She nodded and she followed him and she just looked at the ground as she walked and then she saw a shovel and grabbed it."I shouldn't have left tonight...I should have stayed home." she fought back tears that soon went down her cheeks and hit the ground.

Ezio looked at Mel over his shoulder and gently lay her mother on the cold dirt. He took the shovel and said "She was a nice woman."

Mel kept looking at the ground and she nodded,"I know..." she clenched her fists and she fell to her knees,"They took my family away from me...what did I do to them?" she clenched the dirt on the ground in her hands.

She looked at him and shook her head,"You don't want to know about assassins if you are going to be one Ezio. I have seen assassins been protected by them, some things they do I wish I never saw but eh, thats what I get for being a assassins daughter." she walked over to him and put her hand on his shoulder.

"Ezio..don't become one...it's just not a good choice for some people but the only way is getting to someone that knows about the assassins, well I do so your in luck...you need to go to their hideout and 'kingdom' as they call it." she said looking at him and lightly blushed when he grabbed her hand.

She nodded,"I kind of have unless you want to die or get lost somewhere." she shrugged and she rubbed her neck,"But are you sure you want to do this Ezio?"

Ezio walked up to his porch, only to be stopped by his father who had a small bundle of letters. "Ah Ezio I need you to go take these to the owner. It's of utmost importance." Ezio looked at the letters and nodded, grabbing them. "I'll be back in an hour." smiled Ezio as he put the letters in his shirt and walked towards Rodrigo Barbarigo's house.

Mel was at her house and she got the door back up and she was in her room silently crying with sadness and anger, she layed down and she clenched the pillow."They will pay for this." she said before closing her eyes.

Ezio knocked on Rodrigo's door and was soon received with kindness. Pulling out the letters from his shirt he handed them over and said "This is from my father." Rodrigo thanked him and closed the door. Ezio began to leave, not knowing what he had just done.
