"I already know that," Shaneko thinks to herself. She already knew she wasn't fit to lead a village. But she couldn't help but wanting to repay them by becoming leader in place of the man she calls "Father". "I'm not the one that can't see what this meeting is about. The death of the Kages were a tragedy. But leaders already know in their mind that they are wearing a target in leading their villages. It doesn't make it right, but it doesn't make it a reason for causing more unnecessary violence. As is expected, those responsible should pay. They should suffer the same fate as those who they murdered." The Dattoumaru looks at Jono but not in his eyes. When she brought this all up, she lost that right to. "But a war is different than giving judgement to the guilty because it means that it is between a large number of people. Villagers who have already been made to suffer enough, will no doubt stand and fight for something that could be avoided." She considers her words and then his. As her eyes drift from him and to the faces around, she could only feel the overwhelming fear that her words were wasted. But she would go on. She couldn't turn back now and owed at least this much to Jono to finish what she started. Otherwise she should have just stayed silent.

"Akou is... Akou is very important to me. I care about him just as much as any of my friends and family. I am not a stranger to loss, but it would still hurt very much if he were killed. Despite that, if I have to choose avenging his death over the lives of those in my village, I won't act on it. I have never acted on the vengeful thoughts I harbored over the loss of anyone. It's that pain that keeps me from forcing that on anyone undeserving of such anguish."

"Just give it a rest already, Shaneko. Protect your village by staying out of this. Unless you plan on taking a side, leave that guy alone. If I was him and you were telling me all of that, I'd blow you off. Be happy he's even listening and drop it. Better yet, just leave the meeting. Your village isn't involved at all, you being here to represent them is just a waste. Let the rest of us figure things out." Even though this was Kan's way of intervening in a bad situation, it made Shaneko a bit upset. His harsh words, meant to avert attention from her, just makes Shaneko nod and lower her head but not leave as he'd said. Despite Houhei showing signs of reaching for a weapon at his hip, he doesn't do anything. He sets his hands back on the table as Kan continues to listen to things develop.

Akou listens to Shaneko speak, relaxing after spouting out what he had. He hears Joker speak to him the same time Kan speaks, and doesn't have any bit of sympathy for worried man. Though he refused to let him and Ray speak, he wasn't just going to ignore him. Akou didn't like how Joker treated others, so he'd keep the Clown ninja from harming Ray. Because if Akou let Joker hurt Ray, she'd no doubt disappear. "That man wasn't any father of mine. He's even less a parent to me than that woman." The Ichazuki thinks a moment before going on. "I'm not going lie to you and say something that isn't a big deal to say, but no, I don't respect that. Not when it comes to you because I don't like you. Even still, I wouldn't hide Drago's location from anyone if I knew where he was. I'm not protecting him, so why not? But Drago's dead, so why would you ask where he is anyway?" Akou didn't understand what Joker meant by asking him that. And the male didn't ask just once, he asked again after being rejected. Deep down, what kind of man could Drago be to make Joker like that?

Kel just shrugs Joker's words off. Hidden Passion is relatively weak. The people are so into pleasure that they have sacrificed defense for the lures of seduction. So Kel wasn't going to defend the village and say they wouldn't be affected by the war. It'd probably be the first village to go given its record. And yet the Aphrodite wanted to prove Joker wrong. As impossible as a desire as that is. Doku then begins laughing, throwing Kel's thoughts off. "Serious, aren't cha? Hits a nerve when people start spouting bull s**t, huh?" Doku, after going a very long time without lighting a cigarette, lights one and begins smoking. Doku didn't have some sort of vendetta against Joker. And minus the anger in his voice, he wasn't talking to Joker much different than anyone he figured he could be level with. Sure he didn't like the thought of Joker leading Federation cause of the way he was acting during the meeting, but that wasn't why he was getting on the mans case. "I'll skip over the parts about you killing me. You sure get hot under the collar fast, CB." He takes a drag from his cigarette before removing it from his mouth and pointing it at Joker.

"One man can't protect the whole of Federation and that's why I'm being an a*****e. Your dream of creating what you say... I'm not against it at all." He taps some ash off the tip of the cigarette and his eyes seem to be looking off into the distance. "I abandoned that village when it needed help the most, so I'll wager my life on that faith I have in 'these people'. It was them that put their lives on the line for a place even the locals wouldn't help."

"Hidden Moon will not ally with anyone during this time of fighting. As well, we do not claim any other individuals as enemies," Akou states. He figured there was no avoiding the end result so he'd better make things known about where he stood for Hidden Moon. "However, Hidden Leaf and their allies are not allowed in Hidden Moon. Hidden Rain and their allies are also disallowed within Hidden Moon. Those that wish to settle the conflict between their villages and Hidden Moon would do well to travel to Hidden Fantasy's Feudal Tokyo." If Hidden Leaf really did have connections with Moon then Akou would need to cut those off first. There were other means of communication, but he would have to figure that out as he went. He also didn't want allies of Konoha to interfere either. As for Rain and their allies, he didn't want any violence to arise from either side towards the other. It would be best to keep the sides separate. Kan does not make any objections. He was relatively on board with Akou's decision. He would report to Tokyo soon after the meeting is over with. "Doku, would you mind stepping outside with me? I have something to ask of you."

Shaneko could see people leaving or preparing to and decided that she might as well go as well. "Hidden Craftsman... will ally with Hidden Heaven. Individuals are allowed into Hidden Craftsman from all villages, however, they will be under strict surveillance. I will keep a close eye on the activities of visitors and villagers will be evacuated to Hidden Heaven until things have been settled." The Dattoumaru allows her hair to drape down and cover her face as she prepares to leave.

Ray, old friends with Loki though he more than likely wouldn't remember this form of her, would inform Loki about what the representative of Hidden Twilight had said. She notices Akou stand from the table and shoves his hands into his pockets. Doku, a bit taken aback by Akou's request, stands as soon as Ray does. He would express that Hidden Volcano would not choose sides before stepping away from the meeting table. The three make their way towards the exit with Shaneko close behind them as Kan stands as well. "Hidden Moon has made a decision." The Orimara makes his way towards the end of the table, the sound of Hayai getting up and following him faintly entering his ears. "You should disappear too. You aren't a part of a village and I don't need extra baggage." The boy then makes it to the exit just as the double doors are closing. He hears Akou say something as he stands talking to Doku outside only for a rend to open up beneath both Ray and Doku. The two cry out as they disappear into the hole beneath them. Where did that portal come from and why would he do that? Where did he send Ray and Doku? The Ichazuki glances back at Kan, a thick mystical light blurring his face from view, and then down the path at the disappearing Takumikage before setting off again.

Once the others have left and a few moments pass, Nimen decides to speak. "Hidden Void will be allying with Hidden Moon," she declares. She was being pretty selfish in all honesty. She was only allying with Moon because she liked the village itself. It was one of the best places to just lounge around in and avoid work without having special requirements for entry that she didn't qualify for. Besides, she owed it to someone she couldn't really remember to defend Akou. So that's what she'd do... if she felt like doing it anyway. "Those that are enemies of Hidden Moon or Hidden Void are not allowed entry into Hidden Void. Any objections?" She hardly waits for one. "Then that's that." She stands and stretches before leaving as well. Anything else happening in the meeting she would ask around about. It was about that time for her nap.

By the time more parties leave, there would be more villages that have expressed their standings. Hidden Moon does not have mutual allies but would be the allies of Hidden Void, Hidden Passion, Hidden Magic, and Feudal Egypt. Villages allied with Hidden Heaven would be Hidden Craftsman and Spira. Neutral villages would be Feudal Tokyo, Hidden Time, Kamakura, Hidden Fragment, Hidden Volcano, Hidden Flame, Hidden Summit, Hidden Aviation, Hidden Steel, Hidden Love, Hidden Tree, Hidden Kitsuna, Hidden Creature, Hidden Mythology, Hidden Movie, and Hidden Dance. All villagers of each of the listed village will be evacuated. As for those disallowed entry into villages: Hidden Leaf and allies are disallowed from entering Hidden Moon. Enemies of Hidden Moon and its allies are not allowed in Hidden Void, Hidden Passion, Hidden Moon, and Feudal Egypt. Unless someone accounts for the neutral villages or a stronger representative of the villages listed can change the decisions made. Though, individuals are free to choose their own sides.

The only people who remain of the large group that had come to the meeting would be Kel Fictitious, the Aphrodite leading Hidden Passion, and Houhei Kenkaku, the Al Bhed representing Spira. They would stay and wait for everyone else to finish before they themselves would leave and prepare for the trials ahead. Shaneko's device that she had used to keep other representatives not present in the group is left in Houhei's care.
