Apparently, Echo's brilliant spot was not as good as she first thought. She darted off to find a new one, cursing her early bad luck.

Frowning at being one of the first to be tagged again, Iduna quickly went out to look for another hiding place. After all, that first try didn't work...

Once again, Aegle and Kleio found Iduna and Echo without a problem. If things continued this way, Aegle wasn't sure which of the two valks would be out first in the last go of this day. Hopefully at least one of them would become better.

Nightmare heard the smacks of swords meeting the backsides of two valks. She slunk as deep as she could in her shallow cave and hoped that she would stay hidden as well as she could.

Nocturne grinned at the sound of blade hitting flesh and darted off, up, up the tree, hiding still in the lush branches. This day was going so much better.

Iduna growled when she was found again, running a hand through her back in an attempt to dull the pain. Hopefully the third time's the charm?

Echo took a deep breath and darted off again, feeling rather irate. What was going on today, that she couldn't find a decent spot?

It seemed to Aegle that everywhere she turned, she found Echo. A scowl appeared on her face at the valk, voicing her displeasure when the leader didn't even need to speak. She just pointed with the sword to let the valk know to do better... or else. Kleio did not find Iduna this time, instead she found Nocturne. Grinning Kleio smacked her, and nodded off into the woods.

Nightmare couldn't believe her luck. It had to be running out soon, it just had to. She closed her dark eyes and hoped though. Hoped that she would go through this event without a mark. She sent a silent prayer to the goddess and stayed as still as possible. They could be close...

Echo felt her spirits drop. That look from Aegle said plenty...She was in big trouble if she got found again. She looked for a new spot and finally found one, but her confidence was extremely low by now.

It worked! Iduna looked around just to make sure she really wasn't seen by them. After spending all of the previous day going from place to place, she decided to stay still for this round.

Nocturne had not been expecting that swat and see looking down to see Kleio. She shook her head and darted out of the trees, she hiding in the brushes the lined the outer edges of the caves nearby.

Aegle turned and once again found Echo. A fury raced through her veins as she swatted the valk for the fourth time that day. But she held it in check, and let the female flee to hide again. Once more and she would be done for good. At least until the squad needed a new leader. Then this process would repeat itself. But the red head was seriously doubting Echo's scouting abilities now. Kleio on the other hand, found the one valk who had escaped being found thus far; Nightmare. She swatted the female hiding in the cave and wandered off for the moment.

Nightmare hissed under her breath, and rubbed the spot she had been swatted on. It was too bad, right? She was pretty sure she had gone a decent amount of time before being found, though she wasn't sure of the details. The purple valk swiftly left the cave, and wandered toward a thick set of bushes. Maybe she could hide here!
