And to be honest that would give him another excuse to come back and see how she's still alive, she is either stupidly lucky, or she has something thats helping her.

"Whenever, ain't in a hurry,I can just stop by sometime in the next come of days and check up on it."
He didn't have a way for her to contact him, and he wasn't sure when he would be able to get back into the city.
He would have to be careful with how many trips he took, eventually he was going to be found out by the wrong people.

"Okay. See you later then, Jerome." She smiled at the gangster and went back to inspecting the broken heap on her workbench, poking at it with prongs here and there, checking what needed replaced, and seeing if it could be salvaged at all. There was a lot of work to be done.

"Yeah, later" He replied with a lift of his hand.
Though instead of heading to the door, Jerome moved back over to the window that he had come in.
Pushing himself up onto the sill, and swinging himself out where he grabbed onto a thin ledge that he used to pull himself up and was soon out of sight.
Interesting day.
