"For someone who seemed confident to pass this test, you sure do suck at it." He grined and melted into the darkness. He grabbed Ethan's legs and pulled on them in an attempt to bring him down.

Ethan closed his eyes. "I will win, I'm not as strong as you especially now, but I know if I failed now she will be sad, that's why I won't let you take me now, not ever." He opened his eyes and watched himself sink before releasing his light side dashing out of the nearly fully submerged pit he swung his blade at the pit encasing it in his energy. "I will not fail at this task!"

Kal screamed in pain as he reformed and felt Ethan was stronger. "But how did you?..." He desperately swung at Ethan, using every last bit of energy to strengthen the blow.

"Light will always grow..." He ducked the swing and dashed Kal and held him close. "...But Light will always need the shadow to show it to grow." Ethan dropped his keyblades. "We need to synch, so I can protect who we both care for."

Kal was struggling until he sighed. "You're right. I will sync with you, but one day, I will overcome you." Cyan and his shadow were still battling. Cyan pinned his dark self down. "I can't destroy you. I know it's hard for both of us, but we gotta sync with one another if we want to seek revenge."

Ethan and Kal synched as Ethan knelt down and laughed for a while. He called back his keyblades and found his way out of the darkness waiting for Cyan

((No problem :3)) Cyan and his dark self glowed for a second as they synched and he sighed. The blue haired boy stepped out of the darkness, his knees and arms cut from where he hit himself. Part of his hair was also black as a part of his dark self trying to take over him. "I see you made it out fine." He smiled at Ethan.

Ethan nodded "That test was made for me, we've fought a few times before, developed my own fighting style of preservation." Ethan stood up and looked to Cyan creating a huge curaga and fired it at Cyan healing his wounds. "Now for the next task."

"that was the first time I fought whatever I was...I think he tried to turn me into him or something." When Ethan healed Cyan wounds, he smiled at the man. "Thanks Ethan."

Ethan nodded. "I couldn't go back facing X knowing that you weren't 100% Cyan, your too strong to lose now." Ethan smiled to him lowering his mask and hood. "Where's Kalena?"

Cyan shrugged as the part of his hair that was black returned to his original hair color, which was brown. He sighed. "After this, I gotta get this cute." He turned to Ethan. "That's a good question. Perhaps setting up the next challenge?"

Ethan stared at the darkness. "I hope so... She seemed to return to her original form before..." Ethan looked around again and sighed raising his hood and mask. "I shouldn't have pushed her to do this what if she wasn't strong enough." He called his blade and started walking towards the darkness.

Kalena was in the room, the darkness however remained in the room.
"this is a fine line all keyblade masters walk on. It is not impossible to lose it, as many have, however, it is only when they die do they lose it, only a few have came back from death who remained a keyblade master, Master Xenahort is a perfect example. He even scares Kelina, even though she acts fearless.
"this last test is one I hate, I want you both to know that before I administer it."
She looked at the darkness still in the room. The remainder of the darkness made a dark version of X and Kalena "this part of the darkness is ruthless. It uses who you care for the most and uses it against you.....Ethan, the darkness cant create the light that I have, so it will use the darkness. Cyan, this version of X will be using everything she is capable of and more. This is the last trial. You can not switch opponents however you can heal eachother. The darkness will attack both of you, but stay on target.
She looked at them, she looked like she was hurting by this last test.
"if you fall, you will die. I can not help you, even though I want to."
A tear rolled down her face.
"good luck."The shadow version of X (d. X) ran at Cyan extremely fast, there was a trail of lighting behind her.The shadow version of Kalena (d. kalena) lashed out 2 keyblades eminating extreme and corrupting darkness and dashed at Ethan extremely fast.

Ethan stared at Dark Kalena ((Calling her Darkal now ^ ^)) in shock, he couldn't fight her the way he fought Kal he knew Kal only took Kalena's name, this looked just like her. He watched the blades come to him and jumped using reflectaga as a landing to jump higher dodging the blades. "Kal... I can't do this." He held his blades up to defend from Darkal.

Cyan was a bit taken back when a dark version of X appeared. He couldn't do it. It was too much like her. When she rushed him, he guarded against it, but refused to attacked before letting a tear slip out and then slashing it away.
