Danny stood up, wobbling slightly. "Now who said i ever listened to rules?" she asked, spiting some blood in her face, then punching her in the stomach, bending down and kicking high into Codi's chin. She quickly grabbed the hand that had the knife and bent in down, trying to get her to drop it as she kicked the back of her legs were the knees were.

Danny scowled at her, stabbing her fingernals into Codis wrists, causing them to draw blood as she tried not to struggle too much for oxygen. Tencing up would make it worse as well as show weakness.

Codi glowered up at whoever'd stopped the fight, but when she saw it was Kyo, her eyes widened a bit and she stood up, dusting herself off as her eyes narrowed even more when she looked down at Danella, "Tch, she wasn't even forth finishing off anyway." she said in a low voice, walking away with a slight awkwardness to her steps, her legs still felt a bit like noodles from the blow to the back of her knees that Danella gave her. She ripped her tub of licorice from the girls she'd tossed it to before, walking off without another word or glance back at them.

Michael stared in complete disbelief, "Did.... did Codi just walk away from a fight? First?" he asked to himself, astonished that the girl didn't just beat up Kyo and continue fighting. He remembered breaking up one of their fights before and he almost had his arm ripped off by Codi with her rage. He walked to the center where Danny and Kyo were, kneeling down to Danny, "Hey, you alright?" he asked, looking down at her with a bit of consern.

Kyo expected a blow to the stomach or something but nothing happened. He was relived and he relaxed a little. He watched as Codi walked off, he was suprised that she backed up from the fight. He looked over at Danny. "I'm not going to let you get hurt. I don't even want to see Codi get hurt. All you too do is fight and try to kill each other! I'm getting sick of it." He said and turned around. He began to walk off from the crowd to walk home, passing people who where still gathered.

Michael frowned at Danny, then watchedKyo leave, "Now look what you did! You've gone and made Kyo mad!" he whispered to her, standing up and placing a hand on his hip, shaking his head.

Codi grimaced as she came to the fence that blocked her way to the alley that lead to the drug store, she tried to jump for the top of the fence, hoping that if she'd get it in her grip she could just pull herself over and drop to the other side, but her hand slipped ans she fell flat on her back on the cement. She groaned and layed there for a moment, holding back tears of rage, frustration, and complete and pain. She waited until she could breath again, since the fall had knocked the wind out of her, to sit up, wincing at the pain in her back. She still had a scar from a fight with another little punk that she fought from before, and she could feel the wound had reopened during the fight with Danella and the blood trickled down her back. Codi shook off the pain and stood up, holding onto the fence for support as she reached for the top again, sighing as it didn't work. She looked around, realizing for the first time how close the alley was to the school. She could see past the high brick walls of the gates to the group of kids that were still gathered there and Danella and that other boy, she couldn't remember his name, standing in the center. Codi was about to walk around the building, when she noticed Kyo leaving the school, and she scowled to the ground, biting her lip. She didn't know that she was holding the pocket knife tightly in her grip, she didn't even remember picking it up, until there was a searing pain in her palm, forcing her to look down and see the blade was in her palm and blood was dripping from her tight fist, "Damn, I bled more than I wished for today." she said to herself, tossing the pocket knife to the ground and observed the wound.

Codi was just about to pick up the knife from the ground and jump for the fence again when she heard footsteps coming closer to her. Her eyes instantly narrowed and she scooped up the knife, holding it with her other hand, and she was instantly ready to get into another fight. She almost gasped and stumbled over her feet in the process of taking a step back from Kyo when she saw it was him. But didn't. "I'm fine. What's it to you? Aren't you on Danella's side? You should worry about her, not me." she said, and made a foul face as she spit out some left over blood from the fight with the girl. Normally she'd've tackled whoever it was to the ground, in pain or not, but it was Kyo. She couldn't do that to him even if she tried. She flipped the blade closed, sliding it into her pocket and looking at the fence, not facing the boy, "Plus, I'm sort of what you people'd call 'your enemy' since I do fight with her all the time, and just tried to kill her." she added sarcastically,bringing her hands up to air quote 'your enemy', but there was a shock of pain that shot up her back like electricity, making her gasp quietly and wince at the action.

Codi spun around to face him, "No! No hospitals!" she said, her voice was a bit loud as she practically yelled it in his face, then she bit her lip, regaining her composure, "I mean, I don't need no damned hospital. They'll only make a big deal out of a little scratch like this and then I'll be stuck in those nasty a** rooms for a month." she grumbled, pointing to the large stab wound at the lower right part of her back, that whole side of her shirt and shorts were now stained with blood and it was leaking through the fabric. She moved her long hair out of her face, and it covered up the gash in her skin as she turned to leave, "Besides, I'm everyone's enemy...everyone says it and knows it." she mumbled the last part quietly to herself.

Michael was just about to roll his eyes at Danny, but she fell to her knees and started coughing up blood before he could, "Danny!" he yelled, kneeling down next to her agian, "Are you alright?" he asked, and knew it was a stupid question. OBVIOUSLY she wasn't if she was coughig up blood and down on her knees.
