Even though Emily wasn't stuck on the top rope, Sarah was still content. But high-flying made her happy.
Although right now she'd rather not do something too fancy... yet. When Emily is getting up, Sarah will attempt a basic Springboard Plancha!

Emily started to get to her feet slowly, when she was on her feet again she was taken down by Sarah's springboard Plancha
