Before AC there had been an argument about it being a prosthetic, but it looks like there is an arm under there in AC and DoC.
Maybe Vincent's just being a dork like normal? rofl

Why does he wear those shoes? As a matter of fact, where did he get his outfit? Did the outfit get on him when the experiments were taking place?

Well, in first flashback he had the turk uniform on but then he went and turned into chaos. After he turned into chaos, his outfit changed after he blacked out.
I know that the scarf (the thing on his forehead) is his dad's from an inerview with the artist.
But the rest of the outfit?
I have no clue...
I wanna know waht's under the claw...
