The storm and lashing elemental power vanished as quickly as she had made them come as she was embraced by Cain. "I'm alright. Not a scratch," she said as she held her love. She looked around her, seeing the people who were at arms. "Shall we finish this then?" she asked with a laugh.

Cain laughed as he stepped back slightly and took Lili's hand. He was a bit sweaty from the sudden battle and his hair was messed up, but he didn't care. He smiled at Lili.
"I think we can turn a blind eye to that objection?"

Escher smiled he then sat down. Instead of standing, he figured it would be appropriate to sit down. He watched as the ceremony continued as if nothing happened.

Cain smiles as he lifts up Lili's veil and looked at her face. He moved his head a bit as his lips connected with hers in a passionate, loving kiss. The entire chapel filled with cheers of joy for the newly weds.

The priest called out over the cheers, "I present to you the new Mr. and Mrs Kairn of Ernya!" He gave the two a small shove. "Save the fun stuff for the honeymoon," he joked to them.

Cain laughed as well as he took Lili, his bride's hand and the two walked down the aisle. The smiled and waved to their people, a new couple, much like many of them.

"Don't trip on the chair," Liliana whispered to Cain, pulling him closer to her so he would miss it. She smiled to the others as they walked by while staffers for the reception started to come out and lead people out behind the building where the festivities, food, and music were set up.

Well, it seemed things turned out pretty well for the most part, though a small part of Beth couldnt help but feel responsible for what happened. She tried her best to put it behind her as she was led to the after party.

While his touch would normally make her feel better, she felt a bit worse. The dream she had a while ago kept haunting her. She wanted to know what had struck her down. She was powerful right now. How could she fall so quickly? Putting a smile on her face, she looked to Cain. "I already have my wishes. New beginning, quiet-ish life, and you. What more would I want?"
