Arrea placed herself on a seat across from Jericho. She was familiar with his mannerisms so the fact that he looked like he was floating didn't really phase her, not doubt others would be confused or shocked by the magician. She listened to his concerns and his doubts were no different from her own. She pursed her lips carefully examining the information in her mind prior to speaking. "Yes, I have already noticed hostilities within the races. Just because we live together doesn't mean we understand each other. That fact is as plain as day," she chuckled a little at the phrase it was in a sense ironic that she would use it. "Much like the human entering our territory unannounced. Others do not seem to understand us and I will admit the others way of life seems ambiguous to me as well."
"I wish for nothing more than eternal peace but it seems it is not possible with the unfolding events." Arrea wasn't able to predict the future but it didn't take a sage to foresee where the hostility and misunderstandings would lead. "Unfortunately the other races entering our territory with disregard for our rules cannot be taken care of with violence. Just ignorance would surely warrant death in the outside world. We cannot be so rash. In short, Jericho...we can do nothing about the other factions in our territory unless they exhibit hostility towards us." She took a sip from her glass. "If there is to be a war I will not be the one to cause it nor will any of my vampires. We will not throw the first stone for we are not without sin. Let the fool that thinks such be the one to shake the foundation we have laid here...then we will destroy him before it crumbles." In truth that was all they could do without causing a racial war.

Jericho listened intently to her response, though it was not exactly what he had expected. You see Jericho had much more of a proactive stance when it regarded war, one could say that he wasn't about to let the only home he has ever really known to be thrown in to chaos by the whim of a foolish leader. Breathing slowly he considered her words, they were grim as if war was inevitable. If that was to be the case, then he would suppress it, he would control this chaos so that it would not harm what and those he cared for.
"Ill new for an ill fate M'lady, do you see no other outcome?" He asked with a thoughtful tone. Jericho was not one to merely sit around, he would do what was necessary to maintain peace, even it that meant doing things others weren't willing to do. He would protect his home, and those within it.

Vargius barged in the dinning hall. He saw a man floating in mid-air. After what He saw today; Bat wings, Leviathan, Celestial Beings, Talking Bats, Monks appearing from nowhere. It didn't amuse him. By the way both of them are looking each other it seems that they are having a serious conversation that is very fragile. He saw Arrea in the far end of the Dinning Hall. He felt that interrupting the conversation or merely stepping into it will cause some problems if he says so himself.
Vargius was getting tried from using his vampire speed. He felt like his power was being drained away. He never had a chance to rest. Vargius tried to find a maid by wandering the whole place with his speed, After he found a maid he asked her to bring him some piece of paper and something to write. Although it was common tools it seems that they didn't have any. The maid chuckled - she said, "Sir, were not a school supply nor a shop" Vargius stared at the maid's eye then said, "What if I write with your blood?" of course He was just kidding but the maid took it literal then ran away screaming.
Out of exhaustion, Vargius forgot what He was doing. The jar accidentally fell from his pocket but it only made a crack. Vargius suddenly remembered about the Celestical Sanctuary or something like that. He dashed back to the Courtyard to begin his journey to the Celestial

Arrea sensed the presence of Vargius, she expected him to come to the dinning hall. She just wanted to have a nice long slumber in her chambers. Today had been a very eventful one and she just wanted it to be over and done with. "I wish there was another outcome, Jericho." Her gaze drifted off, she focused her vision on the patterns of the fabric hanging against the wall. "It's possible another outcome might occur but from the people that have come to visit me today...I highly doubt peace will remain." She hesitated, bringing her chin to rest against her palm. "The reason I want us to be the last ones to enter the war is because I want us to end it. If we did join or even start a war we would basically destroy everyone living creature in this haven with out abilities. You should be well aware of that." She addressed him without really looking towards him. "I don't want complete annihilation."
Arrea felt Vargius' presence leave and heard one of the help screaming, her footsteps echoing throughout the halls. She snapped her fingers and a butler rushed over to her side. "Go see what's wrong with the maid and check Vargius' room for me please." He ran off to do as he was told.

Jericho simply watched Arrea, it was obvious that she was weary. Jericho understood her concerns about war, but Jericho still wasn't completely convinced. He wouldn't do anything without her permission of course, he was just cautious. He had been to the Abysmal Haven and the auras from that building and those inside ravished him. They were thick with power and Jericho knew that if they turned against Arrea and the circle that they would have a harder time than she realized.
A grim smile crossed his lips, he would not speak of these matters again unless a war was certain to happen. His keen eyes would grow soft noting that she needed rest and quiet to ponder these troubling things.
"As you wish M'lady, I say it is time for rest and peace. I am sure you have had a long day and many things to consider." Jericho said in a soft tone. After his words left his lips he bowed in a respectful way before phasing out of reality effectively teleporting from the dining hall.

Arrea was brought a note from the butler and a container of some kind of ash. She wasn't sure what it was. She placed her glass down upon the table and held the jar, examining it and it's contents. She awaited for a reply from Jericho but the look in his eyes was familiar. She knew he wouldn't say anything nor stay long. Arrea didn't think he would depart so quickly though. He did bid her adieu, which surprised her. "Farewell, Jericho" she smiled at him, "Until the next time you emerge from the shadows."
Arrea gave her full attention to the bottle in her hand. The note said it was a type of ash left over from whenever that hot headed vampire teleported to another land. She needed to give this some thought, she turned to leave for her chambers. She noticed Lilith was going to be here soon. "Tell Lilith and our guest to meet me in my chambers," she addressed the butler before departing.

Kamiko steps into the dining room, letting her eyes examine her surroundings. She feels pains in her stomach that make her look down and wince, to her flat stomach where the defined lines of her ribs are. She clutches onto her stomach with one hand, as it gives another round of hunger pains. She opens her eyes and lifts her head to the room again. She takes a few careful steps forward, warily. She had no idea where to go and what to do.

Akantha SemeleEven though Akantha was trying to sneak in quietly, once again her nature overwhelmed her. A quiet giggle crossed her blood-tainted lips but thankfully she managed to stop herself. Her personality suited her appearance perfectly and although she hated the fact that her adulthood had been taken away by this piteous form, it occasionally aided her. Now it was only being a pain: it was almost as if Akantha was two people - one trying to stop the other from spoiling the other's plan of action. She had even started talking to herself. In the end she gave up hiding and decided to look about and see for herself the room she had entered; funnily enough it was the dining room.
