Well... maybe Mot could pretend this was a present? No, that didn't make sense either. He wasn't sure how he felt about having clothes bought for him. At the same time, he did not want to deny Lizzy the satisfaction. "Well.. okay. Thank you." He smiled, staring to get excited about his new vest---
MORE?!
Oh but.. she said he looked dashing in a vest? Mot puffed up a bit, his ego being inflated ever so slightly. Mot was dashing in a vest~!
"Sure, I'll pick some more. For Mac too." Maybe something green? He seemed to like green. Mac also had that ranger look about him. Maybe there was something to reflect that..
Mot turned and looked through the rack with Lizzy, eyeing vest after vest. He was quick to pick out a couple for himself, handing them to Lizzy with an expectant grin. One was brown suede with a lower neck line, the buttons only starting halfway down the torso, the other was similar but with pockets and frayed decor.
Mot like.
"Now for Mac..."

"Yay!" She handed the vests over to the shop assistant who was standing nearby, ready to take the clothing. The smile on her face clearly showed her approval at the boil's choices, and she was gleeing internally at the fact that they were actually shopping. She did not know much about Mac's taste in clothing, except for the fact that he was always wearing that green duster of his as well as his turtlenecks.
... Mmm, turtlenecks. They're warm.
She was, however, on the look out for green vests, on the same train of thought as Mot. Pausing, she looked up, "Hm... What sort of material would be suitable?"

Mot looked up from his so called attempt at helping Lzzy shop with a furrowed brow. "Material? Does... it matter?" He knew that there was leather, suede or cotton. Beyond that he didn't know anything. Mot twisted his lips in concern, looking down at the rack. Did Mac have a preference?
Shopping was hard!
Mot loved around the rack, trying to find something Mac-ish. He then stumbled upon a dark green tunic. It had shiny clasps, and could probably be worn with a belt. that was Mac like, right? "How about this?" Mot asked, holding up the article of clothing.

"Well, sometimes it does?" She blinked, tilting her head, "Like... Personal preferences and such?" She was pretty sure Mot was biased towards leather, for example, judging by the number of leather-based goods he was wearing.
"... A tunic? Really?" She stared at the clothing he had picked up before shrugging, giggling softly as she took it from the cowboil, looking it over, "Well, it's green! Why not?" She wasn't sure how Mac would react to being presented with something this 'unconventional', but... It's a learning experience!
"Anything else that catches your eye in this shop?" She asked Mot, handing the dark green tunic to the shop assistant, "If not, I think I'm done here~"

Ah, so it was personal preference she was referring to. Even so, he knew not what Mac liked.
"Why not?" Tunic, vest. Whatevs. Mot was taking a chance. He liked chances.
"No, I'm good." Mot waved his hands to emphasize. He couldn't ask her to get him more, and he honestly did not want much else from the shop.

"Alright then!" She exclaimed, following the shop assistant to the cashier, where the purchases were made and put into a paper carrier. Well, since Mot was handy... She held the it out for the boil to take with a sheepish grin; boils liked to do these things, right?
"To the next shop!" She grinned, taking his arm and practically dragging him out to the next shop... Which happened to be a store selling both clothes and shoes. She paused at the glass windows, peering in with a thoughtful look.
"Hm... Not sure sure what might be special here..."

Mot gladly took the bag from Lizzy, wishing to fulfill his role as gentlemen. And of course, he was dragged to wherever Lizzy wished to be next. He had no problem with that at all.
Mot looked from Lizzy to the window she was staring through. More clothes. Oh, but shoes. Mot wasn't sure what to say about the store. All clothing stores looked the same to him. It wasn't as if he could buy any--
"Spurs." Mot's hands were suddenly plastered onto the window as he peered in. A pair of cowboy boots were sporting an example of their stock. A shiny pair of spurs with a star motif shining brilliantly.
Mot had always wanted spurs.

"Spurs?" She echoed, tilting her head before following Mot's gaze to a pair of-
"Boots!" She said it in a similar tone as Mot had earlier; while they were focusing on different things, they were staring at the same pair of shoes being displayed near the window... And it was all cowboily too! After a moment of staring, she grabbed Mot's hand.
"Come on!" She grinned, dragging him into the store and pointing at a seat before nodding, "Wait there!" She then moved away to the shoe rack, grabbing the pair of boots they had been eyeing before moving to Mot, handing him a shoe box, "Try them on? I don't know your shoe size, so... I took one at random."

Mot found himself being dragged into the store by an equally impressed Lizzy. He moved to hold onto his hat as he was moved, but remembered it was gone, and simply let his hand drop. Mot stopped as he was let go. Staring at Lizzy after her demand, he soon looked down at the seat she pointed to. Well, may as well. He slowly took a seat, waiting for the ghoul to return. Woah, she wanted him to try those cool boots on? He secretly hoped they came with the spurs. "Alright. We'll see then." Mot took the box and opened it up, taking the boots out and giving them a look over. They seemed the proper size. Lizzy got lucky, it seemed. He pulled off his own boots and slipped on the new ones. "How's that?" He stood up, walking around in the fancy boots.

"Mmm," She grinned, peering into the box and staring at the design of the boots; now that she was able to get a closer look at them, they looked even cooler... It was not something she would wear, if they were remade and designed for a ghoul, but she still appreciated the craftsmanship!
"Those things at the back - spurs? - look painful," She commented with a soft chuckle as she tilted her head, looking thoughtful before nodding with a grin and a thumbs up, "Looking good~ They fit you surprisingly well!" Then again, he was a cowboil; there shouldn't be anything surprising about it!
Looking around, she soon spotted a length of mirror fixed to the bottom of the shoe rack. Pointing at it, she smiled at Mot, "Why not judge for yourself?"

"They can be, if you get hit with them." Mot replied cautiously. Mot liked them for their looks, and the sound they made when he walked.
Mot walked to the mirror Lizzy pointed out, admiring the boots from all angles. It wasn't fair. They looked so fantastic and cool. So bad a**. Mot wished he had money like demons did so he could have them for himself. Maybe it was a good thing he usually didn't shop.
Still...
"You know, your market research might be a bit biased if you only base it off of my preferences." After all, not all boils his age liked this sort of thing.

"Don't worry, I'm taking down notes about other things too... Mentally," She giggled tapping the side of her head with a finger before smiling; it was true that whatever she had currently might be a little biased though, seeing how this had turned out to be more of a shopping trip.
She paused, looking at the way Mot was practically ready to strut in those boots. She would offer to buy those too, but... Seeds! She promised herself she wouldn't overspend this time! Then again, Mot had already stated that he didn't have any seeds to spare...
"Oh!" She exclaimed suddenly, eyes widening a little, "Why don't you come work part time at mother's shop?"

"Huh?" Mot turned to stare at Lizzy, looking confused. "Like, during break?" That would mean he would have seeds. Legally. Seeds to spend on spurs. Mot daydreamed a little. If he had a pair of spurs, he'd wear them constantly, and keep them shiny. They would be his second prized possession.
"What would I have to do?" He asked uneasily. "I've never had a job before."

"Yup! During break!" She grinned before shrugging, "Uh... Probably misc things that need doing around the shop... Some maintenance work? The last time I helped out, I had to do some cleaning, like polishing the mirrors and wiping the shelves." It could be tiring work, but it could be worse!
"Working shop hours for about a week should cover the cost of those," She nodded, gesturing to the boots.

What Lizzy was saying, is that if he worked for a week, he would get ti cover the cost of these boots?

There was no need to think it over. "Count me in!" This also possibly meant less time trolling Charlie, but that was a whole other job anyway. An unpaid job. Fun, but unpaid. Charlie Trolling didn't get him a shiny new pair of boots with spurs, now did it?
