"You dare to question me on pride?" Pride was back to being on the verge of wrecking something. No, to be more exact, he had just about enough of this person. Before, he had been willing to give her a chance because she seemed to hold a great deal of Pride within her, but now, even though her actions clearly showed Pride once more, the sin was too angry to care at all. It was one thing to show pride in oneself, quite another to insult Pride. Of course, the sin wasn't thinking that. All he was thinking was that he would obliterate this girl here and now. His eyes, focused on the mere slug that dared to climb higher than him, were wide with rage and his pupils dilated as his mouth moved wordlessly, his many pompous thoughts too numerous to become anything audible.

As Pride prepared, his mouth still opening and closing in a soundless rage, the chain around his neck suddenly whipped forward without warning. With the speed of a sage archer paranormal and May's proximity, the chances of her being able to dodge the chain that encircled and then tightened around her, would be slim. She was restrained unless she could find a way out. Additionally, any movement she made would be taken into account and the chains movement would adjust appropriately.

I understand that you didn't see it, but if you've been serious about getting Pride, you would have made sure to scroll through to make sure you didn't miss any posts. Furthermore, we've seen you online every now and then but you haven't made a single post. Even if you did lose your post, you shouldn't take three days to make it. I'm sorry, but I'm going to have to drop you sweatdrop .)

With his preparations done, a large burst of energy, so strong that it was visibly bright, erupted from the small child's body. This was Pride's Judgement and May would feel all of the searing pain associated with this skill. Under normal circumstances, the girl would have died. However, these weren't normal circumstances, and as she hadn't offered any form of resistance that could be interpreted as fighting, she would simply feel a single intense moment of the worst pain she had probably ever felt before finding herself lying in the exact spot she had been taken from.

Outside in the waiting room, the door to Pride's chamber creaked open into darkness. Whoever entered next would find themselves unable to see anything in the pitch-black, lightless room that consisted of Pride's domain.

Mikura grunted in agreement as she entered. "Saving the best for last?"
