Roland smiled at Kerri's embrace, and her squeezing his hand. "She knows the buttons to press to calm me. Damn, I love this woman." "So, we go there then. Ambush him? Try to prompt him into a fight? What then?" Roland thought a bit, then added "If he knows I'm alive, it might bring him out of hiding. We should advertise this fact. How to go about doing that..."

"Before we go anywhere or do anything, I need to get the stuff outta my shop, it's just gonna go to waste if I don't, and I bet you all could use some supplies!" Killy said standing up, he had sat down to watch Raiu and Titus fight, but it was cut short, "I've got some flares there, various other survival things too, its been a while since I had to break out the traveling cart heheh but...I ain't gonna get any business around here for a while it seems. he said ending with a sadness in his voice.

 『Silver looked at Raiu and his Flygon. " It's okay, just calm down, Raiu," she told him. She had a soft spot for Raiu; she knew that he had been through a lot, so she was inclined to forgive him. However annoying he could be. " A map of Verin's past movements," she answered for him. As Roland started putting up ideas, Eklyx interjected with mention of his shop. " I didn't know you had a shop here," she said in slight surprise. A shame, Silver thought- he was right, there wouldn't be any business. He seemed sad as he mentioned it- she would be too, she supposed. " I'd like to see it," Silver offered with a small smile, though she doubted it would cheer him up. Her smile vanishing, she kneeled down and pet her Glaceon softly, scratching behind his ear. " I promised Yuki I'd buy him a treat before the big Contest today...I'd hate to let him down," she said evenly, the weight of all the deaths laying heavily on the silver-haired young woman. She took a deep breath, closing her eyes. She couldn't let it get to her- it wouldn't do to appear anything but poised and in control. She could only help by helping find and stop Verin before he could hit his next target. She stood, looking around as she waited for the agreement or disagreement of the group on whether or not to go to Eklyx's shop. 』 »second place is only the first loser

Titus had been pacing around a rock thinking then he called to Roland, " Can a psychic type pokemon sense a certain person or why not make some people up as you since you're his target and take different paths like go in pairs maybe one in normal form the other made up like you?" ~~*~~  ~~*~~ A sigh escaped Kerrigan's lips before she could contain it. "Psychic type pokemon can sense that people are different just by their minds. Everyone has a different psychic flavour, so to speak, so if Verin was using psychics, any diversion made with different people would be rather ineffective," Kerri told Titus, crossing her arms and tapping her foot in minor irritation. "Not that I see any point in it. Assuming that we found a mass of people similar in body type and height and appearance to Roland and dressed them up as him and sent them all walking about, what would be the benefit? It would waste time, and possibly lives, if Verin got it in his mind to slaughter them all. So the blood of all those innocent people would be on our hands. No, diversions like that aren't the way to go."
She grabbed a pokeball from her belt and released her Dragonite once more, smiling as the orange beast stretched upon exiting the pokeball. Almost automatically, she found her hand petting the pokemon gently, scratching just around the scales in the spots where he couldn't scratch himself. She'd never named the male Dragonite, which she sometimes felt bad about, but somehow it didn't seem that having a name would suit him. He'd come to her out of nowhere and had saved her life years ago after falling into an icy lake, and had stayed with her since. Kerri felt that giving him a name would limit her perception of him somehow. He was her Dragonite, full of mystery and kindness, and that's all that was needed.
"What do you think, Dragonite?" Kerri asked the pokemon, "Think we should help Killy move his shop? I think the sooner we all get moving, the better." The soft smile she directed at her Dragonite stayed as she turned to the group. "How about some of you go ahead to the city, maybe scout around a bit, while the others help Killy to pack up his shop. I'll go with Killy. Any other volunteers?" *** ((The Admiral of the West, I would like to request that you be more clear in your RP posts. I can't understand what you wrote there hardly at all. It's a run on sentence, and even with your brief explanation of it being "Harry Potter style", I still don't understand what you are getting at. If you could please make your posts a bit more detailed, even if it takes more time for you, it would greatly help the rest of us roleplayers. Roleplaying is interactive storytelling, and I can understand that, as happens to anyone, you may have occasional trouble with inspiration for making really good and detailed posts. But this is supposed to be enjoyable to both read and write. So I think we would all appreciate it if you would take the time and consideration to make your posts more coherent. Thank you.))

Raiu got up and released Magmortar. Although it was a Fire-type, Raiu still enjoyed having one. It had a nice variety of attacks, including Thunderbolt, which was a factor of Magmortar that won him over. Except, Magmortar would have to stay behind if he was going to help move Killy's store. He quickly ran in and swapped Magmortar for Rono, his Aggron. Raiu loved Aggron. He had a strong connection to the Hoenn region. It was his favorite region. But now, there was something that drew him away from the Hoenn region, a black dot in the middle of a white paper, small, but impossible to not notice. Raiu sighed and walked out of the shop.
"I'm ready. Just had to make a quick transfer." ...and a sound body."

Roland shook his head. "No. No decoys. No one is taking the heat for me, whether it be human or pokemon. I'll head that way, since I'm important to luring Verin out." With that, he released Din from his pokeball. The Charizard roared and shot a flamethrower into the sky. Roland patted the pokemon's leg, and then walked over and wrapped his arms around Kerri. After he kissed her, he said "I love you, baby girl. Just get back to me safe, ok?" And with a smile, he mounted the fire type pokemon and said "Anyone who is coming with me had better keep up!" As he spoke those words, the Charizard lifted into the air and hovered. Roland wanted to see who came with him so he'd know who he needed to keep tabs on. "Everyone knows how to contact me. If you get separated, keep me in the loop." As he spoke, he tapped his headset, which he wired into his Xtransciever. Roland had loved the device so much, but it would never replace his pocketch, which he kept strapped to his wrist at all times. Too bad that didn't have a phone.

Raiu suddenly became interested in the idea of a journey. It had been a while. War didn't always have to be blood and sorrow. It would take his mind off of her. Raiu sent Flygon out of its PokeBall and mounted its back.
"No way I could lag behind on Flygon. Let's fly." ...and a sound body."

"Alright then, thanks yall, and don't worry Rol, she'll be fine, as will everyone." Eklyx said giving his friend a salute, even if something did go wrong, Killy was a tech junkie and could easily get a hold of him, "Okay, everyone knows what's up, lets roll" he said as he grabbed a Pokeball with NQ sticker on it, spinning it on his finger a couple time, Killy tossed it out and out came a Nidoqueen. "Lets go Maganda, looks like we're packin' up shop girl." Eklyx said to his friend; Maganda was one of the first Pokemon he caught and had been with him ever since. Turning to his friends that were coming, Killy smiled, "Allons y everyone!" and with that he started off towards his shop.

"Might as well play follow the leader for awhile," Titus flung a pokeball out, a tall Garchomp appeared before him. "Think I can keep up with ya on him?" Titus hopped on his Garchomp's back ,"Whenever you're ready Roland." Titus started whispering to Garchomp to follow the Charizard wherever he goes.

~~*~~ ~~*~~ "We'll join up again soon, you won't even notice I was gone, and I'll be safe and sound," Kerri reassured Roland with a sweet smile as she finished kissing him once more and waved him off. The smile lingered on her lips as she watched him fly away, thinking to herself, two years ago he never would have wanted to let me out of his sight with Verin on the loose.
Hopping onto her Dragonite and waving at Silver to come follow, Kerri went after Killy, soon arriving at his shop. She slid off the pokemon and returned him to his pokeball, and looked around. "So... what do we do first?" ***

『Silver followed on foot, muttering something about "really needing to get a Flying-type." She arrived last at Eklyx's shop, and rolled up her sleeves, stretching. Her Glaceon found an empty nook in a corner and softly breathed an Icy Wind onto the ground, curling up on the newly frozen swatch of tile to sleep. The vulpine ice-type knew he would only get in the way, and he had been noticiably lethargic since today's Pokémon Contest was abruptly canceled by Verin. Silver resolved silently to try to find something to cheer up her companion, but right now she had to concentrate on the task at hand. The shop was full of everything and anything a Trainer would ever need during their travels. Messes of various Pokéballs filled tall racks, rows of Potions and cans of Repel lined shelves; bags of Pokémon food, piles of Ropes, and uncountable other odds and ends; Eklyx obviously kept his shop well stocked. She looked at him expectantly, waiting for some sort of instruction. 』 »second place is only the first loser

"Alright Maganda, you get the cart from round back for us, we'll start packing Killy said as Maganda nodded and started off to the back and he followed his friends in, "First things first, everything's half price be sure to stalk up on whatever you need, everything else we put in boxes, the healing machine and computer will have to be loaded last. Before we do that though we'll have to clear the basement too, that's where I keep stuff to restock and...things that most people don't buy." he said motioning around his shop as he spoke, the shop stuff up front was a normal Pokemart/Center, but that's not all he sold.

~~*~~ ~~*~~ Soft sunlight shone through the windows of the shop, giving it a warm and welcoming feel. Kerri stepped inside slowly, barely making a sound as her shoes lightly touched the ground, as she looked around at the selection. It felt different now, somehow, entering this store when the people it had been built to serve were all deceased, lying now as burned ashes only a short distance away. The familiar scent of pokemon medicines permeated the air, but there was a faint chemical smell under that which threw off the normal, comforting smell of a normal Pokecenter. Probably a weird cleaning solution, she thought to herself as she perused the selection of supplies on the walls curiously. With the incentive of half-off prices, Kerri loaded up on various potions and status healers and pokeballs, probably more than was necessary, and left a good sum on the counter, with a nice tip for her friend.
That done, Kerri worked to put everything on the shelves tidily into boxes, labelling them with neat but slightly ornate writing in silver sharpie. With the help of George, her shiny Abomasnow, and Silver with her pokemon, they loaded up the cart. Kerri moved over to speak with Killy as Abomasnow placed the last box on the cart and made a happy noise.
“So, are we going into the basement now?” she asked, curious about what he'd meant by things most people didn't buy. A niggling feeling in the back of her head reminded her that it might be something that Killy wouldn't feel at liberty to discuss, but curiosity tended to rule Kerri more than caution and etiquette, at least most of the time. Killy occasionally pulled out some pretty cool gadgets and doodads to show off, so things that were even more special had to be really good... or really bad. ***

As Eklyx and his friends worked on packing things up his shiny Scrafty, Säädytön was helping to carry the finished boxes out to the cart; she was the first Pokemon he met on his excursion to Unova region, she had stolen some of his food while he was camping, but eventually decided to join him on his trek.
As everyone finished up, up top, Eklyx turned to his friend Kerri whom asked about the basement, Alright, first thing's first, don't ask where I got any of this stuff, some I made on my own, others I got through connections and that's all that needs to be said." he said in a calm but serious matter, whatever he had down there was rather serious it would seem, "That being said, the stuff is a tad pricier, though the prices ARE still in half. Feel free to buy what ever you like, just BE CAREFUL." Eklyx said as he put a very serious note on 'careful' as he went to unlock the basement door.
