Gotta give something up in exchange for all that, not just the energy to activate. I edit it, giving each element its own weakness. Okay, that's a good start. You're a Fae, right? Because I don't think you need a +2 to your speed for a shield. As for the Earth one, I would say even a Fae flying between the rocks is still slowed down by -2 speed and at risk of hurting themselves. With the air shield, I'm thinking of it like a major boost that allow him to become somewhat like a trickster. The rock sure, -2 speed, but can I make it so that the rock is a little faster. I make 5 because they're human speed but since it is created by elementalist fae, can it be like a 8 speed rock? The Sidhe clan are mostly elementalist, so their natural speed are 13.

If my talent get accepted, that mean if not then I get to keep it? I changed the air to instead 2 speed but boost to reaction speed and hearing. Is that too much or should I take out the hearing? Oh and I change and make it last 5 post instead of three, because of the underwater part when I reread it. I'm planing on doing some major water activity, involving drowning an entire landscape, if possible Edit: I changed the air to one feet radius

OK, what if I take that and the reaction and turn it into a somewhat invisibility, like chameleon? Hard to see but can still be seen, blending into the background. Or if that doesn't work, can I make it so that it make Aes become silence. Not sure how silence a buzzing flyer can be but I'm thinking silence to whatever the equvilence of a lycan here. Oh and if the talent got through, can I turn the passive into telepathy with the scarf? How about with one more person?

Weapon Name: The Anemoi's Bow Description: A composite recurve bow made of wood/horn/resin. It's painted dark turquoise green and around the limbs, close to the tip of the bow, there's a red-gold band upon which is inscribed a few symbols from another language which, when translated, mean "Boreas" "Sirocco" [top ring] "Zephyr" and "Simoom" [bottom ring]. The draw weight is 45 lbs., when strung it is 1.34m long and unstrung it is 1.49m. It allows anyone who can manipulate the wind to add more strength to bow attacks. The strongest skill that can be used has a 1.3 multiplier to strength while the weakest is a 1.1 multiplier to strength. The multipliers don't accumulate. Since this bow combines the element with a weapon, casting any of the skills takes an extra 10 MP.
Rank: Once mastered, it is at best an S ranked weapon. Though it can be used as just a normal bow until the user learns how to control the different skills tied into the weapon.
Passives: -. . . You can use it to shoot an arrow without calling on the wind. . . like Robin Hood. Though whether or not you can actually pull off a Robin Hood is another story and depends entirely on skill (or is it luck? Why you'd want to split your own arrow in two is beyond me though…. stare )
Skills: -Gale Force: The user focuses the power of the wind in the arrow and releases it, sending an arrow sheathed in a sharp cone of air to fly towards the target. This arrow has an easier time cutting through any obstacles (made out of fabric, wood, or leaves only) that suddenly appear in its way without loosing any of the power of the shot. (D Rank) -Cyclone Shot: An arrow traveling with hurricane speeds is shot towards the target. The speed of the shot depends on the users ability to wield wind magic. There's an extra layer of wind around the arrow allowing it to cut through weak metals (such as copper) but only dent or bend stronger metals (i.e. steel, iron). (B Rank) -Mad Zephyr: The arrow can cut through most metals with very few exceptions (exceptions being if the armour is ranked S or higher. It can only dent S ranked armour). As the user prepares to release the arrow, the wind picks up violently around the bow, then as the arrow is released a super fast streak of pale violet light seems to fly from the arrow surrounded by a spinning shaft of air, which upon hitting the target knocks him back and the arrow after either penetrating the skin or being stopped by armour, expands for a fraction of a second, causing serious internal damage or leaving a dent in a ten centimeter diameter, and/or shattering bone. (S rank)

Had she been wearing anything but form fitting yet flattering clothing, it would be ruffling violently like the leaves on the tree at this point. He started to move, about to get to his feet, she had to hurry this up. The wind continued to pick up and she was thankful for her anchor when she released the arrow, seeing it streak across the gap in a pale violet light and hitting it's mark. She gave a predator's grin to no one in particular and swung down from the tree, landing lightly and quietly on her feet. There was no way he would survive that. Even if her arrow hit the edge of his chest plate, the sphere of destruction that followed would cut into his skin, ensuring his death. Her tail swayed behind her as she walked off, purring in satisfaction.

It goes around the front of the head and covers the eyes and an inch lower. This is just the normal version all see. But once activated it transform, it becomes three visors that cover half the fore head and his eyes. The visors glow dark purple while the spaces between them become pitch black. Normal form is made of glass and another material. It's true form it's made of energy so the Mind Blader Pure Weapons Skill works on it. Rank: A or B Passives: No One But Me Passive(Duh) The Visors aura makes sure he can be tracked by the means of mental or energy reading. It blocks off his mind to mind reading and makes his energy un-see able. Though Scent still applies.. Skills: True Form C Rank This Activates the visors true abilites and allows them to take affect. Once activated it takes D Rank to deactivate it. Last for 6 posts and has 6 post cooldown. Sight Of Villicus C Rank Peoples,creatures, or anything that gives off energy aura. It could see though a foot of steel or walls in general. Last 5 posts and has three post cooldown Three Swords C Rank The user charges his energy into the vizor and glows a dark purple. Once charged it unleashes three waves of the dark energy that was forming in the three visors. Once fired they will grow to 3ft in width and 1/2 foot tall. Eye of Villicus A Rank The Visors spilt in two and open up, as they do this a purple eye starts to form. It slowly moves on to the target and look at it as it charges the beam. Once fully charged it fires out a large beam at the enemy, leaving burns. Rp Sample: The city at night always was beautiful with their lights and movement of them. His visor showed him so much more, large movements of auras moved though it and lights had a crona of aura around them now. Truly the beauty had no end to it.... Sounds of moving metal and footsteps could be heard. Noctis didn't need to turn to check who they were. His Legion was told to stay away when he was doing this. He looked though the visor, and spots two assassins dressed in black... He didn't need his cross for these morons... All he wanted was peace but no.... He waves his hand across the visor. It slowly changes as aura covers the three bars of the visor, his energy sight reacted sightly to it but nothing to different. The assassins rushed at him with weapons drawn. The three bars glow and Noctis rakes the visor and launches three waves of energy at the first. Connecting the waves bring him into the ground. The other close now was a problem. He steps back and dodges his slashes as the visors open showing the purple eye now."Die...." it charges and fires sending him back as his face is burned to a crisp. Noctis forms his sword and goes to the one to the ground and stabs him though his heart. This war was coming he could only take so many.... there Jackie But I want to keep first, I mean just keep people out of his head and his energy unseen

Max range is most likely 20-25 feet and it's 2 by 2

Format fixed, word choice edited, anything else?Change the strength modifier passive so it has some form of cool-down period; it'd have to be increased with the higher multiplier. Also you can increase the multiplier a bit, the strength of the enhanced shots would only be between 5.5 - 6.5.

Change the strength modifier passive so it has some form of cool-down period; it'd have to be increased with the higher multiplier. Also you can increase the multiplier a bit, the strength of the enhanced shots would only be between 5.5 - 6.5. Ok the modifiers are changed to between 1.6 and 2 (8 strength, 8.5 strength, and 10 strength), and the cool down is 3 posts, 6 posts, and 10 posts.
