Kohja curiously got up at the sound of all the movement going on out in the tunnel and stepped into the entrance to his room. He was wide awake and stood tall and attentively looking down at Karin, who seemed to be falling asleep like a pup who'd been told to get to school by it's mother. He tilted his head a little and looked up and down the room entrances for anyone else. Not seeing anyone, he stepped out a little and leaned down as far as he could and licked her nose to see if that would wake her up.

Kohja wagged his tail a little when she had started being cute with her sleepy actions, but when she jumped back he lowered his head apologetically. "No," he said, "Its alright. Besides," he stepped into her room a small ways and looked at her searchingly, knowing the answer to this but asking anyway to show that he did hear her and he got it, "What girls are mean to you?"

Astrila lifted her head, listening to the two talk outside of her den. She would have to get up in a minute to tell Kohja not to overstep any boundries.

Boundries were something the old pack did not have; you wanted to go in someone's den? Go ahead. Someone was sleeping? Go on and wake them if you want to say something. So while Zeta stretched outside and looked around, Trance noted, "You and Silver slept in the same room."

Zeta looked around at him for a moment before sitting back and scratching behind her ear, nodding in answer. He pressed on, concerned due to her last resident male, "You wouldn't even let others that you knew into your den back home. Were you two okay?"

She stopped and considered this. "No, I wouldn't let them," she said, "But we were both so tired that we just fell asleep when we got in there. But I won't do anything until I consider us mates in a way other than law; you know, emotional -- have a connection." Trance nodded and contagiously scratched his own ear like Zeta had.

Kohja nodded slowly, not satisfied with her answer, but, despite his nosy nature, knew to back off for now. The pack was waking up, he could hear them. So he lowered his head to excuse himself and mentioned, "If you ever want to talk, I'm around." Stepping back out of the room's entrance.

Zeta turned and wagged her tail politely at Karin coming out of the den, and gave her a 'good morning' and asked how she'd slept before the female went on her way to go through everyone's morning ritual. Shortly after her, Kohja pushed out of the hole and snorted some dust at his sister and Trance, licking the sides of his muzzle before turning the opposite way and heading off for some privacy as well. Zeta was finding herself a little sore on her right, front shoulder, and would have complained to Trance a little about it when she heard males that were becoming familiar, coming to the entrance as well. What a busy place to have come to rest in.

Zeta turned towards Silver and Sora as Trance stepped around them and headed off somewhere for a while. She thought it over for a few seconds and answered, "None of us know where to hunt yet, we're new and this is our first time seeing the area in daylight, but I can tell you which of my wolves hunts like. Kohja doesn't mean to, but he gets competitive in everything, and would try to throw his weight around; Trance over-kills by accident, which, is good if you are taking down a whole herd of deer, but he has a hard time stopping; as Astrila only hunts if she has to. So if we are taking anyone besides us, it would be up to you."

Trance stepped off away from the group, over the top of the den hole and off on his way. He had planned to go lay around in the shade a while, but he was fantastic at being able to tell when he had to go somewhere else. It was early enough in the morning that vampires could still be out, along with any other creature that could live out here. A minute later, he found himself nearing the river. He was not a fan of moving water, but ahead he could smell two things: that female Karin and something similar to concern. Had she seriously gotten lost already?

Trance walked up soundlessly beside Karin, his face as blank as ever. He looked down at her with lightless eyes and an untelling posture; or maybe he did not have a mood at all to set one. "Embarrassing to call someone?" He asked, breaking the silence as he appeared. He had a deep voice with no tone, and sounded as eerie as he looked. "You should never hesitate to ask for help when you are unsure. It could get you killed..."

Zeta nodded and stepped off after Silver to go over the den entrance to wait on Yoru. Quickly taking her place outside of the hole stepped Astrila, who had been right below their paws as they had talked. She hadn't been eavesdropping, just happened to get there at that time. It wasn't a secret conversation anyway. She nosed Sora under his chin while blowing out some air. It was a friendly and light greeting. "Not to say I'm old," she said to him, "But I have been around long enough to know something is bothering you. Why don't you want to go hunting? You look like a strong male."

Trance had watched Karin jump back and kept his eyes on her without moving or changing expression, not even his ears moved. He listened to her questions, figuring she both did and did not want him to answer those, exactly. When she straightened up, he answered simply, "I might not be a great guy, but I know when I should walk away from a conversation between alphas. I was enjoying the cool air before the sun came up much further and ran into you."

Zeta made a face at Silver, not getting what he was hinting at and also not really into watching any of her family members with another gendered wolf. Just not her thing. Fine if you're on your own time, just don't show it. Astrila, meanwhile, allowed Sora's behavior and graciously smiled and offered to take him back down the dens for a hold-over snack she always managed to find no matter where she was, while waiting on a deer breakfast. It was up to him whether he wanted anything to munch on or if he wanted to talk about anything, naturally, but she was naturally polite enough to offer, too.
