For the Teikou no Kuntou (Electricity Resistance Training), would it seriously take 5 months or would you just post like any other training? And if it is any other training would it be complicated skill to learn or a regular?

I usually consider it an auto learn since you would build resistance overtime by using your Raiton.
Akura: If they have an owner go fight the owner, if not then apply.

Umi clan members, it's mandatory that they have the ability to speak to sea creatures, correct? Alright, so you have to be Chuunin to summon, correct? Does that mean that the Umi can members are able to summon sharks, as well as whales, fish, squid, and whatever type of sea-creature we want? Or will we have to go up to levels such as Jounin and Konin in order to do so. Because there really isn't a soecific order and rank in which the Umi clan members are able to summon. Also, they don't need a contract right? Uhm, I don't think anyone's actually BEEN in the Umi Clan except for me, so how do I get the Sea-Creature Summoning Scroll? Has someone already obtained it? If so, then who? Is he/she active? Which number for the dice roll do I need to get in order to start training for Aquarian Summons? Mind answering these questions? Anyone?

I have the Aquarians summoning scroll, it is in the possession of Rika Minami...the Five-Tailed Jinchuriki of the Mist. So you'll have to request it of her and convince her that you're worthy of it.
Never mind that, you can summon any of the creatures listed in the Aquarians except for its Boss Summon, Mercadia. That one requires the contract.

In the summonings, I noticed that each summoning has a Taijutstu stated. Like under Reptila, there is a snake taijutsu. What is the point of that?

Its the style for sage mode actually, but one could assume the summons can use it too.

That one weights heavly over class limitations, unless you have a limit over one, then no.
Question:Is it possible to learn the summoning's taijutsu outsid of sage mode? Specally concidering some are humanoid[Apes, arthropod bosses and the aquarian boss]

This has honestly never been addressed before, it will be in the new sage modes though. Thanks for mentioning it since Angie is working on the new system.

You can change, in fact we encourage a change every now and then. This is YOUR characters story and we try not to restrict it in anyway so we all can have fun and be creative. We expect your character will change, things may happen along the way, as she/he gets older their looks will change too, they will dress different, etc. After all you havent stayed the same since you were 10 have you, lol?
