She hoped that her wings were still attached, because at this point in time she felt like they had been ripped out of their sockets. Not to mention her clothes were looking very ripped up in general. Stupid floresense.
As she had thought this, she was yet again, smack in the face by one of them. Her face was starting to feel numb from all the whacks..and she was smelling like fish, too...

Moving past the wreckage, Edel spotted what used to be of the fishing booth....and the tank containing those shiny fish eggs. She stopped to stare at those shinies she had coveted (and successfully stolen) earlier. The guilt was coming back.
The ghoul shook her head, adamant not to bend over and resort to stealing again. She was about to move pass the booth when suddenly, the two booth vendors noticed her. They were pissed. Evidently.
There was a lot of yelling and throwing of fail fish, Edel managed to evade most of it, save for a round chip that smacked the ghoul straight on her forehead. Picking it up, the frost demon noted its water elemental design. What it was for, she didn't know.

This time Ulmuka's approach had been purely accidental. He'd just been strolling along, minding his own business, when he found himself right in the middle of FISH PELTING!
Thankfully the last time he'd been tossed something less smelly and alot more cute. Once more he danced around in an attempt to dodge the various failfish being thrown about. Of course his luck couldn't last forever and the strix just found himself covered in fish and slime and stink. Thankfully he couldn't smell it.. but it was making him hungry....

Herryk was feeling pretty good about all the badges he'd gathered up til now, and he was fully intent on winning the few he was missing. Having already won Break's badge, Herryk needed Ember's before he could leave the gym. He only hoped it would be as easy as winning Break's badge.
Aaaaaand a fish to the face.
"Stop!" Herryk did not like fish, especially when they schlopped into his face at high velocity!
Another fish to the face.
"Herryk will be back later," he boomed threateningly, wiping fish-muck from his craggy nose.

Cat's return to the lake hadn't been entirely intentional. With the extra bounce in his step and the tinge of leftover rage from the previous Gym, he hadn't been watching where he was going. At all.
He knew soon enough where he had ended up, however, when fish started to slap into him at high speed, one after another.
Yelping and covering his face, Cat immediately made a mad dash to get out of their range, being pelted in the back of the head a few times on the way out, until he was safely far-enough away that he lost their interest. What was wrong with these people??

It was quiet. Nice quiet. Good quiet.
Baaaaaad quiet. Two steps in and another fail fish slapped it Vero's legs. "Your supplies are almost infinite," it observed as it ducked to avoid another tossed minipet. "We commend you on your abilities to gather so many fish to you."
Too bad compliments didn't do much in the way of not getting hit.

Marosa was right not to take a bath or anything of the sort; he was just pelted with more fish, and it didn't improve his mood at all.
Didn't improve his smell, either.
He tried to dodge but ended up slipping on a fish, grimacing and letting out a yowl as he fell to the ground on his rear end.

Roch headed for the fish slinging booth, stopping just within hitting distance--only to get pelted with fish. He made a face, wiping a fish off that had stuck to his cheek and turning just in time to see Jackdammit race away with yet another failfish in his mouth.
His cat was going to get fat off of this booth, he knew it. But now he seriously needed a shower.

Free fish, that was what lured the chimera ghoul back to this particular gym. The method of delivery might have left something to be desired, but she could deal.
Slinking into the gym, Merry gave her wings a little stretch as she surveyed the room. Ears trained for any sound of impending attack. The first fish, clipping her shoulder, caught her off guard. She was ready for the second, and the third, and the next three after that.
She stayed only long enough to get an arm load before taking her leave. Fooood. She has it.

Damien decided against better judgement to poke his head back into the gym that smelt like a giant fish out of water.
"hey guys you calmed down y-"
THWAP.
The fish that was brutally thrown at his face, the small target that it was, was dead on and it flopped around on the floor pathetically before another one went sailing at the hound to join his brethren
The hound just yipped like something bigger was on his heels and hastily dashed out of range from the projectiles.
"uhhh i'll be back later!" he howled out before making a hasty retreat to find regal and see if they would have pity on a innocent mini..

The new minipet safely (maybe) dropped off in his room, Aksaja headed back to the Floresctival, and for a moment, forgot just where he was walking. Putting him right in the way of the fish-throwing booth AGAIN.
He really needed to stop going this way.

Ack! Once again Kazuka found his self pelted with fish. He wondered briefly if it was in revenge on the one egg he had managed to get but he shoved that thought away. Other students were getting pelted as well so that might not be the full reason. He'll try again in a little bit.
