 Consuela Luz Maria Rodriguez Sophomore / 10th grade She gulped, there was no getting out of this situation. The one rule they teach you is never to mess with a member of the committee, and that was the one rule she broke. If she told the truth, she'd be sent to the office, if she didn't, she's still get sent. Which means, there was only one thing she could do, lie. She didn't like it, but what other choice did she have? She had to make it good "But... But..." She then turned on the waterworks and began her innocent little girl victim act "Alfred was being very mean to me. he was calling me some very inappropriate things and then he said he was gonna pound me. So I ran off to save myself..." she said it in a whimpering voice. There's no way a guy can not believe a crying 'innocent' girl, right? I'm not a bad person, I just have bad luck...
Guess what, guys? It's party time!!!

There were three four people he was looking for. Two of them were freshmen girls, Lili and her new friend she was with earlier. The next one was Arthur, because he needed to give the Brit his daily dose of humiliation. Last but not least, Canada. He missed Canada.
He spotted Arthur running some where and decided to mess with him in a moment. He saw Lili's friend in the lunch line, so he'd probably talk to her later. Lili was no where around. Ah! Alfred! The American would know what Mattie was. He grinned and walked over to Alfred before draping one arm over Alfred's shoulder in a buddy-buddy sort of way. "Alfred~! Bonjour~! Long time no see. I finally learned English so now you can stop looking so confused when I talk to you. Tell me, have you seen my little Mathieu today? You two are supposed to be in the same class, and since you are probably sharing rooms with him I figured you of all people would know where he is since, unlike that idiot Iggy, you have the ability to remember who Mathieu is... Er, or as you call him, Mattie." ******************************************************************************

I can't forget the flavor
of that wurst I had before Ludwig Ludwig frowned deeply. Great. This was sure to be a "He Said, She Said" fight. If there was one type of fighting he hated more, it was the kind where some one felt hurt by what another person said and the other one was completely oblivious they had so then took offense because the first person got offended and now they're just-- yeah, it was his least favorite thing to deal with. Still, he needed to. He couldn't let a case of bullying go unnoticed. He may be "a bad guy" and "scary", but he wasn't a soulless monster like some people tried to make him out to be.
His hand went from the upper part of her arm down to his wrist in the grip went more into protective than trying to make sure she didn't try bolting from authority. "Alright. Let's go have a word with Alfred. Bullying other students, especially on school grounds, is strictly frowned upon by the school board and, if what you say is true, Alfred runs the risk of being suspended for this. Now then, while we go over to him to get his side, I want you to tell me what exactly he said to you to make you feel uncomfortable enough to try running away." The thought that she might be making this all up did occur to Ludwig, hence why he brought up the suspension topic. Typically, that sort of thing was enough to get people to feel guilty for throwing some one under the bus and change their story. Then again... Countries could be stubborn. She'd probably stick with the story to her grave if she needed to...   "One night, I couldn't sleep well and opened my eyes...to find some strange guy staring at me." "The hell are you doing, Italy!"

This wasn't good, if he asked Alfred, he was going to deny the whole thing, and Arthur would vouche for him, telling him what she actually did. This wasn't good, if she's caught for bullying, there's a chance she might get kicked off the team, she's worked so hard for this moment. Also, she didn't want Alfred to get suspended. Wait, why didn she care? "Uh... Th-That won't be necessary. B-Besides, what if he denies the whole thing? Yea, that could happen!" Signs of her guilt and anxiety began to show. She was shaking and sweating profusely. I'm not a bad person, I just have bad luck...

Freshman / Ninth Grader
Lili ran into the cafeteria, out of breath and slightly red in the face. She knew that there was technically no such thing as being late to lunch, but that didn't mean she didn't feel bad that some people were probably trying to find her. She never did give Charlotte an answer on if they should take Francis up on his offer to eat lunch with him. Francis was probably expecting them to since Lili said she at least would. She wondered if Peter had heard her when she said he was invited to sit with Francis, Charlotte, and herself if he wished to.
So, why had Lili run to the cafeteria? Because she had checked most of the school to see if she could find Vash. She wanted to check classes that he would have been coming out of. Then she checked the gym and field to see if she could find any sight of him. Last but not least, she went to the library to find only the book keepers there. With that, she had to quickly make her way here since she had not told any one where she would be going/ doing right before lunch. She sighed and composed herself, pouting ever so sadly. She really had wanted to eat with Vash.... Maybe he just wasn't going to be here at all today.
She looked around before she found the relatively empty table that Jack and Kjell were sitting at. There would surely be more than enough for her friends and Francis's should they all sit together. On her way to the table, she said a shy, quiet hello to Roderich as she passed before standing on the other side of Kjell since there was a bagpipe near Jack. She bit her lip lightly and looked down since a part of Kjell seemed... Intimidating. (And this is coming from some one who once lived with Ludwig and now lived with Vash.) Finally, she looked up and carefully tapped his shoulder, speaking lightly with her German accent sounded a little more obvious since she was feeling shy. "E- Excuse me, sir.... Umm, I- I was wondering... Would you mind if my friends and I sat here? I- I don't know where they are at the moment, but I know there will probably be at least..." She closed her eyes and counted them off as she mouthed their names. "Five or six of us sitting here..."
"I love to see you working hard,
...but please don't over do it.
I'm worried sick about you."

of that wurst I had before Ludwig Aha. Just like he thought. She seemed to already be feeling bad for saying something like Alfred was bullying her. Still, he knew full well Luz Maria was probably going to put up a fight and do what she could to avoid getting in trouble. Just look at how many fights she's won in the past! (Although, the one against France does't count since a blind and deaf kitten could put that moron in his place...) Time to work a little harder on getting her to spill what she really knew.
He put one hand on his chin, still holding onto her with his other hand, as he deeply thought. Finally, he began to talk. "Well, I'm sure my fellow committee members and I could gain permission from my grand father to use different forms of interrogation to get Alfred to spill the truth since he would be the kind of guy to lie about harassing a young woman. Maybe Arthur could put some sort of curse on Al to get him to speak only the truth and harm him when he lies... Kjell seems to have a number of interesting ideas for punishment. I'm sure he has just as many ways to get a man like Alfred to tell the truth. Those are nothing compared to what I could do, though... Or I could even ask Ivan to see if he would be willing to help. I know for a fact that he had some... Unique ways of getting information back in World War One and Two..." No one deserved some of the stuff Ludwig was talking about, so surely Maria might decide to say what really happened. After all, he knew deep down she was probably a good girl. She just did bad things. Every one did. It was just in their nature to occasionally act up. "One night, I couldn't sleep well and opened my eyes...to find some strange guy staring at me." Consuela Luz Maria Rodriguez Sophomore / 10th grade "S-Say what now?" Did he say interrogation? She's only heard and seen of them in movies and TV shows, and from what she saw, it wasn't a pleasant experience. Luz Maria wanted Alfred to suffer, but not like this. Maybe be a victim of a practical joke, but that was it. She hated him, but she remembered that when they were friends, he was actually a good boy and very considerate. She looked down, feeling guilty, it was obvious, he saw through her. it's time to face the consequences of her actions "Un momento por favor.... That won't be necessary... Alfred didn't do anything. I was the one who bullied him, I said some pretty nasty things to him, I punched him, then I accidently hit Arthur when I tried to hit him again. Just take me to the office so I can get it over it and face my punishment." it was game over for her, best to leave now before the whole school knew what she did. I'm not a bad person, I just have bad luck...

JuniorArthur almost lost sight of the mexican girl in the crowd, once he got through he found that Head of the committee caught her. "Good catch, Ludwig." he panted a little as he walked over. The brit was so furious that he forgot he was a bit tired from gym. Now that the girl couldn't get away he had calm down a bit. From the looks of things, the issue was getting settled. of that wurst I had before Ludwig Perfect. If there was one thing he learned from befriending Francis, it was how to use only words to get people to cave to doing what you wanted. Ludwig gave a light smile and stood up straight again, taking his hand off of her wrist and clasping her shoulder with it. "Thank you for finally speaking the trust, Luz Maria." He heard Arthur and turned to him before giving a light nod. "Of course. If anything, it was just timing and intuition."
He turned his attention back to Luz Maria and put on his serious face once more. He made sure his tone was firm, even, most (most importantly) not loud. Hey, she did wrong, but no need to say it for every one and their mothers to hear. This was probably a humiliating situation for the Mexican girl. "Now then, Luz Maria. You admit to bullying charges, assault of a fellow student and a disciplinary committee member, and lying to the leader of the disciplinary committee. For that, I have a right to punish you for what I have seen and to let Arthur handle the rest. That said, your punishment is to apologize to both Alfred and Arthur. If you had just done so in the first place, you wouldn't have gotten into this mess in the first place. It's up to Arthur what happens after that. With the bullying, consider this a one and only warning from me. If I catch you picking on another student, I will toss you over my shoulders like a sack of potatoes and drag you to the office with out a second thought. Is this clear?" He then turned to Arthur and lifted an eyebrow. "How does that sound? Fair for both you and Alfred if she apologizes for her actions towards both? Of course, since you actually witnessed the bullying, you have the right to decide what to do about that." Consuela Luz Maria Rodriguez Sophomore / 10th grade She let out a sigh of relief, for once, telling the truth felt good. But then the situation slightly changed when he looked really serious. he said she had to apologize to Alfred and Arthur. She felt bad for what happened, but that's one thing she'd never ever do. That woudl've been more humiliating "I understand, but... Uhh... I think I'll take my chance and go to the office." She was just too stubborn. She wasn't going to let them win this round. If she did, there's no doubt that Alfred wouldn't let her hear the last of it. Besides, the wordt the principal could throw at her was detention. And that wasn't so bad. An hour of doing nothing? It'd be like breaktime back at home. I'm not a bad person, I just have bad luck...

"I did give her a warning the first time saying that I would take her to the office if she tired anything again." he said allowed to himself thinking about what to do. "An apology would be fine for Alfred. Not sure that'll cover the rest."He eyed her for a moment. "How about weeks worth of cleaning?" there was a few other ideas that came to mind but figured he would be nice. Fairy tails aren't real... Kjell was eating silently as ever as he felt his shoulder tapped, picking up his napkin he dabbed his mouth, swallowing what ever food he was just chewing before turning to look at her, waiting for what the young girl had to say. More people at the table? Well, if they were anything like her, shy and what not, that would be fine... and birds of a feather flocked together? Or at least he hoped that saying was right in this case. "No need to ask, go right a head. Thank you for asking though," he said before turning back to his lunch. It was nice to see that there were some polite people left at the school. But I already knew...
Because fairies don't have tails.

Freshman It didn't take her long to finish her snack. Charlotte was slightly disappointed the school didn't carry Sweet Tea like she was use to but she found some Green Tea with honey. Once she grabbed her drink she caught a glimspe of Lil and went up to the table. "I'm sorry for leaving like that, Lil. It was rude of me." she looked to the rest of the table and bowed politely. "Nice to meet you, I am Charlotte Wilson." smiling nervously. everyone is called 'darling',
"yall" is a proper noun,
sweet tea is the house wine,
and you never EVER disrespect your elders...

Well, it didn't matter what the punshment was, she's most likely kicked out of the team for bad behavior. Then again, you can't really be kicked out for one bad thing in the first day of the year, right? I'm not a bad person, I just have bad luck...

of that wurst I had before Ludwig Ludwig gave a nod of approval to Arthur's verdict. The man had good judgement (especially when it came to punishment since Ludwig tended to be... More severe). "One weeks of cleaning school grounds seems appropriate. I will be sure to write it up and turn it into the office after I eat lunch."
With that, he turned and walked off to go sit at an empty table away from every one else. He sat his book bag on the ground behind his seat and pulled out a black lunch box and a thermos. He sat both on the table before he began unpacking the food he had brought with him: home-made bratwurst that had been smoked, potato dumplings, and (for desert) Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte (Black Forest cake) that Ludwig had secretly made himself... Not that he would admit to it if asked. He would probably just say that he bought it at a bakery back home or something... He had been tempted to fill his mug with beer, but instead chose Spezi which was basically the equivalent to Orange Fanta in America.
