"Don't move!"
Right, because that's exactly what Robin was planning to do. He spun and ducked out of the way of open fire and took a full swing at one of the men with his staff. Tim kicked into the other quickly and turned to see the progress of the other two.
Kon followed the green bat, looking out for more people to knock over. They were definitely clearing the level quickly.
(woot, DC and Marvel make good teams together.)

Robin easily makes short work of one of the agents. After the second agent missed, Tim's attack knocked his silenced pistol out of his hand. This agent's cold glare bored into Robin as he caught Tim's foot. In a fluid motion, this agent moved with lightning reflexes. The agent shoves Tim's foot upward, and then quickly ducked down attempting a sweep of Tim's standing leg. In the hallway, bullets impacted on Iceman's wall harmlessly. Jinx glances up at Bobby, "Thanks, Icecube." Jinx's eyes briefly flared a pinkish purple as the agents behind the icewall suddenly slipped and fell.  Ward Abbot and Jimmy Zorn were making their way toward the express elevator. Abbot caught a flash of motion to his right and saw Superboy with Rogue following, Damn Kryptonian clones....With fast reflexes, the Stonewall Director aimed his already drawn pistol with a small strip of red tape on the end of the clip and squeezed of a shot at each Superboy and Rogue. As soon as the director fired, Kon could feel the proximity of Kyptonite in the bullets....

"Rogue-!"
Superboy's eyes widened in recognition of the feeling as the bullet grazed his right shoulder. Aw, damn Kryptonite. He pulled away and glared to where it came from as he held to his upper arm.

Rogue's danger sense was going off, and it confused her, Whait a minute... dees are just bull.... "OW!! SONNOFA!!!!"
The bullet struck Rogue in the left shoulder. Immediately, Rogue's hand snapped to the injury, and Marie stared at her own blood, "Why you Yankee sonnavabitch!!! Ah'm gonna relocate ya prostate!!!!!"
A now very angry Rogue flew directly at Ward Abbot whose eyes widened, "But you're a .... Ah $#*%!!"
Abbot dove toward the elevator narrowly avoiding Rogue charge smashing through a wall.

Tim twisted to the ground. He caught himself with a green-gloved hand and pushed back to roll across the floor so he could quickly face the man again. Robin clenched his teeth, grunting as he swept his staff towards the agent. His full concentration was required, especially if the Gotham bird didn't want things to go the wrong way.

"No problem bats."Bobby said freezing wall as he rebuilt it.
The ice ray, rebuilt it and held it firm.
Changing the environment around him to a very cold temptaure .

Kurt grabbed the man pulling him from Kai. In a flash he bamphed the man out of the hall and returned to the room.
"One down..."
"...Many more to go. Come on Kurt, this isn't time for games."
Kai didn't mean to be harsh but one man wasn't much compaired to the many more that would arrive. She jumped over towards Robin's attacker, kicking him face first towards the ground while he kept his attention on Robin. She quickly rebounded back towards the ground sticking her landing. She collapsed to the ground slightly catching herself. Pain shot through her for that moment... "My wound it's open!" Kai thought to herself. It was the worst thing she could think of but considering the sudden snap of pain she felt it mush have been the only logical reason.
"Robin we need to go..."
She said picking up one of the man's gun. She put it on her side running down the hall towards where Abbot was meant to be.
"Right behind you!"
Kurt stated as he followed Kai. He bounced on the man a second time passing Robin. Kurt shot a look of worry at Robin, he noticed her jolt as she landed, and wondered if she was okay even though she continued ahead.
Gar heard Kai's voice and the young kid's voice. He stopped landing on the floor in his human form. He held out his arm to stop Connor who had followed.
"Wait I think they're heading our way!"
He turned noticing that Connor and Rouge fell behind. He didn't realize how far behind they were. He shook his head and began running back towards them. He transformed into a velociraptor running at a great speed towards the man swerving in a serpentine like pattern so as not to be hit by any stray bullets. He pounced towards the man reaching around with his muzzle trying to grab at his gun.

Ward Abbot's eyes widen in absolute terror, as he saw the green velociraptor swipe the gun out of his hand. A blood curtling scream escaped his throat, while the entire man's life flashed before him. Didn't figure I'd go out like this.... But I'm not taking this laying down! I'll take this damned dino thing with me!!!From his sleeve, a small pop out baby browning sprang into the elder agent's hand, and Abbot immediately fired several shots at Beast Boy. Jimmy Zorn saw the attack of Rogue and the green dinosaur, and he didn't wait for his boss. The blond man punched the button just inside the private elevator. The door slid shut, protecting Zorn inside as the elevator desended. Rogue spat out bit of rebar, when she saw the elevator door close, "Dang, he's gettin away! Kurt!" Meanwhile, Both elevators opened in the main hallway, and agents in riotgear poured out firing. While the icewall held on one end, those in the hallway were wide open to automatic gunfire on the other side. Jinx barely rolled into an office room, while Nightshade spun firing a knockout dart into the neck of the operative with a stun gernade launcher. Just after shooting his Mauser, Nightshade got hit by several bullets in a hail of automatic fire. The vigilante fell backwards. Automatic fire was also directed at Iceman. The agent that Des knocked out fell back, his finger squeezing the trigger -- ricocheting the stun gernade inside the elevator.

Tim followed after the two. They could here the commotion close by. He noticed Kai's condition... they had to finish this, and quickly.
(erm, I don't know Gar's condition at this point, so Kon'll react with that... o.o )

Gar jumped back transforming into a human. He staggered a bit before collapsing to the ground in pain. He glared up at the man before transforming into a sabertooth tiger, lunging forward aqwardly but effectively enough to pin the man's limbs to the ground. He snarled at him putting all his weight on the guys arms. His stances waivered slightly due to the fact he took a shot to his torso.
Kai neared the corner sliding across the tile floor. She quickly monouvered herself to the direction of Garfield and the others. She spotted Gar with abbot and jinx with some soilders. She ran towards Gar pulling out a pair of handcuffs from her belt to capture the man.
"Gar I'm coming!"
Gar turned to look at Kai. Injuries all around, the smell of blood was in the air.
Kurt heard Her plea but decided upon not teleporting into the elevator shaft. For one he didn't know which way it was going, how fast it was going, or who was all in it.
"Who's in the elevator?"
He asked quickly coming up right next to her. He turned to see Tim coming right behind him.

Rogue stumbled out of the wall shaking bits of concrete out of her hair, "One of tha guys in this outfit. Some blond guy got in that elevator." She pointed at the now closed double door.
Abbot grunted in pain under Gar's weight, staring at the green sabertooth's fangs, "Gwahhhhhh!!! OVER HERE DAMN IT!!! BEFORE THIS THING EATS ME!!!"
A woman edges out of the doorway from the control room. Using the door frame as cover, Nikki aims at the largest target.... Beast Boy.
Rogue danger sense went off, "Look out!"
The lady X-men dove into the path of the shot taken at Beast Boy, absorbing the blast. Nikki's eyes widened when she realized that the bullet didn't do anything to the Southern mutant. Even though the bullet didn't penatrate her skin, it still stung. Rogue glared at the female agent, "Get her."
............
Jinx crawled behind a large desk to avoid the automatic fire that shattered the windows and riddled the desk. 'Batgirl' grabbed several gas pellets from her utility belt and flung them from behind the heavy desk through the now open windows at where the automatic fire. Tapping her comm, "Iceman? Nightshade? Uhhhh guys, I think I'm alone on this side with a lot of bad guys."

Kai jumped forward towards Gar. She jumped below him narrowly landing on Abbot pinning him with her weight. She sat on his stomach and held out her cuffs.
"Let go of his arms Gar."
She stated. With that Gar leaned back on his legs. Kai proceeded to quickly clasp one cuff around his right wrist so at least she had one hand down. She then yanked his arm over ready to cuff his other wrist. She was successfuly able to cuff both hands and push them intangably behind him.
"Abbot your teen killing program is finished."
She said glaring at him. She turned to signal Gar when she realized that he was hurt.
"Gar!"
BB morphed back into a human and leaned to one side. Kai caught him just before he was about to fall. She got off of Abbot and sat to his left side holding Gar up. She put Gar's arm over her shoulder to help, since she didn't want him passing out.
"Gar, what happened."
"You know the usual wear and tear."
((Let's get stonewall over with soon k. I would like to go to Gotham.))

A voice responded to Jinx through her comm.
"Got your back, Batgirl."
Tim jumped from behind some of the agents, wearing his rebreather. He used the gas-pellet distraction to take clear shots with some of his R-shurikens, aiming to disarm the men.
Kon approached the doors and forced them open. He could still feel the effect of the kryptonite, but he wouldn't let that make him completely useless. He grunted and held the doors open as he looked at the elevator. Superboy jumped down onto the top of the elevator's roof with an echoing thud.

Nikki retreated into the far end of the control room dropping a smoke gernade to cover her escape.
While Abbot struggled against his bonds, Rogue walked closer still bleeding from Abbot's shot. Glancing at both Garfield and Kai, Anna Marie asked, "Are you two gonna be alright?"
Tim's attack nailed several of the recovering agents. When Jinx realized that Robin was in melee with her attacker, she jumped from behind the desk and joined in the fray covering Tim's back. One of the agents rolled out of the gas and drew a bead on Robin and 'Batgirl.'
A suppressed shot caused the man to jerk, grasping his neck. When the man fell unconscious, Nightshade still held his silenced Mauser laying on his side. Then, the old vigilante attempted to sit up.
Inside the descending elevator, Jimmy Zorn heard the landing on top of the elevator car. Swiftly, Zorn drew his pistol and fired several shots into the ceiling.

"I think so... We're still alive aren't we?"
She asked. Kai took her left hand and held it over Gar's wound to heal him. Her hand held steady about an inch from his wound as it began to glow a vibrant red color. Her aura seemed to spin a little in a circular motion as it began to heal the injury, slowing and stopping the bleeding.
"Nhh..."
Gar bit his lip a little the healing was quick but hurt a little more, it felt strange for a wound to heal so quickly.
"Kai you don't..."
"I do, you're one of the very few friends I know here, and after all you've done for me."
"Kai..."
Gar grabbed her right hand pulling it off his shoulder and around in their view.
"Heal your own injuries first."
He said sternly. He drew his attention to the southern girl.
"We'll be fine, go help the others we will keep watch of Abbot... also you should take Kurt with you."
Kai whipped her hand away from Gar in embarrasment hiding it to her side. She looked down upset for a moment, about her own inhealable injuries then looking at Gar's which was for the most part healed completely on the outside.
