Bu shifted his weight, adopting his crane stance to better take advantage of the situation. He spotted the Valkyrie assault the dark mage and directed his attention to the dragon that had been summoned. He leapt from the building he was standing on and landed gracefully on the back of the fire dragon. The white clad warrior grappled with the beast, attempting to bring it out of the sky before it had a chance to send out another blast of flame. .

Sasha's summon form, though fast on ground, could do little to avoid the elemental blast that the fire summon shot out. The fire ball hit Sasha's side explosively, causing the giant summon to screech in pain and fall back to the ground with a thud. "Sasha!" Jas cried, falling down onto the elemental dragon's neck as he smashed into the ground. "How is that thing so much stronger than Sasha..." He said, scratching the giant dragon's neck to urge him up again. Sasha complied with a heavy groan, shaking the rubble off of his shifted scales. He snarled up at the fire dragon violently, his limbs tensing before he leaped up, grabbing the red dragon by its neck and pulling it back to the ground, tearing his teeth into the other summon as he pinned it to the ground.

Bu had not noticed the necromancer's approach and that allowed the madman to land a clean punch into the warrior's sides, but the enemy elemental dragon had managed to latch onto his and pulled them down. They were all at ground level now which displeased him greatly. When he got back onto his feet, Girdrazz leaped onto his summon and used its flailing limbs as a spring to propel himself back onto the roof of a nearby building. His perch was crumbling as soon as he set foot on it however and he took extra care to send the debris onto Bu as a distraction.
The two towering giants were still at it and it was shock that he realized that its imitation had actually sustained more damage than the original. Too much interference, but life would be dull without a little challenge so it was with a wicked grin and a dangerous gleam in his eyes that he reatreated to a safe distance. From there, he ordered his summoned warrior to ignore its imitation and slam its sword, blade facing down to cover more ground, onto the summons wrestling near the Wieva boy and Bu. He was hoping to kill 3 birds with 1 stone; 4 if he could get rid of the source of magic that had materialized a his colossus' duplicate. As though sensing its summoner's intent, the elemental dragon wrapped itself around its bethren to restrict its movement and released a blast of dark fire

Raz quickly lifted a wing to deflect the blow from the summoner’s fist. As soon as he felt the pressure from the attack leave the valkyre lowerd his wing an too a swing with his scythe only to find the summoner had already fled, chasing after the mysterious man in white robes.
The young valkyre took a second to asses the situation and with a powerful kick off the rooftop he was currently standing on took to the air once more. From the sky Raz could see the battlefield as buildings crumbled and the colossi moved. He reacted quickly and dove towards the giant’s target. Like a large majestic bird, Raz swooped from the sky and grabbed Jasper, holding the wieva boy in his strong arms. Raz spread his wings wide and with a single powerful flap propelled himself and Jasper away from the travesty just as the giant blade hit the ground.
Debris from the destruction zoomed through the air and tore through the beautifully white wings of the Valkyrie, staining them with his crimson blood. He was forced to land and set Jasper down. He had managed to put some distance between them and the giants, but they were far from safe. Raz attempted to spread his wings, but grimaced at the pain. He could probably force himself to still fly, but he wouldn’t be nearly as maneuverable as he had been. “Run! Get to safty.” Raz commanded his charge. “I’ll make sure your pet gets out safely.” The valkyrie bowed his head and closed his eyes. He knew he wasn’t going to with this battle, but had to make sure Jas survived.

Jasper braced himself behind one of Sasha's ears as the red dragon let out a last resort element blast, yelping in unison with Sasha as the fire ball singed him and knocked Sasha off and back to the ground. The dragon-form started to fizzle as they fell, leaving Jasper hurtling through the air, struggling to right himself while not moving his burns too much. He had nearly gotten himself back on track when Raz dove out of no where, sweeping the Wieva up in bridal hold. Sasha's summon form crashed into the ground before fizzling out completely, leaving the otter trembling under the rubble. "Raz, you're hurt!" Jas said, trying to resist being put back down as red flicked into the winged man's pure white feathers. "Raz, wait!" He tried to hold the Valkyrie down to the ground, but he was too far gone already, little specks of blood dribbling behind the flying man.

The colossus warrior's blade crushed both the Wieva's summon and Girdrazz' summon, but much to the disappointment of the latter, the child who had dared to challenge him in the art of summoning had survived thanks to the meddling of the Valkyrie.
"I should have known. Good for nothing winged men and their inherent need to do good deeds," he muttered with an exasperated sigh. The winged warrior had lost a lot of his maneuverability from the new flight pattern. A glint of metal caught his eye however and he squinted to take a better look at the Valkyrie. "Hm, could it be? Is that the seal of Nobility? It would appear that I have encountered something interesting..."
He had heard rumors of the guild's attempt to revive itself, but he never thought that he would actually bump into the ones behind it during his little excursion. If they manage to recruit the cloaked warrior, they may actually succeed in restoring the guild to its original might. He had to crush them while he still could.
"Summon, crush that Wieva!" he shouted from the pillar he was standing on top of to get a better view of the battle taking place below. Although he was no longer as agile in the air, the Valkyrie still remained too fast for the giant summon, but the winged man appeared to greatly care about the lightning user. Surely he would bite the bait. If not, it would be one less pest around.
As ordered, the giant raised its blade once more and turned around to face the newly appointed leader of Artifact. With a roar that shook off its counterpart, it brought it down again on Jasper.

Raz landed awkwardly next to the pile of rubble. He was panting from exertion and obviously in poor condition. Blood streamed across his now crimson stained wings and dripped to the earth beneath his feet. With great effort, the valkyrie heaved aside the stone to free the small furry creature called Sasha. He lifted the creature’s limp body into his hand, grateful that it was still breathing. There was nothing he could do at the moment to restore strength to Jas’s familiar.
Before Raz had a chance to set the otter safely on the ground and charge the dark wizard once more, the order for the colossus to crush the Wieva rang through the air. Raz wasted not time in reaching Jas. He held Sasha tightly and kicked off the ground, propelling himself towards the wieva. The valkyrie grabbed Jas just as the blade came down and shook the earth. He may have narrowly evaded the attack of the colossus, but Raz could not maneuver himself quickly enough to prevent him from slamming into the wall of a stone building, causing further damage to himself.
“I got him for you.” Raz said weakly as he gently sat the unconscious otter on Jasper’s shoulder. “Now you can get out of here…to somewhere safe.” Raz wasn’t sure were that could possibly be, but he remembered the well Ace had tumbled down. “There.” He pointed to the nearby well as he recollected his strength. He glanced around the destroyed square and didn’t see the hooded stranger that had been assisting them. Raz could only guess that he had been crushed under the rubble with the dragon. He readied his scythe and prepared to charge the mage again. .

Jas bit his lip as stared after the Valkyrie, his gut tight with anxiety as the blood stains spread along the white wings. "That fool can barely fly right now... What is he thinking?!" he hissed, unaware that the mage's attention had fallen to him as an easy target. He saw Sasha's limp form in the man's arm before he felt the shift in the atmosphere of the giant summon's sword tearing down towards him, barely having time to think before he was thrown against a wall by Raz's body. "Raz... You can't fight this... Look how hurt you are!" he cried, trying to pull at the Valkyries' elbow and get him to retreat, but to no avail as the man stood at the ready once more, blood pooling under the Valkyrie.

The Valkyrie had managed to get away with his rescue although not without sustaining great injuries. That was at least some consolation. Perhaps he had underestimated the one who had the confidence to stand against Evolution once more with the banner of Nobility. "Dark Dragon of Seas, heed my word and kneel before me!" Girdrazz chanted, magic whirling brightly about his body, giving away his position as an azure dragon materialized before him. He pointed at Jasper who was doing his best to support the stubborn Valkyrie and speaking worriedly. "Titan, slice them!"
To the dragon he had summoned, he held up a hand to signal it to await his signal before charging in. He had the intention of using the giant to forced them to flee once more and use his dragon summon to ambush them as soon as they moved to avoid his initial attack.
As instructed, the giant warrior brought its blade up to its side for a sideway slice, but before he could actually deliver the blow, its mimic had gotten back up and thrown itself at it, sending both tumbling down. The fall forced the summoner to back away due to the quake destroying his perch despite the distance. "How could the imitation still have that much life in it?"
Looking closer, he saw something glowing with the same magical signature as his summonings clone. It was bright enough to be seen by him despite the dense cloud of dust. "Dragon, destroy that thing!" he ordered even as tugged himself free of the debris that had landed on top of him.
The beast launched itself forward, leaping above piles of rubbles and nimbly avoiding more collapsing buildings in the direction of the mirror Bu had used to summon the imitation. It may have no wings, but it was agile despite being on land and more than enough to take care of the Valkyrie. The item had to be protected as without it, the clone would vanish, leaving Girdrazz's original summon free to destroy the city.

Tucking Sasha into a crawlspace under a destroyed building for safekeeping, the Wieva pulled an antique trident from his crystal and stepping back out into the open. The titan's blade crashed into the ground next to him, thrown off by the imitations attack, little chunks of ground dotting his yellow sweater with brown dirt. Jas sprang up onto the wide blade of the giant Summon, watching the new dragon's movement towards a glowing object in the distance. "That looks important.... I wonder what would happen if the guild were to... Apprehend it." Jas said, stretching his shoulders as lighting gathered at the back of his heels. He charged up the collosi's extended arm before he could even lift his blade back out of the earth, lighting trailing after him as he build speed, quickly catching up with the newly summoned dragon as he torpedoed ahead, clutching the mirror to his chest until it sparked and faded into his gem storage. Having spent up his lightning, though, the Wieva was left stationary as the water dragon started to catch up, barreling straight for him.

Raz grumbled to himself. Why did that energetic fool keep putting himself in danger? It was clear that the mage was targeting Jas to distract Raz, but he had to protect the wieva. It was all Raz could do to keep up the Jasper darting around the battlefield, and into danger, though. He had no opportunity to make an attack against the dark summoner. He cursed silently and kicked off the ground, propelling himself towards Jasper once again.
Raz grabbed his wieva companion, but he wasn't quick enough. The dragon was too close to evade entirely. Raz jumped, clutching Jasper close to his body. He kept a wing raised to deflect blows from the dragon, but the beasts razor sharp claws tore through the Valkyrie's wing, ripping it from his body.
Despite being unbalanced from the loss of his wing, Raz successfully directed his fall to land on the rim of the well. Blood streamed down his back, and he was obviously in a large amount of pain. Raz held Jasper tightly and wrapped his remaining wing around the wieva's small body to protect him. "We've...lost the city. I'm...sorry" He managed to gasp out between broken breaths. .

Girdrazz had been too focused on the glowing object he had sent his dragon after and noticed way too late that the flash of gold that had darted past his summon to snatch the mirror was in fact the Wieva he had thought useless up until now. On second thought, at the sight of the child falling in mid-air, perhaps he had not been that far off. He was more then please to see the Valkyrie swoop back to protect his companion and lose a wing in the process. The winged man was skilled enough to manage a landing despite his injuries, but it would matter little once he was dead so he promptly barked out a command for his summoning. "Cyclone Breath."
The dragon did as told, landing heavily a short distance away from where the two faction leaders were and snapped its jaw open to release a torrent of water with enough strength to crush boulders. The necromancer readied his magic meanwhile and darted forward so that he may get ahold of the Valkyrie's corpse and soul once his dragon was done with him.
"Your soul will be mine, winged man, but fear not, I will make good use of it by making you slaughter the very people you will die protecting," Girdrazz sneered. Just a few more jumps and he would be within range. From his position, he could not see his targets as all thanks to his summon massive body blocking his view and the blast of water it had just unleashed. Because of that, he did not notice the weakening of well's the brick lining extending above ground. A simple push would be enough to send anyone leaning on it toppling down into the well.

Actually, Kai may want to come party with us (she just needs to actually make it here xD) so I say we have fun trying to escape from in a collapsing network of underground tunnel while attempting to rescue some NPC Artifact members. I'm gonna bring back Ace meanwhile. Miss the little rascal. And he needs exp LOL
Ace had hit his head on his way down and had momentarily lost consciousness so he considered himself quit lucky to be still alive while laying in ankle deep murky water. Drowning at the bottom of a well was not part of his 'Top 10 ways to go' list. The ground shook again and he was reminded of the giant creature that had been brought into life on the surface and he quickly sprang back up onto his feet and attempted, without much success, to shake the mud out of his fur. After finally giving up, he looked around him and noticed that he was standing int he middle of a crossroad. His feline eyes allowed him to make out the shape of a vast network of corridors despite the dim lighting.
A few falling pebbles had him look up and he noticed a viscuous yellow liquid trickling down the side of the well. "What in the..." He gave it a cautious sniff before identifying it as blood. Blood? In a flash, he had leaped a few feet in the air, claws digging into the space between the bricks lining the well and pulled himself upward. His progress was halted however when an arrow landed into his left forearm in the exact same spot he had been burnt earlier in the day. The injury made him let go and fall back down the well.
A few hundred feet away from him, taking up the whole height of the tunnel stood an Eidolon with another arrow nocked and ready to be released. Before it had the chance to, however, the ground shook again and the primitive corridor came crashing down onto it. An adjacent pathway followed suite. The colossi's battle was tearing the land apart and Ace had to get out of here fast else he would meet the same fate. "Hey, guys? A little help down here? Mind throwing me a rope or something?" he shouted, hoping that they had not been killed while he was out. Little did he know that he would serve as a wonderful cushion should anyone decide to take a leap of faith.

Raz stood on the edge of the well, forcing himself to stand tall despite the immense pain it caused him. The brave valkyrie warrior had no fight left in him; all he could do was watch the dragon as it prepared for another attack. Raz didn't even have any strength left to move, so dodging the attack wasn't going to happen. Tears began to flow from his blue eyes as Raz held Jasper in a tight embrace and wrapped his only wing around the small body of the wieva and prepared for the impact. "I won't let you die." were his last words before the torrent of icy water hit his body. The force of the blow knocked Raz into the darkness of the well. His body smashed into the side of the descending tunnel a few times before reaching the bottom. Each impact weakened the structure of the well, and the walls crumbled in on themselves, sealing the exit.
Small chunks of stone rained down on the beaten and bloody body of the winged man, none large enough to cause any serious damage, not that it mattered anymore. The narrow passage above their heads contained most of the rubble from crashing down upon them. Raz's tight embrace on Jas weakened as the last bit of life left the valkyrie. Tears still filled his now empty eyes. Raziel was gone. Raindrops began to fall from the sky above them, as if the very heavens wept for the loss of such a warrior. Rays of light pierced the dark clouds like spears cleaving through the darkness. It would have been a beautiful sight had the occasion not been so sorrowful. .
