(( A-3 is Neutral...and very annoyed about it ))
...oh, and now they were all bickering like little children. Absolutely wonderful. "You all are pointlessly yammering about who killed who or didn't kill who. To my knowledge, more than a single person has turned a hand against a teammate, so I rather highly doubt that that constitutes the crime spoken of." Eyes flickering up, he canted head to one side, looking for their host as well in this question. "So is their any way that we can indeed discern precisely which rule was broken, that therein constitutes a traitor?"
Turning towards Fiver, he reached over a hand and rested it on the man's knee, squeezing warningly. He needed to shut the hell up before he got them all in trouble. "None of us are quite sure what we're doing here, why we were brought here, excepted the misnamed and mismatched little go-getters over there." There was a gesture to the Harry Potter crew....Three's tone fraught with wry sarcasm. They were babbling on and he hadn't the faintest idea what they were rambling about...he probably had in the past, and to be honest, he rather wondered how they recalled anything at all. Idiots. "And talking about earlier events...I think we could let the past be the past...." That was particularly directed towards A-7. "Right now we have a whole new matter on our hands, which I very much doubt had anything to do with that little fiasco on the beach. If so...we each took a side, and all of us are guilty in our own right."
How sorely did Three hate being the cold voice of reason.

(( Still neutral, though not liking it ))
In some way, A-10 was probably right about what he'd done before, but hell if Fiver was about to admit it. "I was just supposed to LET you kill me then?" he muttered, though he did keep his voice low, so she could ignore it if she chose to. Fiver also chose to ignore Tardis for now. It had nothing to do with instincts and everything to do with being ganged up on when he didn't ask for that - no matter what anyone said.
He didn't get why A-10 would go accusing herself, either. Except maybe as some misguided attempt to gain sympathy from the others. He'd be quicker to accuse E-13.
But he wasn't doing that. Not yet, anyway. This was a big complicated mess and it was unlikely there was an easy way out of it. "Maybe we are all guilty of things, but I dunno if that makes anyone a "traitor"." He made quotation marks in the air with his fingers, then shrugged. "Maybe we're all traitors. Who knows. Maybe everyone in this damn room will die. But if we are gonna die, yea. I'd like to know WHY." And so saying, he pinned his gaze on the reaper. "I agree with Three here. What are these rules someone here supposedly broke?" Sorry, not completely heeding that warning, there, Three.

[ A-Eleven is Neutral right now ]
They had to decide who was guilty, even though they did not know what they were guilty of. Perhaps a rule was broken? What were the rules to begin with? Who were these other people on the chairs with her? How was she supposed to judge people she just saw for the first time moments ago? If the figure knew who the traitor was, why were they making the team members choose? Did they want people accusing each other, killing each other again? If that were the case...then this robed stranger seemed little better than the 'Death' horse on the Beach. Just what was going on here? What was the point of this game?
The questions ran endlessly through A-Eleven's mind as she tried her best to listen to the conversations going on around her. She was paying special attention to the exchange between the folks that had been on the Beach, seeing as she'd been there for that and she'd swore to back up Phoenix members if need be.
A few things became obvious rather quickly. They had killers in the group. They had people who'd tried to kill. And folks who had not harmed another 'player' in this game. So surely, this traitor business couldn't have anything to do with who'd killed who. It had to be something else altogether.
A-Eleven looked up when A-Three started to speak. He'd clearly come to the same conclusion she just did. This was little more than a guessing game without knowing all the rules, and therefor what rules could be and had been broken.
"We need to figure out what makes a traitor a traitor on this island," she looked around the room as if she would be able to see the answer to her next question. "What has anyone done that was different from everyone else here?"

((A-Two is Neutral))
"I haven't killed anybody. Not even, like, the horse." A-Two glanced at A-Three - remembering him from the beach. "But, like, if only thirteen people can, like, survive, then killing people.... can't, like, be the thing that, like, makes you the traitor?"
She tried to trace her logic train through the Valley of Likes, see if it made sense. Kind of?
... and oh, hello. The first member of Alpha Squad to die was there too, she realized. There and looking just as alive as A-Ten. Her gaze narrowed slightly under the gas mask, where no one could see. If there could be only thirteen survivors, then coming back from the dead was kind of traitorous, maybe...?
But that would accuse A-Ten as well. And Phoenix Squad took care of its own. She kept that particular logic train at the station.

T-13 turned towards A-11 tilting his head at her question towards everyone. "E-13 is right, the rules do sort of state that some of us will survive and others won't, killing isn't against the rules. The only thing that has happened that doesn't make much sense is dead people coming back now."
His gaze settled on Fiver, suspicion filling his voice, "How can you have been dead and come back? Doesn't that defeat the purpose of this whole system of thirteen survivors?"

(( Eta Hermione IV is inquiring to everyone! ))
These people were crazy. Absolutely mad.
Dark Lord Voldemort was on the loose, and they were all sitting here debating who the traitor was. Hermione was fairly certain they would just need to inspect everyone's hands to see who was missing a finger and SHAZAM -- there'd be the traitor. Under these suits, it was hard to tell if any of the people around the table had distinctly rat-like features. Bother.
Her hand folded back under the table when Epilson XIII rebuked her demand for a pendant. And she sneered at the other who asked her why she deserved it. Pish posh. Blarney. Bullocks. Other Britishish slang. She wasn't done with that one, not by any stretch, but she was not some buffoon who was going to try leaping across the table to get what she wanted. No, she would use cunning and intrigue.
When Alpha Ten marked herself as a traitor, Hermione gasped. "Buckbeak, nooooooo," she said, eyes welling up. They had saved Buckbeak with the magic of the time turner once. Was this the rule that had been broken? Had bending the fabric of time to save the life of a Hippogryff really been such a crime? Perhaps, if she was going to use it, she should have gone back to save any one of the far more important characters who died in the course of the book series like, say, Harry's parents, Sirius, Cedric Diggory, Dumbledore, Mad-eye Moody, Hedwig, that teacher who gets eaten by the snake, Colin Creevy, that one Weasley twin's ear, that other Weasley twin, Tonks, Lupin, (maybe) Snape -- JK, WHAT WERE YOU THINKING -- or maybe Eta Hermione could have just used it to reverse back to a time when she wasn't in this classroom having to make decisions about who lived or died.
The rules. The rules of the game. If the rules were to fight for survival, then...
She straightened up in her chair, clearing her throat with a copious amount of phlegm. "The messages on my electronic owl have been very clear. We must kill to live. So perhaps a better question -- and one which I choose that which heretofor pose to everyone --" Was she trying to sound as smart as A4? Probably. "--is... who has NOT attacked anyone so far on this island?" Hermione had used both her Nunchucks of Death and Fists of Unyielding Fury. She was obviously a warrior and a rule-follower.

A-Three sighed heavily. Damn. Hadn't anyone been listening, apparently not. Eyes latching onto T-13 through his mask, he tsk'd softly. "Mind, if you're to blame our dear Fiver here." The man made a gesture towards his comrade, "Then you're also to blame the lovely A-10..." Another wave of fingers towards the woman. "Resurrection obviously CANNOT be the crime if more than one of us have done it, as our dear, gracious host has already stated that we have a singular traitor in our midst. And I would dare to say that it is likely something which one of us has absolutely no wish to divulge. Your guess...is as good as my own."
Though he really needed to at least attempt to discern who the reaper wanted dead. Honestly, A-Three was likely to vote for the largest fool in the room. He could not abide an idiot. That in and of itself was a crime against nature.
(( A-3 is still neutral...merely peeved ))

T-13 raised his hand as 'Hermione' spoke, "Yeah I've attacked a person who was attacking my teammate after we defeated a fire breathing horse. We didn't manage to kill the person, they got away in a fog that everyone used to scatter. Why would not attacking someone be against the rules? Let other people do the dirty work, maybe some people just don't have the guts to go around killing other people."

Z4's head wrenched back and forth, watching everyone with interest as a growing suspicion that he was missing something vitally important kept bubbling up in his stomach, "Er.... I didn't mean to attack her, but after I had they had all gotten very cross with me and made assumptions about my er... allegiances... But that Mister A4, I'm not so sure he's really British, even." He looked miserable. They had almost not let him join their Phoenix club, thanks to A7's insane suspicions and accusations. He didn't even remember if A7 had SEEN what happened or if he just didn't like him. But that was preposterous. Who couldn't like him? He was very likable.

Theta-5 is suspicious of E-13 and A-5
Theta-5 was gripping his head, hating this shouting here and there and no one taking turns by going down the line. It was also getting loud, and the mention of pendants worried him. It seemed someone had 2 though, and he felt a tad suspicious about that. Seeing as the pendant issue was coming up, T-5 rose his hand before jumping in when there was a pause in conversation. "I think the pendants come down to luck. We were all fighting a horse monster before T-13 and I came here, and everyone had a chance to go after it. The person who did get it was just...lucky to grab it. No special tricks. So E-13 might have just had a bit of luck. He shouldn't be punished for a fluke. What I think is rule breaking might be holding not 2 pendants for too long, as if you're hoarding them. If we are all after them, keeping 2 throws off the balance and means that there is less survivors in the end. I think a big rule is that there HAS to be 13 survivors. Any less means you didn't give someone a chance to live."
Which lead to another point. "Which is why A-5 is weird in that we're giving more chances. I thought this was a game. You die. You're out. I don't think teams matter here. I had a whole team and another team attacked me, and yet only T-13 helped me out. Everyone else left. That would mean my whole team were traitors. Teams don't mean anything...I don't think. Neither does killing. Killing is the only way to get 13 members."

[Zeta Eleven is neutral! All he knows is that it wasn't Miss Scarlett in the Library with the Nunchucks.]
Hypocrisy! Lies! Deceit! As the members of his former alliance bickered and justified and made excuses, Zeta Choleven was grinding his teeth, using every ounce of willpower in his body to keep from lunging across the table and throttling someone. Nothing personal. Nothing personal? He had been ostracized from the Alpha and Zeta clubhouse because it had gotten personal! Not that he had any particular fondness for Alpha Five and had any desire to defend him from the accusations, but it took the better part of Choleven to not want to scream something out.
But, no, he could not let emotions get the better of him. Even his irrational suspicion of Alpha Ten, which maybe wasn't all that irrational considering the fact she was supposed to be dead, had to be put aside to tackle the matter on hand. A veritable whodunit, filled with clues and hints and disparate pieces of a puzzle that when put together would form a glorious thing: an answer. Logic was the key, and if there was anyone more suited for that, it was the person who had made the executive decision to shoot someone when no one else could.
Of course, that was assuming this all wasn't just some ******** perpetrated by forces who had already proved themselves to be less than benevolent.
Choleven tried not to consider the possibility, instead flipping directly into detective mode as he carefully listened to the arguments. Specific words flashed into the air from people's mouths, letters highlighted over others, red lines of connection drawn between them as his mind kicked into another gear to scramble the code. He drummed his fingers against the table, staring intently, thinking, thinking, thinking about that one key fact they just had to be missing.
Ahah!
Choleven grinned beneath his mask. It was all so simple. How could they not have seen it? The rules. The traitor had broken the rules. And what were the rules?
"Who here-"
"... has NOT attacked anyone so far on this island?"
Choleven whipped his head toward Eta Hermione, positively fuming. This girl could not be serious. He attempted to bore his hatred into her skull, but he merely sunk back into his seat, arms over his chest, trying not to take the fact that he had been beaten to the punch by a girl who used an ear of corn as a weapon
"I shot Alpha Ten," he said tersely. "It was nothing personal."

[E-1 is inquiring of A-5 and A-10]
E-1 really didn't want to be here right now. She wanted to go somewhere quiet and bawl her eyes out, except that there would be the stupid mask in the way, and she doubted that the ominous reaper would let her leave. Questions were flying over the table. A lot of them went toward E-13 at first, but E-1 had figured out where that second pendant had come from as soon as he'd said E-4 was dead. She didn't want to accuse any of her team-mates anyway. There were so few of them left!
What did catch her attention, however, was A-5 saying that he had died and come back. And A-3 said the same thing happened to A-10. How was that possible? How was it even fair? Why should they get to come back if none of E-1's team-mates made it back?
"You really died?" she asked both of them.

((Zeta Eight is neutral))
Zeta Eight didn't look back as Alpha Seven's outburst, instead subtly reaching back to rest a hand on his leg in an attempt to calm him. If Fiver's jab had had any effect, it didn't show in the Zeta girl's posture beyond a slightly dark look she shot his way. She had no idea what the 'borg' were either, but by the way he was rolling his eyes in such an exaggerated motion, she took it as he was making fun of her. Had she actually felt him a threat, she might have been angry, even hostile, but instead she merely answered him, watching him even after he'd looked away from her. "You clearly do not have the brainpower to process what we are saying," Zeta Eight almost-snapped, her tone rising just slightly above monotony. A10 was right, and so was the Doctor. "You seperated yourself from the general concensus -- that's just bad strategy. But we don't have time for this. Half of our time is already up."
The clock was ticking. They only had two hours. She agreed with Alpha Three, nodding in his direction -- it was time to put aside their differences for now.
"Alpha Ten, don't be stupid."
She knew as well as anyone Alpha Seven would not let her die. Alone, anyway. She didn't say it, but she trusted Alpha Ten to detect the underlying message -- if she cared as much about Alpha Seven as she had shown them these few days, she wouldn't be so eager to off herself. Looking around the table at the others again, she paused a few moments before continuing.
"Eta Thirteen is correct. The rules stated you did not have to stay with your group. You were also expected to survive. With the current information we possess, I do not believe any of us to be a traitor. Whoever we vote for will die, regardless of if the consensus believes them to be innocent or not." She paused again "However, if we do not come to our own conclusions, the collective will die."
Of that she had no doubt.

[A12 is Neutral]
"They died due to a .. disagreement. W-When you give a few people weapons, it doesnt seem to end that well." A12 spoke to E-1, trying to helpfully inform the girl yet keep as vague as possible.
Secrecy was required in large groups. After all, if there was a traitor in the room ... Him or her having knowledge of their secrets wasn't the smartest move. Even A12 could see that. She critically took a look at E1, examining her.
.... She didn't look like a traitor.

(( E-13 is Suspecting A-5 and A-10 ))
He frowned at T-13. "They don't like it, I guess. They didn't send a text out about anybody else. I ain't even had the things for an hour. Guess it defeats the purpose of testing or whatever if I somehow manage to carry them to Day 6 and give the extra to whoever happens to be around. So, sure. I'm getting frowned on. But it's not against the rules, because I did exactly what I was told to do. Why be all, congratulations, go ahead and take your winnings, if it's against the rules? Lucky winner my a**."
To Zeta Eight, who had proceeded rationally so far, he said,
"And Death said no impulsive choices, remember. He said we had to be logical and rational." I am here to make a decision based on reason and logic, and not on whatever irrational impulses you so may decide on your own. "So if we're going to vote for someone, it's gotta be because we figure they broke a rule in some way or another."
He shrugged.
"...But coming back from the dead all creepy-like is good enough for me."
