Harli felt like his brain had been knocked around from getting clothesline over the barricade. After a few moments Harli began to move around as he grabbed a hold of chair that was on the ground after fans were taken down from when Harli was taken down from the Clothesline. Once he had the chair, Harli got to his fee with the chair, he saw Justin with the steel steps looking to bring it down on him. Harli held the chair up ready to throw it, only to have the steps collide with the chair and him, sending back further into the crowd. Harli looked pretty messed up from the steps getting sent into him by Justin.

After throwing the steps and watching them collide with Harli and the chair as well, Justin smiled, but clutched his shoulder. The pain from Harli's knee was still there. Moving towards the barricade, Justin stepped over and into the crowd, now standing beside his fallen steps. Looking at Harli who just ate steps, and then looking at the barricade, Justin grabbed a hold of the steps and slid them over towards the barricade standing up.
Not caring about being fancy and placing the steps perfect, Justin looked back at Harli, who he had hoped was still shaken from the steps. Walking over to Harli was laying in the crowd, Justin looked to bring Harli to his feet, and attempt to irish whip him hard not into the barricade, but the steel steps that were in front of the barricade!

Still shaking and hurting from when the steps collided with him, Harli was dragged to his feet by Justin however he didn't forget the lowblow Justin gave him not to long ago. The damage that Harli sustained during the match was starting to take it's toll but he still had enough fight in him to try to turn things back around with swift kick to Justin's Canadian Jewels as response for Justin's earlier lowblow. Harli's kick wasn't as quick as he hoped it could be. If all failed Harli would be thrown into the steps.

Even being quick with setting up the steps, seemed to give Harli enough time to regroup enough for a kick. A kick that Justin would very soon would make him wish he wasn't in the match. Taking the kicking to the balls, Justin instantly put his hands in front of them to stop anymore possible attacks to them, and then fall backwards in great pain! The crowd was cheering wildly at all the chaos happening in their area!

(I'm assuming when you meant fall backwards that you're up against the steel steps and leaning against them. If not I can redo my post later)
Seeing Justin fall backwards closer to the steel steps, Harli saw the perfect time to try to put this match away as he attempted to spear Justin into the steps that were up against the barricade. If this all worked, this would take alot of energy out of Harli and not only that but cause him some pain as well.

Seeing how Justin fell back onto the ground, this was the perfect time to attempt the Hell's Gate once more, hoping to end this match quickly

Unlucky for Justin, the submission finally worked and Justin was locked in! Justin's free arm began to flail and so did his legs. Legs slamming onto the floor, and pushing up to try and lift Harli, it wasn't working as his shoulder had taken to pain. As it seemed like Justin would have no choice but to tap out here in his first Undisputed title match. But he noticed something just before which seemed like a light of hope for him. Weird, light of hope for a bad guy, eh?
As Justin pushed his legs up to try and pick Harli up, it would cause Harli's shoulder to move back towards the floor.. and falls count anywhere. Justin would attempt to try and push Harli's shoulders down onto the floor, in hopes he wouldn't notice.

Harli saw Justin begin to get to his feet but Harli wouldn't allow for this as he tried to apply as much pressure he possible could to Justin to keep him down

Justin dropped back down to his knees as more pressure was applied and let out a yell of pain and frustration. But his plan was possible and he wasn't going to give up as he'd put his strength to use and let out one hard push to try and pin those shoulders down.

Harli would then try to blind Justin by moving his hands to closer to his eyes and by poking him in the eyes while he had the still hold locked in. Hopefully this will cause Justin to lose momentum that he was trying to build up

Harli continued holding Justin in his Hells Gates finisher as Justin frantically tried to escape it. He was fading fast, when suddenly Harli poked Justin in the eye to have him lose momentum. This however gave the opposite effect and Justin attempted to push himself off of Harli and placed his hand on Harli's shoulder, resisting not tapping out.
The ref seeing Harli's shoulders pinned down started to count, Harli seemingly was unaware of this and continued to apply pressure to Justin who was now bleeding out of his mouth.
The ref counted to three, and then Justin tapped.. However it didn't matter as the winner and new WWE:E Undisputed was Justin Amaze via pinfall.
Harli let go of the hold and was astonished that he was a mere fraction of a second away from winning, however Justin was unconcious from Harli's submission. The ref signaled for the EMTS to come as they put Justin on the stretcher.
