From what I heard, she's giving Richie visitation, so it's better than nothing.
Heard one report that she was going for joint custody, but she wants full physical custody....

I agree with what you said in the picture thread.
I'm kind of happy that they're divorcing if Heather's going to act this way.
She doesn't deserve Richie.

Exactly. Here's how I see it, if she couldn't tell Richie that she wants a divorce, then she's probably not telling him something else. I think she's hiding something.
Richie deserves better.

He does deserve better.
If she ends up taking away Ava, Richie will see her true character.
