Rin: To die for someone or something in this case.
Mordecai: ...Dying is never good. Mordecai wouldn't not for his friends. If Mordecai were to die, then who would look after them? Who would keep friends from crying? Mordecai wouldn't want that.

As for me, if it meant that I left some meaning, that someone better would be there in my place...I would gladly.
