Glancing over to Lizzy as she had finished her roll, she was pleased to see that the demoness had also landed on a lucky number. "Wow, grats lizzy!" she said with a huge grin. At the moment she felt like dancing about to show how happy she was with all the chips she had won.
She then heard someone nearby asked if there would be live performances, and she turned to see a purple haired reaper with a guitar. "Umm..sorry, I don't know" she replied to him

Mandy was still totally not avoiding her own booth when she noticed it.
*Prom*
*PROM*
Mandy also so did not let out a totally unmonsterly squeal as she really didn't skip over to the booth.
It was a sort of secret but Mandy loved both parties and opportunities to dress up fancy and Proms where both and an the perfect time to claim others as yours.
This made her pause. Both Alwine and Barth had been away recently. They better be back for Prom, or else.
And also, as she squinted at the rolls she noticed something else that may put a dent in her plans. Hmmm better mention it to the boil behind the booth.
"Excuse me but the rules sign posted mention nothing about whether we're allowed multiple dates or specifies for the gender neutrals, you might want to fix that."
With that she turned her attention to the only other item of interest on the table, a curious wheel. Watching some other students spin it and collect chips Mandy internally shrugged and guessed it must be of some importance and decided to give it a shot, picking up one of the balls and placing it on the outer ring just as she'd seen the others do before spinning it, watching slightly hypnotized as it whirled.

Glancing between the numbers on the instructions and the number her ball had landed on Mandy frowned slightly in disappointment. Guess she wasn't that lucky.
...Though well she still had three more tries. Shrugging she went again, crossing her fingers as she watched it twirl.

"Hey Roch!" She seemed delighted to see the reaper. Or maybe delighted to see her guitar. Either way, he looked like he had taken good care of it, which made her happy, "Um... I'm not sure. Ask Nuk?" She gestured briefly at the Skinwalker before turning to Astra with a grin.
"Thanks! I think your luck rubbed off me," She giggled before trying her hand at tossing the ball into the roulette wheel again, hoping for her luck to hold.
She perked up when someone else approached, and smiled when she saw a familiar face, "Mandy!" What she said caused her to pause, however, before she blinked, "Multiple dates? If you mean going as a group, I don't see why not?"

Math was by far not Mandys strong point but the rules specifically mentioned 50 so when her little ball eventually clattered to a stop on it she couldn't help but letting out a whoop, three chips in one go!
Defiantly encouraged she enthusiastically gave the roulette wheel another twirl, hoping her luck held.
It was as she waited for the wheel to stop again she heard Lizzys comment, just now really registering the ghoul. "Lizzy! Nice to see you! And no, I don't mean as a group, I mean like multiple dates. You, know, polygamy?"
Mandy did not see anything odd in this and hoped Lizzy didn't either. She liked Barth and Alwine and she was 90% sure they liked her and each other as well, if she kindly ignored Lilith and just maybe Colette was added to this whole thing, she was never quite sure about if the reaper still held with them.

The skinwalker looked pleased as Natalia took his hand firmly, introducing herself with a rather dangerous snap of her jaws that might have intimidated him, had he been anyone else. As it was, he merely returned the smile, curling his fingers around her hand in a returned greeting before letting them go. "Natalia, then," he replied, slowly straightening up as she began to talk with another boil, deciding it best to take his leave at that point, "Please feel free to play the game, and let me know if you have any questions."
After that, things had gotten quiet again. Nuk sat back down in the chair, barely paying attention as some other boil approached to spin, seemingly having no questions for him, so he offered no assistance. His attention was barely on him, except to watch what he rolled, sitting up only to get three chips to place in his palm after he'd won, briefly explaining that the prizes would be available after Prom. Only then did he go sit back down, letting his eyes close again lazily. At first, it seemed like he didn't notice as the mindflayer returned, even after she spoke out loud to everyone how she was under cover. In fact, it was only after she mentioned the 'favors' that he grinned, opening an eye to glance over at her, looking far too amused for his own good.
"That one is true."
Standing slowly, he picked up the two chips she had won from the stack, coming over to Riley and splaying the two chips between his fingers to show them off, grinning. "You won two, actually," he corrected, looking her over for a second, "And I'm not sure how much room you're going to have if you keep this up. Where are you planning on keeping these in that skimpy outfit of yours, anyway?" In the end, he tapped them along side the first one between her ample bosom, straightening go to attend to one of the ghouls who had approached, tossing one last tease in her direction. "Besides, you owe me favors now anyway, remember~?"
Sidling up to where Lizzy stood, the skinwalker folded his arms on the table in front of her, placing his finger on the sign up sheet for Prom Committee. "Sure, please sign here. First meeting is in 272 on the 17th," he replied, straightening again as she mentioned tickets. He did, however, pause when she asked for so many, quirking an eyebrow at her as if she was absolutely nuts. 16 tickets? Wasn't that a little... extreme? Sliding two from the top of the pile, he placed them on the table in front of her before replying. "Sorry, we have a maximum of two tickets per person -- one for you and one for your date. Proceeds go to funding the Prom, so we can't have anyone scalping the tickets. Still want the two?"

Nooooo! Her luck didn't hold! She pouted slightly before staring at the last ball she had been given, like that would help her win more chips; it was rather... Addictive. When Mandy spun the wheel, she tossed her own ball in and willed for it to land somewhere good.
"P-Polygamy?" Her eyes widened; she didn't even bother to hide her surprise as she stared at Mandy for a while. When she realized that she was staring, however, she blushed, "Sorry! Um, I was just surprised... Who are you planning to go with, if you don't mind me asking...?"
When Nuk answered her question, her face lit up as she happily signed her name down - Lizzy - before looked up at the skinwalker just as he answered her next question. Immediately, her face fell.
"Oh...? Aw..." She was disappointed, but he does make sense and she respected the fact that they had rules to follow. In fact, the fact that he was following rules? That was pretty awesome. She brightened up and nodded, holding out the 10 seeds to pay for the tickets, "I understand! Two tickets then, please?"

Alas, her luck did not hold and she only had one go left before she should probably keep moving to her own booth so with maybe a little reluctance Mandy set it up for one more roll.
When Lizzy stammered and sounded so shocked and suprised Mandy internally winced for a moment, wondering if they where going to have *issues* but thankfully the ghoul pulled herself together, she liked Lizzy as a friend and wouldn't want anything upsetting that but she was firm on her opinions of love because of how frugal she could be with it.
"Mmm, that's ok, guess it's not that common for you? And, well, seeing as none of them have said yes yet or I still don't know if it's allowed I'd rather not, if it does work out you'll find out before though, promise to text you."
Not that it would be that hard to work out, she had clung to one in front of Lizzy on the island and the others mark she wore proudly upon her stomach, shown for all the world.

Oh, look at all the pretties that had come to play the game. Riley watched all the newcomers rolling the roulette wheel, keeping careful tally of the odds of winning according to the rolls. She hopped back up onto the booth, because she enjoyed the seat, and her legs folded underneath her just as Lizzy and Astra rolled.
Hi Lizzy, Astra. Riley murmured quite affectionately to the two. I'm glad you're having better luck than I did. It means the wheel is fair, at least.
And then Nuk decided her winnings belonged in her cleavage again. She looked down at the two chips, pondering the choice between slicing his fingers off for touching her, or being happy that she won two.
The bright gleam in her eyes as she toyed with her new chips said that she chose the latter.
Mandy came by, and Riley's eyes immediately went to look anywhere but. Oh, the sky was a dreadful muddy grey today, how wonderful. If only-
She did, however, catch Mandy's comment. All of her pretense about being uncomfortable with Mandy flew out the window, as she turned her eyes down to look at the girl with curiosity - and a touch of disbelief.
Ah. Mandy. Riley murmured privately to the ghoul. It's a bit forward of you to be critiquing someone on their work. You should perhaps think a bit before you speak such..
A pause, and then, in a less comforting tone, Besides, it's clear that the reason there's no rules on multiple dates or gender choices, is because there are no rules on multiple dates or gender choices.

Roch waved at Lizzy and let the ball roll one more time when he got the chance before turning to the boil manning the booth.
"Hey, uh, can I get two tickets?" Roch asked, seeing the boil behind the booth talking to Lizzy. "And I signed up for DJ," he added, pulling the seeds out of his pocket. "I'm just waiting for the paperwork to go through right now." Hopefully, he added silently. Even if they didn't go through he'd just send Claire the tickets and she could find a new date, right?

Mandy had too been willfully ignoring Riley, perhaps why she hadn't immediately noticed Lizzy being so busy denying anything purple, tentacled and embarrassing existed. But when she commented she couldn't let it go, she didn't want to seem rude after all, no matter how often she came off that way anyway so she had to reply.
"But then why say that male x male, female x male and female x female is allowed instead of just saying anyone may go with anyone of their choosing, minipets disclued? I mean when you specify that much you should specify all that way."
Or at least, she thought so.

Oh, this wasn't going to end well.
Riley shook her head, looking a little disturbed. Ah. Mandy. My comments are private, only to you. You, ah.. you probably look like you're talking to yourself right now.
She chuckled weakly, and continued, still private. I think the main problem lies in the fact that you're critiquing an already made flyer, that someone worked hard to make. Without them asking your opinion. You're assuming your opinion is so important, that they should run out and go make new flyers simply because you feel your personal situation regards clarification. That, I'm afraid, is where the problem in your outburst lies.
She glanced to Nukpana briefly, before looking back at Mandy. Perhaps, a re-wording is in order? Or simply dropping the subject, before someone is insulted?
Though it may be too late for that, Riley thought to herself.

"Yeeeeeaaaah," She started twirling a lock of her hair around her finger as she smiled sheepishly at Mandy, glad that she didn't offend her. Well, at least it looked like she didn't offend her, "I was just a little surprised, that's all. And ohhh, being mysterious, are you?" She giggled a little; it hadn't occurred to her that Mandy was referring to Alwine. Or Barth for that matter, despite the demon mark... She didn't recognize it anyway.
"Hey Riley," She managed with a small smile, although her gaze went momentarily to... The two chips stuffed into her cleavage. Right. Uh. Right.

And just like that, people were interested. It was as if Riley had sent a long-range broadcast out about it, because within a few minutes people were chatting and spinning the wheel and generally seeming excited about the Prom, something with which, surprisingly, Nuk seemed quite pleased about. Taking Lizzy's seeds, he deposited them before placing the tickets in an envelope, writing her name down as someone who had made a purchase and offering it to her, "Sure. The tickets are also 'insured,' kinda. If you lose them, or they're stolen, we have a record of your purchase, so if something happens feel free to come back," he replied, also handing her her chips, "These, however, we're not responsible for, so keep 'em safe, ok? You can redeem them at Prom for a prize if you have enough." Offering her a grin, he gave the table a tap before moving to the next person, giving Astra her seeds.
He was just approaching Mandy after she had hailed him when his eyebrows furrowed a little, and a look of pure annoyance crossed his features, his posture suddenly infinitely less friendly than it had been before. 'You might want to fix that?' The skinwalker had never done well with being sassed, and in this instance where he was basically doing this because he wanted to and not because he really had to in any way, this went double. He didn't hear Riley speak to the ghoul privately, but even if he had, there was no way he had the personality to take that lying down. Watching her roll, he gave her a dark look, planting his palm on the booth and leaning on it a little, obviously displeased.
"Excuse me, your attitude sucks, you might want to fix that," he replied sarcastically, turning only to pick up the chips she had won, lifting them up to point at her a little, "I'm not required to give you these, you know. You might want to be nice to people offering you a service." Placing them down on the table in front of her, he moved to the next person who had called for his attention, trying not to be a little hurt by the statement. He was a boil, ffs, he didn't get hurt by other people's comments. Still, underneath it all, it was those sorts of things that had kept him from really trying in his classes -- no criticism if you're obviously not trying.
Moving on to Roch, he nodded in the boil's direction in greeting. "Hey man, sure -- here," he offered in a returning friendly tone, offering the tickets and taking the payment before glancing back at the purple haired boil as he signed his name under 'DJ', "Awesome, we'll need the help.
