And bad news. I posted this on Inner Animal already, but my parents put stupid controls on my computer now that mid-terms are coming up, and this might be a once in a week chance that I'm on to rp D:<))

Claire woke up to the sun shining in her face. She squinted and rolled over, grumbling as she did so. Why am I in such a bad mood? she thought, staring at the wall. Oh... that's right... Sighing, Claire sat in and ran her hands through her hair. She then got out of bed and headed to the kitchen to make some eggs and toast.

Daniel Alexander Johnson~ Alex's alarm clock started to beep loudly as it read the time of which the bassist unfortunately had to wake up at, and upon hearing this Alex lazily slammed his palm on the snooze button, opened his eyes, and got up. Just when he was about to get on two feet, he nearly tripped over an obviously blunt object, Looking down to look at what he just stepped on, he saw it was the undamaged box containing Claire's new boots of which he was going to give to her the next day. Attempting to hide it yet again, he slid it back under the bed. He then stretched and made his way to his suitcase where he grabbed his clothes and got dressed before heading out to the kitchen of the tour bus. He saw Claire standing there making toast, but he didn't bother to greet her yet. Instead he just walked over to the coffee machine, turned it on, and then took a seat at the table to wait for his coffee to brew.

 James Lee AndersonLee stirred out of sleep when he heard Claire leave her room and then Alex with her. Everything was peaceful for the most part as he laid in his bed for a minute more. Lee rolled onto his back and rubbed his eyes awake and then proceeded to get out of bed. As he picked up his headphones from the floor he wondered how Claire was feeling now. Did she really mean what she said yesterday? he wondered. He didn't expect that to last long. She would find someone else soon enough and he would have to watch from the sidelines again just like Sam. Lee left his room shortly after when he realized how thristy he was and walked out to the kitchen. Claire and Alex were already there but they weren't talking much. "Good morning?" He looked at the two of them curiously as he walked towards the cupboard to get a cup for water. "...and I thought I was quiet." He said almost down to a whisper. He just smiled pleasantly and filled his cup with water from the frig.

Claire was leaning against the counter and cooking eggs when Alex walked in. She was in her cooking zone so she did not speak to him just yet. After the eggs were done she turned off the stove and placed a couple slices of bread into the toaster. Claire then walked over to the fridge to pour herself a glass of orange juice. As she was taking a sip, Lee walked in and said good morning. "Hey," she said, forcing a smile. Her toast popped up so she quickly returned her attention to it. "You guys ready fer tonight?"

Daniel Alexander Johnson~ Alex raised his eyebrow when Lee remarked on the silence. A few moments later, when Claire finally spoke up, he replied with a yawn "Mhmmm..." Then, when he saw that his coffee was ready, Alex removed the cup from the coffee machine and slowly took a sip out of it. The bassist looked out the window of the tour bus and became exhaustedly silent again. ((ooc; Sorry for the weak post -.-'))

James Lee AndersonLee leaned against the counter and took a sip of his water. "Yeah I think so but I'm just nervous." He replied. That was nothing new for him though. He noticed Alex get up to take his coffee back to the table. Lee wasn’t a coffee drinker because he believed that it wasn’t healthy but he knew Alex was sick of Lee’s jokes about him drinking coffee so Lee just never said anything anymore. He went back to sipping his water and taking some bread out of the bag to make toast for himself. “Will you be ok for tonight?” he asked Claire as he waited for her to finish using the toaster. They would have to play that song again most likely and he wasn’t sure if she would have the heart to sing it.

Claire took her toast out of the toaster and moved out of the way for Lee. She put her eggs and toast on a plate and finally turned back to Lee. "Of course," she said, smiling. "Why wouldn't I be?" She poked Lee on the forehead before taking a seat at the table. In reality, Claire was not sure she could be okay. She glanced up at Lee and saw the concern in his eyes. She quickly looked down at her plate and started poking at her eggs. She felt guilty for lying to him.

Daniel Alexander Johnson~ Alex watched casually as everything went on in front of him. Just when he had thought Claire had finally gotten over everything he saw her poking at her eggs as if she were still feeling pretty bad. "Don't tell me you still haven't gotten over that yet?" He said from across the table in an exaggerated tone, rolling his eyes. Now deciding to actually speak up again for once, he then added plainly as he leaned deeper into his chair "C'mon.... You have to suck it up and make sure that tomorrow is as good as it's supposed to be." That being said, Alex took another sip out of his coffee and looked out the window boredly. ((ooc; You're welcome ^^))

James Lee Anderson Instead of advancing to the toaster when Claire moved, Lee just stared at her until she responded. "Hm?" His expression was one of cluelessness as he felt her finger make contact with his forehead. Lee averted his eyes a bit bashfully and put his bread in the toaster. "Its nothing..." he repiled. Maybe he was doing her a diservice from being it up all the time now but then Alex cut in and he sounded just as annoyed about it as yesterday. Lee frowned slightly. "Give her a break, these things take time." Lee said patiently. He had no intention to start a fight and he hoped Alex didn't take his words the wrong way. Lee's face seemed to brighten up as he thought of something. "We should do something to get our minds off of things before the concert....hmm...like exercising, or working on a new song, or even just practicing?" he wondered outloud. (ooc: found a better pic. hope no one minds)

Daniel Alexander Johnson~ Alex simply shrugged when Lee remarked on his statement and turned away from the window to face the two. He took another sip of his coffee when Lee suggested three things, or at least that's what he counted, to occupy them. The ones he actually listened to could work, but it wouldn't matter to him. The bassist raised his eyebrow and replied in a laid-back tone "Perhaps." He then narrowed his eyes and turned to Claire before concluding in the same tone "Well, what do you think?" ((ooc; I don't mind; I agree that it is a better pic :3))

Claire could not meet Alex's eyes as he confronted her about Sam again. She felt her eyes start to sting and quickly blinked away the tears. "I know..." she whispered to herself. She started eating her breakfast and looked up at Lee when he spoke. "I'm fine with any of those," she said before taking a bite of toast. Looking up at the clock on the wall, Claire saw that it was almost nine. "We'll be at the stadium in less than half an hour... So maybe we can hit up a gym before practice? Have either of you two written anythin' new?"

Daniel Alexander Johnson~ Alex, for once, didn't know what to do when he had just made Claire tear. Oh jeez. What now, he thought irritably. "Don't forget about tomorrow," he hinted stubbornly, trying to avoid eye contact. "Anyways, why not. Hadn't thought of anything new, though," Alex added casually as if nothing had happened, stuffing his hands in his pockets. He then took yet another sip out of his coffee and started to sit in boredom.
