined not to be pathetic. Not here, not now, not when he could still stand.
Even he was slightly wobbly on his feet.
Swaying a little unsteadily, Fritz lunged angrily towards the massive beast, but one of its enormous legs caught him in the stomach, sending him flying backwards once again.
It hurt quite as much as the first blow, Fritz staggering into a nearby wall, still clutching the marble bat in his hands as tightly as he could. His head felt as if it might split open, his skull reverberating with a ringing pain that only threatened to increase, but he still dragged himself upright once more.
"Eliza," he gasped out, staggering towards the girl. He had seen, out of the corner of his eye, one of the hairy black legs shoot towards her. "Eliza!"

((IDK if the roll counts because he was "hit" but didn't take damage?? If it doesn't please ignore it! ;; ))
Valhalla rubbed at his back, feeling achy already, and a little surprised to find that his clothes felt wet. Ah... he'd managed to cut up his back from hitting the pillar. The adrenaline kept him from feeling too much pain right now, but he was sure that he would be really sore and in pain later. Regardless, he spared a small grin in Ganymede's direction, not wanting him to worry too much. It was just a bad judgement call on his part. He should have been paying more attention.
"Yeah, we can stick together," he agreed, not minding keeping an eye out for the other. They were used to fighting youma together, anyway. But right now it was important to try and keep the civilians protected.
"You okay?" he called over to Candice, worried that she might have been knocked out, but she looked like she was getting up to fight still. Okay, that was good... He would really like to get the civilians out of there, but they all seemed to be stubborn and wanting to fight.
Just then another veil of light cascaded down upon a select few of them, and Valhalla stared as it fell over him. He wasn't sure what it meant, but it wasn't anything painful... in fact, he was starting to feel a little better already. "Come on," he said to Ganymede, reaching down to pick up a stone to throw at the youma's face. "Maybe if we focus on one spot at a time, we can weaken it?" Well, it worked in video games... Youma were a bit different, though.
The youma tried attacking again, and Valhalla expected to knocked back again. He raised his arms up to himself, but in the end, even after getting hit... he wasn't hurt more than he already had been. Oh... well, that was nice.
"Nice hit!" he called over to Zephyr when he used his attack, clearly impressed by any kind of offensive magic that could be used, regardless of how powerful it was. That one seemed to have grazed the youma, but still. He was used to seeing more 'support magic'. Now if they could just keep it up and take this thing out before it hurt any more of them. He caught sight of Eliza, too, but didn't have time to see if she was okay.
14 + 3 + protection! = 17 HP

As his own magic was never very useful unless one needed a short diversion, but also ran the risk of causing the the youma to become more ferocious depending on various circumstances, Ganymede had no intention of using his powers. It might help to stall it, as they'd theoretically all be able to strike while it was distracted, but he'd rather not take the chance that it would have an adverse effect and someone around them ended up getting hurt because of it.
He stared curiously at the light again as it shifted to Val. He almost allowed himself to become distracted by it, but broke his attention away from it just in time to notice the youma's attacking legs. He ducked out of the way just in time. Unfortunately, his page friend wasn't so lucky.
Fortunately, he didn't seem to be very hurt by it.
Even still, Ganymede quickly examined him to make sure and didn't allow himself to feel relieved just yet. "I don't know how easy it'll be to focus on one spot at a time when it's moving around like that," he replied, picking up another sizable rock to throw at the youma. "Depending on how strong it is, maybe it would be better to try taking out its legs to immobilize it first?"
He hated no having a plan. Rushing into things without one always seemed tricky and messy and far more dangerous, yet he'd rarely been in a situation where time allowed for the development of one. This time wasn't any different. It was either fight or try to get away and hide, and he'd tried the latter too many times and failed to think he could get away with it now. That, and he no longer wanted to, not when there were people to protect.

Hawke gave the dude senshi a thumbs ******** no bro, I may be stuck in space fade and that is just one of my million problems but this thing?" her thumb jerked over at the spider. "A spider monster an't one." Okay it was but not as much of a problem as being stuck in space forever.
Space didn't have a PS3.
Looking over at Fritz she frowned. he'd gotten his s**t kicked in."Oh ********-" Running over to him, she hoped he didn't get himself killed. "Dude, don't be the hero, that's my job. Sorta." Sorta maybe just in her head. Picking up another chunk of marble it the chucked it at the youma.
